Consumer Ethnocentrism, Product Knowledge, and Brand Identity on Purchasing Decisions on Eiger Products: Etnosentrisme Konsumen, Product Knowledge, dan Identitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Eiger
This research aims to examine the impact of consumer ethnocentrism, product knowledge and brand identity on purchasing decisions for Eiger products. Using quantitative methods with purposive sampling, this research involved 100 respondents who had purchased Eiger products. Data was obtained through a questionnaire and utilized a Likert scale to measure respondents' attitudes and opinions. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the established hypotheses. The results showed that Consumer Ethnocentrism, Product Knowledge, Brand Identity had a positive and significant effect on Eiger product purchasing decisions
Management of Village Funds in Implementing Infrastructure Development inTropodo Village, Krian Distric, Sidoarjo Regency: Pengelolaan Dana Desa dalam Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Desa Tropodo, Kecamatan Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo
This research aims to analyze the management of the Village Fund in infrastructure development in Tropodo Knan Village using a qualitative descriptive method. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the management of village funds had followed procedures, with community participation in the Musrenbangdes at the planning stage. The implementation of development went well except for the construction of the PAUD building. Administration uses the Siskeudes application, although there are delays in reports by the treasurer to the secretary. At the reporting stage, semesterly reports are submitted to the Regent through the kecamatan. Accountability is conducted at the end of each fiscal year with a realization report to the Regent and the village community. This research highlights the importance of effective management to support sustainable village infrastructure development
The Effectiviness of Infrastructure Development Programs in Grabagan Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency: Efektivitas Program Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Desa Grabagan Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Effectiveness of the Infrastructure Development Program in Grabagan Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, the type of data obtained includes primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are obtained from interviews, observations, documentation. Data analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman (1994:12) which include Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study show several main indicators, namely Program Understanding, Right on Target, Right on Time, Achievement of Goals, and Real Change. First, Program Understanding in infrastructure development in Grabagan Village shows that the success of the infrastructure program depends on careful planning, community participation, and the achievement of clear benefits, with deliberations before infrastructure development. Second, Right on Target involves direct input from residents and ensures that infrastructure projects truly meet community needs and provide sustainable positive iimpacts.
Psychoeducation of Emotional Regulation To Prevent Bullying Behavior in Grade VIII Students of SMPN 2 Tulangan : Psikoedukasi Regulasi Emosi untuk Mencegah Perilaku Bullying pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 2 Tulangan
This study aims to determine the effect of emotion regulation on preventing bullying behavior in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Tulangan. Bullying is violent behavior that is done intentionally to hurt other individuals. Emotion regulation is an ability that allows individuals to regulate, evaluate, and modify emotions to suit the demands of the situation. This study used a quantitative approach with a pretest and post-test design on 47 students. The data collection technique used two main scales, namely the Bullying Scale and the Emotion Regulation Scale. It can be concluded that the T test shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference so that students' emotion regulation abilities can reduce the level of bullying behavior in students with a psychoeducational approach
The Relationship Between Social Media And Body Image Among Members Of The Muhammadiyah Student Association At Umsida: Hubungan Antara Penggunaan Media Sosial Dan Body Image Pada Angggota Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Di Umsida
This study aims to identify the relationship between social media usage and body image among members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were collected using a body image scale and a social media usage scale adapted from previous studies, with reliability coefficients of 0.880 and 0.788, respectively. The sample consisted of 170 female respondents aged 18–25 years selected through simple random sampling. Correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between social media usage and body image (r = 0.631; p = 0.01). Most respondents fell into the moderate categories for both social media usage (81%) and bodyimage (69%). These findings indicate that higher social media usage correlates with a more positive body image, and vice versa.
Effect of Stabilizing Agent Type and Homogenization Time on Characteristics of Pumpkin Ice Cream (Curcubita Moschata): Pengaruh Jenis Bahan Penstabil dan Lama Homogenisasi Terhadap Karakteristik Es Krim Labu Kuning (Curcubita Moschata)
This study aims to determine the interaction between the type of stabilizer and the homogenization time on the characteristics of pumpkin ice cream. This study used a Randomized Group Design (RGD) with two factors. The first factor is the type of stabilizer CMC 0.5%, carrageenan 0.5%, gelatin 0.5%. The second factor is the homogenization time of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes. If the analysis results show a real effect then the next step is to test Different Real Honest (DRH) 5%. Organoleptic test was analyzed using Friedman Test. Pumpkin ice cream that has the best treatment value is in the treatment P3W1 (gelatin : time 5 minutes) which shows the value of B-carotene content of 2.01%; TPT 17°Brix; color L* 60.19; color a* 6.05; Color b* 58.47; overrun 2.23%; melting power 7.56 (minutes); organoleptic color 3.66 (like); organoleptic aroma 3.83 (like); organoleptic taste 3.43); organoleptic texture 3,46 (like)
The Relationship Between Loneliness and Leisure Boredom and Tiktok Social Media Addiction in Teens: Hubungan antara Kesepian dan Leisure Boredom dengan Kecanduan Media Sosial Tiktok pada Remaja
TikTok's social media addiction is on the rise among teenagers, influenced by psychological factors such as loneliness and leisure boredom. This study analyzes the relationship between loneliness and leisure boredom and TikTok addiction in adolescents. A correlation quantitative method was used by purposive sampling on 291 respondents. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the analysis showed a significant association between loneliness and leisure boredom to TikTok addiction (p < 0.05), with a strong correlation. These findings support the social-compensatory theory that lonely individuals seek interaction through digital media. Leisure boredom also increases excessive use of TikTok. This research contributes to understanding the psychological factors of social media addiction and supports preventive interventions for adolescents. Profitability, Financial Leverage, Cash Holding on Income Smoothing with Independent Board of Commissioners as Moderating Variable: Profitabilitas, Financial Leverage, Cash Holding terhadap Perataan Laba dengan Dewan Komisaris Independen sebagai Variabel Moderasi
There are factors that are considered to influence income smoothing, profitability, financial leverage, cash holding. In this research, an independent board of commissioners will be added as a moderating variable to prove its influence on these three factors. The population in this study is goods and consumption sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 with a total company population of 70 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with several criteria. Research using smartPLS software. The research results show that profitability, financial leverage and cash holding influence income smoothing. The independent board of commissioners is able to moderate profitability, financial leverage and cash holding on income smoothing. It is hoped that the company will be able to prevent and reduce income smoothing actions and evaluate company policies that will be taken in the future

Is there an influence between the variables of financial literacy, education level, lifestyle on the financial management of the millennial generation. This study uses a type of quantitative research method by correlating the influence between financial literacy, education level and lifestyle on financial management focused on the millennial generation. From the discussion of the data analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management, education level has a positive and significant effect on financial management and lifestyle has no effect on financial management

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness,brand trust and brand image on purchasing decisions on skincare skintific in Sidoarjo.The method used in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach.The population used in this study was the Sidoarjo community with a sample of 100 respondents.The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling, which had the criteria of respondents being people from Sidoarjo who had purchased skincare skintific.Data were collected through questionnaires and answers were measured using a Likert scale.Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM method using the smart PLS (Partial Least Square) tool.The results of the study prove that Brand Awareness influences purchasing decisions on skintific skincare products, Brand Trust has an influence on purchasing decisions on skintific skincare products and Brand Image influences purchasing decisions on skintific skincare product
