GERENCIAMENTO DE MUDANÇAS NO AMBIENTE DE APRENDIZAGEM: O PAPEL DA LIDERANÇA E DO GERENCIAMENTO INOVADOR
Get PDFThe research analyzes change management within the learning environment considering effective educational leadership and progressive innovative management. The following research tasks are derived from the research aim and they deal with the analysis of the effect of leadership upon change management; the relationships between change management and innovative management; and the design of optimal model of change management within the learning environment. The combination of both qualitative and quantitative methods was used. The qualitative phase involved interviews, focus groups, and observations to collect the data on the respondents’ perceptions towards the change process. The quantitative phase included surveys to gather data on specific aspects of the change process. To conduct the investigation, 119 instructors, administrators, and students in five educational institutions of Ukraine were selected. The survey was conducted between October 1, 2023 and December 12, 2023. To verify the hypotheses, ANOVA principle was applied. The outcomes demonstrated that change management is closely related to leadership and innovative management. The survey enabled to develop the optimal model of change management within the learning environment which included change vision, effective leadership style, innovative management practice, change planning, and building an organizational culture oriented towards changes. The scientific sources stress that in a long-term perspective the optimal model of change management will contribute the sustainable development of the educational institution. The results can be used to develop the education policies and curriculum as well as to train future leaders for different sectors of economy.A pesquisa analisa a gestão de mudanças no ambiente de aprendizagem, considerando a liderança educacional eficaz e a gestão inovadora progressiva. As seguintes tarefas de pesquisa são derivadas do objetivo da pesquisa e tratam da análise do efeito da liderança sobre a gestão de mudanças; das relações entre a gestão de mudanças e a gestão inovadora; e do projeto de um modelo ideal de gestão de mudanças no ambiente de aprendizagem. Foi usada a combinação de métodos qualitativos e quantitativos. A fase qualitativa envolveu entrevistas, grupos de foco e observações para coletar os dados sobre as percepções dos entrevistados em relação ao processo de mudança. A fase quantitativa incluiu pesquisas para coletar dados sobre aspectos específicos do processo de mudança. Para conduzir a investigação, foram selecionados 119 instrutores, administradores e alunos em cinco instituições educacionais da Ucrânia. A pesquisa foi realizada entre 1º de outubro de 2023 e 12 de dezembro de 2023. Para verificar as hipóteses, foi aplicado o princípio ANOVA. Os resultados demonstraram que a gestão de mudanças está intimamente relacionada à liderança e à gestão inovadora. A pesquisa permitiu desenvolver o modelo ideal de gestão de mudanças no ambiente de aprendizagem, que incluía visão de mudanças, estilo de liderança eficaz, prática de gestão inovadora, planejamento de mudanças e construção de uma cultura organizacional orientada para mudanças. As fontes científicas enfatizam que, em uma perspectiva de longo prazo, o modelo ideal de gestão de mudanças contribuirá para o desenvolvimento sustentável da instituição educacional. Os resultados podem ser usados para desenvolver as políticas educacionais e o currículo, bem como para treinar futuros líderes para diferentes setores da economia
FUNDAMENTOS EDUCACIONAIS DAS RELAÇÕES PÚBLICAS: RUMO A UM QUADRO ESTRATÉGICO DE BASE ISLÂMICA
Get PDFPublic relations (PR) is a fundamental concept in the communication field. The Western theories and practices of PR have dominated the field. However, it is argued that these theories may not be appropriate for the study of PR in Eastern countries or to be synchronized with the Islamic concept. Thus, there is a need to explore the concept and dimensions of PR from an Islamic perspective. Therefore, this research aims to explore the basic concepts and dimensions of PR from an Islamic perspective and propose a framework for its implementation in Islamic organizations. This study employs a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with nine informants from three categories which are; public relations managers, Sharia experts, and academic experts in the field of public relations. In addition, Tafsir al-Munir and Tafsir Ibnu Katsir were referred to as sources for analysis. The interview and document data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The analysis revealed five essential foundations of Islamic public relations in the Qur’an and hadith. These foundations include sincerity, which underpins all Islamic deeds. Treating others kindly is another pillar rooted in the principles of brotherhood and unity in Islam. Good words align with the concept of da’wah (invitation) in Islam. Collaboration is emphasized in both the Qur’an and hadith as another essential foundation. Lastly, the four characteristics of Rasul (prophet), comprising truthfulness (siddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), preaching (tabligh), and wisdom (fathonat), form another foundational aspect of Islamic public relations. A framework for Islamic PR implementation was proposed based on the five foundations. The framework comprises four elements; Sharia foundations, frame, practices, and ultimate goal. The Sharia foundations refer to the principles of Islam that guide PR practices. The study also revealed that the application of PR is viable to replace conventional PR practice, especially for Muslim practitioners in Islamic countries.Relações públicas (RP) é um conceito fundamental no campo da comunicação. As teorias e práticas ocidentais de RP dominaram o campo. No entanto, argumenta-se que essas teorias podem não ser apropriadas para o estudo de RP em países orientais ou para serem sincronizadas com o conceito islâmico. Assim, há uma necessidade de explorar o conceito e as dimensões de RP de uma perspectiva islâmica. Portanto, esta pesquisa visa explorar os conceitos básicos e as dimensões de RP de uma perspectiva islâmica e propor uma estrutura para sua implementação em organizações islâmicas. Este estudo emprega uma abordagem qualitativa por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com nove informantes de três categorias que são: gerentes de relações públicas, especialistas em Sharia e especialistas acadêmicos na área de relações públicas. Além disso, Tafsir al-Munir e Tafsir Ibnu Katsir foram referidos como fontes para análise. Os dados da entrevista e do documento foram analisados usando análise temática. A análise revelou cinco fundamentos essenciais das relações públicas islâmicas no Alcorão e no hadith. Esses fundamentos incluem a sinceridade, que sustenta todos os atos islâmicos. Tratar os outros gentilmente é outro pilar enraizado nos princípios de fraternidade e unidade no Islã. Boas palavras se alinham com o conceito de da\u27wah (convite) no Islã. A colaboração é enfatizada tanto no Alcorão quanto no hadith como outra base essencial. Por fim, as quatro características de Rasul (profeta), compreendendo veracidade (siddiq), confiabilidade (amanah), pregação (tabligh) e sabedoria (fathonat), formam outro aspecto fundamental das relações públicas islâmicas. Uma estrutura para implementação de RP islâmica foi proposta com base nas cinco bases. A estrutura compreende quatro elementos; fundações da Sharia, estrutura, práticas e objetivo final. As fundações da Sharia referem-se aos princípios do Islã que orientam as práticas de RP. O estudo também revelou que a aplicação de RP é viável para substituir a prática convencional de RP, especialmente para praticantes muçulmanos em países islâmicos

The aim of the research is to reveal the place and importance of folk dances and music, which are among the phenomena in Turkish folklore, in Turkish folklore. The method of the research is a descriptive study and the current situation was tried to be revealed by examining the scientific sources obtained through the scanning method. The importance of the research is considered important in terms of revealing the place and importance of folk dances and music, which are an important element of Turkish culture and civilization, in folklore. Folklore and culture are related to each other due to their similar nature. It constitutes traditional products (customs, traditions, language, religion, oral and written and architectural art, sports, literature, etc.) belonging to the national and spiritual elements of a society with a cultural history in a certain period. Folklore, on the other hand, is a science that researches, examines and compiles the cultural products produced in the past by delving into unknown historical depths to which society and which period they belong. Folk dances are also a culture-art phenomenon within folklore. Folk dances, which are among the Turkish folkloric elements, carry the cultural phenomena that the Turkish nation has revealed throughout its five thousand years of life, from its emergence on the stage of history to the present day. Turks have existed in many different geographies in the world and as a result, Turkish folklore has revealed the products of a very rich cultural accumulation. Among these products, folk dances have an important place. Folk dances are distributed in different types according to regions in Turkey. This distribution has brought great diversity to folk dances and contributed to Turkish folklore. As a result, folk dances, as an intangible cultural heritage, contribute to Turkish folklore by showing their presence in Turkey\u27s geography with different types and diversity qualities, especially the rich accumulation that the Turks have acquired from the time period when they appeared on the stage of history until today. O objetivo da pesquisa é revelar o lugar e a importância das danças e músicas folclóricas, que estão entre os fenômenos do folclore turco, no folclore turco. O método da pesquisa é um estudo descritivo e a situação atual foi tentada a ser revelada examinando as fontes científicas obtidas através do método de varredura. A importância da pesquisa é considerada importante em termos de revelar o lugar e a importância das danças e músicas folclóricas, que são um elemento importante da cultura e civilização turcas, no folclore. Folclore e cultura estão relacionados entre si devido à sua natureza semelhante. Constitui produtos tradicionais (costumes, tradições, linguagem, religião, arte oral e escrita e arquitetônica, esportes, literatura, etc.) pertencentes aos elementos nacionais e espirituais de uma sociedade com uma história cultural em um determinado período. O folclore, por outro lado, é uma ciência que pesquisa, examina e compila os produtos culturais produzidos no passado, investigando profundezas históricas desconhecidas a qual sociedade e a qual período pertencem. As danças folclóricas também são um fenômeno cultural-artístico dentro do folclore. As danças folclóricas, que estão entre os elementos folclóricos turcos, carregam os fenômenos culturais que a nação turca revelou ao longo de seus cinco mil anos de vida, desde seu surgimento no palco da história até os dias atuais. Os turcos existiram em muitas geografias diferentes no mundo e, como resultado, o folclore turco revelou os produtos de uma acumulação cultural muito rica. Entre esses produtos, as danças folclóricas têm um lugar importante. As danças folclóricas são distribuídas em diferentes tipos de acordo com as regiões da Turquia. Essa distribuição trouxe grande diversidade às danças folclóricas e contribuiu para o folclore turco. Como resultado, as danças folclóricas, como uma herança cultural intangível, contribuem para o folclore turco ao mostrar sua presença na geografia da Turquia com diferentes tipos e qualidades de diversidade, especialmente a rica acumulação que os turcos adquiriram desde o período em que apareceram no palco da história até hoje. AVALIAÇÃO DE INICIATIVAS DE ADMINISTRADORES ESCOLARES PARA OBJETIVOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL
Get PDFThe concept of sustainable development is defined as a form of development that aims to meet the needs of the present without compromising the needs of future generations. The increasing importance of sustainable development is beginning to show itself in the education curriculum. One of the most important goals pointed out by UNESCO, it is important that school administrators, who are the most important actors of education, have educational knowledge, skills and attitudes for sustainable development. In this research, it is aimed to evaluate the opinions of school administrators in vocational high schools on sustainable development goals and to determine the deficiencies in this subject and to contribute in this direction by collecting the necessary data for taking the right steps. Qualitative research methods were applied in the research, and 15 school administrators working in Northern Cyprus vocational high schools participated in the research. The semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher was used for data collection. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with the content analysis method. As a result of the research, it is seen that school administrators have knowledge about sustainable development. Among the opinions of school administrators who put forward their views on the 17th article of sustainable development, providing equal rights to the society, providing economic contributions, providing access to clean water and energy, recycling, ensuring the sustainability of agricultural development, and cooperation with stakeholders come to the fore.O conceito de desenvolvimento sustentável é definido como uma forma de desenvolvimento que visa a atender às necessidades do presente sem comprometer as necessidades das gerações futuras. A crescente importância do desenvolvimento sustentável está começando a se manifestar no currículo educacional. Como uma das metas mais importantes apontadas pela UNESCO, é importante que os administradores escolares, que são os atores mais importantes da educação, tenham conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes educacionais para o desenvolvimento sustentável. Nesta pesquisa, o objetivo é avaliar as opiniões dos administradores escolares de escolas de ensino médio profissionalizante sobre as metas de desenvolvimento sustentável, determinar as deficiências nesse assunto e contribuir nessa direção coletando os dados necessários para tomar as medidas certas. Os métodos de pesquisa qualitativa foram aplicados na pesquisa, e 15 administradores escolares que trabalham em escolas de ensino médio profissionalizante do norte do Chipre participaram da pesquisa. O formulário de entrevista semiestruturado preparado pelo pesquisador foi usado para a coleta de dados. Os dados obtidos na pesquisa foram analisados com o método de análise de conteúdo. Como resultado da pesquisa, observou-se que os administradores escolares têm conhecimento sobre desenvolvimento sustentável. Entre as opiniões dos administradores escolares que expuseram seus pontos de vista sobre o 17º artigo do desenvolvimento sustentável, destacam-se o fornecimento de direitos iguais à sociedade, as contribuições econômicas, o acesso a água limpa e energia, a reciclagem, a garantia da sustentabilidade do desenvolvimento agrícola e a cooperação com as partes interessadas
EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR E MOBILIDADE: O IMPACTO DA TECNOLOGIA E DA INOVAÇÃO NAS OPORTUNIDADES DE APRENDIZADO E COOPERAÇÃO INTERNACIONAIS
Get PDFThe purpose of the article is to determine the impact of technology and innovation on the opportunities for international learning and cooperation in higher education and mobility based on a survey and questionnaire. Methods: the experiment was carried out in stages, using a combined approach with the use of various methods of data collection and analysis. The participants of the study are 120 students of higher education institutions represented by different specialities and levels of education (bachelor, master, postgraduate). The scientific novelty of the work is determined by a comprehensive analysis of the impact of technology and innovation on the opportunities for international learning and cooperation in higher education and mobility of modern students. The study for the first time uses a combined approach, combining different methods of data collection and analysis, and covers a variety of mobility programmes and their popularity among students. The findings indicate that digital technologies have become an integral part of academic mobility, and their use helps students to maximise their time and conveniently interact with international partners. The study also revealed differences in the popularity of different mobility programmes and pointed to factors that may influence their attractiveness for students. The findings of the study indicate that technology greatly facilitates the process of academic mobility of students. They include virtual classes, distance learning, virtual exchanges, and other innovative approaches. These technologies help students to effectively find and choose international study opportunities, interact with partners, and receive information about study opportunities.O objetivo do artigo é determinar o impacto da tecnologia e inovação nas oportunidades de aprendizado e cooperação internacional no ensino superior e mobilidade, com base em uma pesquisa e questionário. Métodos: o experimento foi realizado em etapas, utilizando uma abordagem combinada com o uso de vários métodos de coleta e análise de dados. Os participantes do estudo são 120 estudantes de instituições de ensino superior representados por diferentes especialidades e níveis de educação (bacharelado, mestrado, pós-graduação). A novidade científica do trabalho é determinada por uma análise abrangente do impacto da tecnologia e inovação nas oportunidades de aprendizado e cooperação internacional no ensino superior e na mobilidade dos estudantes modernos. O estudo utiliza, pela primeira vez, uma abordagem combinada, reunindo diferentes métodos de coleta e análise de dados, e abrange uma variedade de programas de mobilidade e sua popularidade entre os estudantes. Os resultados indicam que as tecnologias digitais se tornaram parte integrante da mobilidade acadêmica, e seu uso ajuda os estudantes a maximizar seu tempo e interagir convenientemente com parceiros internacionais. O estudo também revelou diferenças na popularidade de diferentes programas de mobilidade e apontou fatores que podem influenciar sua atratividade para os estudantes. Os resultados do estudo indicam que a tecnologia facilita grandemente o processo de mobilidade acadêmica dos estudantes, incluindo aulas virtuais, aprendizado a distância, intercâmbios virtuais e outras abordagens inovadoras. Essas tecnologias ajudam os estudantes a encontrar e escolher efetivamente oportunidades de estudo internacionais, interagir com parceiros e obter informações sobre oportunidades de estudo
O PAPEL DA ACREDITAÇÃO NA GARANTIA DA QUALIDADE DO ENSINO SUPERIOR NA UCRÂNIA
Get PDFThe article examines the problems and prospects of the accreditation system as a tool for ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine. The state and peculiarities of integration of the Ukrainian accreditation system into the European context are investigated. The purpose of this study is to analyse the accreditation system of higher education in Ukraine and to study its impact on ensuring the quality of education in accordance with European standards. The emphasis is placed on analysing the theoretical and practical aspects of accreditation in Ukraine, identifying problems and opportunities for further improvement. The study uses general scientific methods. The method of documentary analysis was also used. The article examines topical issues related to the accreditation system of higher education in Ukraine, in particular the factors that affect its effectiveness and compliance with European standards. The analysis of the state of integration of the Ukrainian accreditation system into the European dimension has revealed key challenges and prospects. The theoretical aspect of the study highlights the conceptual foundations of accreditation, its goals, and impact on the quality of education. The practical analysis revealed problems such as the lack of a unified assessment methodology and insufficient coordination between accreditation bodies. The results of the study can serve as a basis for developing specific strategies and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of accreditation and maintain higher quality standards in Ukrainian higher education. The article emphasises that accreditation is an important tool for monitoring and ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine. It serves not only as a mechanism for determining the compliance of higher education institutions with the established standards but also guarantees a high standard of education and compliance with academic standards. Recommendations for improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine are proposed, taking into account the European experience in the field of accreditation. The study emphasises the importance of affinity with European models and the need for active cooperation to ensure a high standard of quality of higher education in Ukraine.O artigo examina os problemas e as perspectivas do sistema de acreditação como instrumento para garantir a qualidade do ensino superior na Ucrânia. São investigados o estado e as particularidades da integração do sistema de acreditação ucraniano no contexto europeu. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o sistema de acreditação do ensino superior na Ucrânia e estudar o seu impacto na garantia da qualidade do ensino de acordo com as normas europeias. A ênfase é colocada na análise dos aspectos teóricos e práticos da acreditação na Ucrânia, identificando problemas e oportunidades de melhoria. O estudo utiliza métodos científicos gerais. Foi também utilizado o método de análise documental. O artigo examina questões actuais relacionadas com o sistema de acreditação do ensino superior na Ucrânia, em particular os factores que afectam a sua eficácia e conformidade com as normas europeias. A análise do estado de integração do sistema de acreditação ucraniano na dimensão europeia revelou os principais desafios e perspectivas. O aspeto teórico do estudo destaca os fundamentos conceptuais da acreditação, os seus objectivos e o seu impacto na qualidade do ensino. A análise prática revelou problemas como a falta de uma metodologia de avaliação unificada e uma coordenação insuficiente entre os organismos de acreditação. Os resultados do estudo podem servir de base para o desenvolvimento de estratégias e recomendações específicas para melhorar a eficácia da acreditação e manter padrões de qualidade mais elevados no ensino superior ucraniano. O artigo sublinha que a acreditação é um instrumento importante para monitorizar e garantir a qualidade do ensino superior na Ucrânia. Serve não só como mecanismo para determinar a conformidade das instituições de ensino superior com as normas estabelecidas, mas também garante um elevado nível de ensino e o cumprimento das normas académicas. São propostas recomendações para melhorar a qualidade do ensino superior na Ucrânia, tendo em conta a experiência europeia no domínio da acreditação. ESTRATÉGIA PARA GARANTIR A QUALIDADE DO ENSINO À DISTÂNCIA NA UCRÂNIA
Get PDFThe purpose of the article is to characterise the formation of a strategy for ensuring the quality of distance education in Ukraine. Methods: content analysis of modern literature, analysis, synthesis, and modelling were used. The main criteria for selecting scientific sources are relevance, reliability, and impartiality. The scientific novelty is the professional development of a modern strategy for ensuring the quality of distance education in Ukraine based on the analysis of modern pedagogical literature. The results of the study describe four stages of the formation of an innovative strategy for ensuring the quality of distance education in Ukraine. It is determined that similar to the system of traditional full-time education, distance learning requires the establishment of rules and the creation of a comprehensive framework and guidelines. At the same time, the clarity and balance of educational regulations is important in the system of empowering educational institutions to ensure the effective participation of both teachers and students at all levels. The results note that the key components of a quality assurance strategy for distance education are programme planning, selection of appropriate digital technologies, teacher training, assessment and reporting, and continuous improvement of the entire educational system. Monitoring and identification of risk areas are also important parts of the strategy, which provide an accurate understanding of the dynamics of educational outcomes and facilitate timely adjustment of the educational process in distance learning. The conclusions emphasise that monitoring is a particularly important part of this strategy. It is this process that helps to ensure effective and high-quality education that meets the needs of modern students and society.O objetivo do artigo é caraterizar a formação de uma estratégia para garantir a qualidade do ensino à distância na Ucrânia. Métodos: foi utilizada a análise de conteúdo da literatura moderna, a análise, a síntese e a modelação. Os principais critérios de seleção das fontes científicas são a relevância, a fiabilidade e a imparcialidade. A novidade científica é o desenvolvimento profissional de uma estratégia moderna para garantir a qualidade do ensino à distância na Ucrânia com base na análise da literatura pedagógica moderna. Os resultados do estudo descrevem quatro fases de formação de uma estratégia inovadora para garantir a qualidade do ensino à distância na Ucrânia. Determinou-se que, à semelhança do sistema de ensino tradicional a tempo inteiro, o ensino à distância exige o estabelecimento de regras e a criação de um quadro e de diretrizes abrangentes. Ao mesmo tempo, a clareza e o equilíbrio dos regulamentos educativos são importantes no sistema de capacitação das instituições educativas para garantir a participação efectiva de professores e alunos a todos os níveis. Os resultados indicam que os principais componentes de uma estratégia de garantia de qualidade para o ensino à distância são o planeamento de programas, a seleção de tecnologias digitais adequadas, a formação de professores, a avaliação e a elaboração de relatórios, bem como a melhoria contínua de todo o sistema educativo. A monitorização e a identificação de áreas de risco são também partes importantes da estratégia, que permitem uma compreensão exata da dinâmica dos resultados educativos e facilitam o ajustamento atempado do processo educativo no ensino à distância. As conclusões sublinham que o controle é uma parte particularmente importante desta estratégia. É este processo que ajuda a garantir uma educação eficaz e de elevada qualidade que satisfaz as necessidades dos estudantes e da sociedade moderna
COMBATE DIGITAL: COMO OS JOGOS DE VÍDEO VIOLENTOS INFLUENCIAM O PERDÃO, A AUTO-COMPAIXÃO E O BEM-ESTAR MENTAL DURANTE A PANDEMIA DE COVID-19
Get PDFWith the advent of the pandemic, reliance on screens, the internet, and the digital realm has intensified, impacting individuals in various ways. Initially beyond the comprehension of many, the pandemic soon manifested in a wide range of interests and behaviors. Notably, there has been a surge in social media usage and gaming interests. Violent digital games, which simultaneously excite and relax players, became more popular, eliciting feelings of ease, engagement, and a sense of inner freedom. While this sentiment has positively influenced mental well-being in virtual contexts, it has also had adverse effects on self-compassion and forgiveness. This study aims to investigate the relationship between individuals engaging in violent digital games and their levels of forgiveness, self-compassion, and mental well-being. The study involved a sample of 300 individuals aged 18 to 68 years. The results indicated that no significant connection emerged between the sub-dimension of forgiving others and self-judgment. However, a positive and significant relationship was observed among all other sub-dimensions and scales. The One-Way ANOVA analysis technique revealed differences in forgiveness, self-compassion, and mental well-being levels concerning participation in violent digital games. According to the analysis, individuals who play violent digital games exhibited greater forgiveness towards others and demonstrated enhanced self-compassion and understanding compared to non-players. These results underscore the impact of digital games on forgiveness, self-compassion, and mental well-being, highlighting the need for interventions aimed at promoting mental health and well-being.Com o advento da pandemia, a dependência dos ecrãs, da Internet e do mundo digital intensificou-se, afectando os indivíduos de várias formas. Inicialmente fora da compreensão de muitos, a pandemia rapidamente se manifestou numa vasta gama de interesses e comportamentos. Nomeadamente, registou-se um aumento da utilização das redes sociais e dos interesses nos jogos. Os jogos digitais violentos, que simultaneamente excitam e relaxam os jogadores, tornaram-se mais populares, suscitando sentimentos de facilidade, envolvimento e uma sensação de liberdade interior. Embora este sentimento tenha influenciado positivamente o bem-estar mental em contextos virtuais, também teve efeitos adversos na auto-compaixão e no perdão. Este estudo tem como objetivo investigar a relação entre indivíduos que participam em jogos digitais violentos e os seus níveis de perdão, autocompaixão e bem-estar mental. O estudo envolveu uma amostra de 300 indivíduos com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 68 anos. Os resultados indicaram que não surgiu uma relação significativa entre a subdimensão de perdoar os outros e o auto-julgamento. No entanto, foi observada uma relação positiva e significativa entre todas as outras sub-dimensões e escalas. A técnica de análise One-Way ANOVA revelou diferenças nos níveis de perdão, auto-compaixão e bem-estar mental relativamente à participação em jogos digitais violentos. De acordo com a análise, os indivíduos que jogam jogos digitais violentos apresentam um maior grau de perdão para com os outros e demonstram uma maior autocompaixão e compreensão em comparação com os não jogadores. Estes resultados sublinham o impacto dos jogos digitais no perdão, na auto-compaixão e no bem-estar mental, salientando a necessidade de intervenções destinadas a promover a saúde mental e o bem-estar
EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA NA UCRÂNIA: DESAFIOS, CONDIÇÕES E ESTRATÉGIAS DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO
Get PDFSince 2017, Ukraine has intensified the processes of reforming and developing inclusive education and creating a learning environment that meets European standards in all educational institutions. At the same time, some challenges and barriers arise while implementing the strategy and conceptual framework of inclusion, which require in-depth study and argumentation. The article aims to study the challenges, conditions, and strategies for implementing inclusive education in Ukraine. The research methodology is based on a legal analysis of international and national legislative acts that contain legal, organizational, financial, personnel, and other conditions for the implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine. The results of a survey of 304 educators at the Inclusive Resource Center of Ternopil National Pedagogical University, named after Volodymyr Hnatiuk, were used to understand the prospects for implementing inclusion in Ukraine. The results prove that Ukraine has prerequisites for the development of inclusive education. The authors have identified the following key conditions that are formed for implementing a multidisciplinary model of inclusion: legal, strategic, financial, organizational, institutional, personnel, social, and sanitary and hygienic conditions for inclusive education. The international and national legal framework regulates a wide range of issues related to the organization and implementation of inclusion in the educational environment of all types of educational institutions. However, some of them, especially those associated with the provision of correctional and rehabilitation services, require amendments and approval. For Ukraine, information, mental, institutional, and physical barriers to the development of inclusive education are typical.Desde 2017, a Ucrânia intensificou os processos de reforma e desenvolvimento da educação inclusiva e de criação de um ambiente de aprendizagem que cumpra os padrões europeus em todas as instituições de ensino. Ao mesmo tempo, surgem alguns desafios e barreiras durante a implementação da estratégia e do quadro conceptual de inclusão, que requerem estudo e argumentação aprofundados. O artigo visa estudar os desafios, condições e estratégias para a implementação da educação inclusiva na Ucrânia. A metodologia de investigação baseia-se numa análise jurídica de atos legislativos internacionais e nacionais que contêm condições jurídicas, organizacionais, financeiras, de pessoal e outras condições para a implementação da educação inclusiva na Ucrânia. Os resultados de um inquérito a 304 educadores do Centro de Recursos Inclusivos da Universidade Pedagógica Nacional de Ternopil, em homenagem a Volodymyr Hnatiuk, foram utilizados para compreender as perspectivas de implementação da inclusão na Ucrânia. Os resultados provam que a Ucrânia tem pré-requisitos para o desenvolvimento da educação inclusiva. Os autores identificaram as seguintes condições-chave que são formadas para a implementação de um modelo multidisciplinar de inclusão: condições legais, estratégicas, financeiras, organizacionais, institucionais, de pessoal, sociais e sanitárias e higiênicas para a educação inclusiva. O quadro jurídico internacional e nacional regula uma vasta gama de questões relacionadas com a organização e implementação da inclusão no ambiente educativo de todos os tipos de instituições educativas. No entanto, alguns deles, especialmente aqueles associados à prestação de serviços correcionais e de reabilitação, requerem alterações e aprovação. Get PDFThe Minas Gerais Sanitation Company implements the Chuá Environmental and Sanitary Education Program with the aim of encouraging and promoting environmental and sanitary education in the school context. The aim of this article is to analyze how environmental education is instilled in the Chuá Environmental and Sanitation Education Program, based on the magazines Caring for Water, Caring for Life; Chuá Family House and Sewage Villains, made available to students in the early years of elementary school. Using a qualitative approach, based on a bibliographical review and documentary research, it was found that there was a lack of critical and transformative macro-trends in environmental and health education, disseminating information that was decontextualized socio-economically and politically, as well as being based solely on the actions of the students.A Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais implementa o Programa Chuá de Educação Ambiental e Sanitária com o intuito de incentivar e promover a educação ambiental e sanitária no contexto escolar. O objetivo do presente artigo é analisar a forma como a educação ambiental está incutida no Programa Chuá de Educação Ambiental e Sanitária a partir das revistas Cuidando da água, cuidando da vida; Casa da Família Chuá e Vilões do Esgoto, disponibilizadas aos alunos de anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Por meio da abordagem qualitativa, fundamenta na revisão bibliográfica e na pesquisa documental, constatou-se a não apresentação de macrotendências críticas e transformadas da educação ambiental e sanitária ao disseminar informações descontextualizadas socioeconomicamente e politicamente, além de serem pautadas apenas nas ações dos alunos
