ACOLHIMENTO À PESSOA IDOSA VIVENDO COM HIV/AIDS NO SUS: PESQUISA BIBLIOGRÁFICA E DOCUMENTAL
Get PDFINTRODUCTION: Since the creation of the National Policy for the Elderly (PNI), the Statute for the Elderly (EI) and the National Policy for the Health of the Elderly (PNSPI), combined with scientific development, new and more sophisticated treatments and medications have contributed to the elderly having greater autonomy and living longer, preserving their quality of life. However, specifically regarding the elderly population living with HIV/AIDS (Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome), these policies do not make any reference. OBJECTIVE: To understand how the reception of elderly people living with HIV/AIDS in the health services of the Unified Health System (SUS) was presented, studied and discussed in technical-scientific productions from 2006 to 2018. METHODOLOGY: Bibliographic and documentary research, with an exploratory qualitative approach, using the Google Scholar database, covering the period from 2006 to 2018. RESULTS: From the material consulted, two categories of analysis were constructed: 1) Changes in the demographic profile of the elderly population and their repercussions on health reception; 2) Recognition of the elderly population living with HIV/AIDS as a subject of rights. CONCLUSION: The study highlights the legal achievements in the area, but points to the need to contemplate, in the National STD/AIDS Policy, aspects related to the elderly population living with HIV/AIDS. The materials analyzed highlight the importance of training health workers to overcome stigmas and prejudices, as well as the need for educational training that considers the issue of elderly sexuality and the specificities of HIV/AIDS in this age group.INTRODUÇÃO: Desde a criação da Política Nacional do Idoso (PNI), do Estatuto do Idoso (EI) e da Política Nacional de Saúde da Pessoa Idosa (PNSPI), aliados ao desenvolvimento científico, novos e mais sofisticados tratamentos e medicamentos vêm contribuindo para que os idosos tenham maior autonomia e passem a viver por mais tempo, preservando a qualidade de vida. Entretanto, em específico sobre a população idosa vivendo com o HIV/Aids (Vírus da Imunodeficiência Humana/Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida) essas políticas não fazem qualquer referência. OBJETIVO: Compreender como o acolhimento da pessoa idosa vivendo com HIV/Aids, nos serviços de saúde do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), foi apresentado, estudado e discutido em produções técnico-científicas no período de 2006 a 2018. METODOLOGIA: Pesquisa bibliográfica, documental, de abordagem qualitativa exploratória, utilizando a base de dados do Google Acadêmico, abrangendo o período de 2006 a 2018. RESULTADOS: A partir do material consultado foram construídas duas categorias de análise: 1) Alterações no perfil demográfico da população idosa e suas repercussões no acolhimento em saúde; 2) Reconhecimento da população idosa vivendo com HIV/Aids como sujeito de direitos. CONCLUSÃO: O estudo evidencia as conquistas legais na área, mas aponta para a necessidade de contemplar, na Política Nacional de DST/Aids, aspectos relativos à população idosa vivendo com HIV/Aids. Através dos materiais analisados, destaca-se a importância da qualificação dos trabalhadores de saúde para a superação de estigmas e preconceitos, assim como a necessidade de uma formação educativa que considere o tema da sexualidade do idoso e especificidades do HIV/Aids nesse grupo etário

Apesar de sua alta ocorrência, as informações e as ferramentas de prevenção são escassas. Este ensaio teórico tem como objetivo: ampliar a compreensão da dimensão cognitiva dessa síndrome em professores e destacar o sofrimento emocional e a autoimagem negativa associados a ela. O estudo também visa a aumentar a conscientização sobre esse comportamento e fornecer estratégias para lidar com a síndrome. Isso inclui promover o pensamento racional sobre o ensino, reduzir a necessidade de aprovação externa, definir expectativas de desempenho mais realistas e incentivar a autoaceitação. O PAPEL DA FONO-ESTILÍSTICA NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DA COMPETÊNCIA COMUNICATIVA DOS FUTUROS PROFESSORES DE LÍNGUA E LITERATURA
Get PDFPhonostylistics is an important factor in forming future teachers\u27 communicative competence in the language and literature education field, as it affects the effectiveness of speech, its expressiveness and perception by the audience. Despite the growing interest in teachers\u27 communicative skills, the role of phonostylistic means in this process remains insufficiently studied. The study aims to analyse the impact of phonostylistics on the development of communicative competence and the effectiveness of pedagogical speech. The research methodology is based on a communicative approach and interdisciplinary analysis. The obtained results confirm that the use of phonostylistic means (alliteration, assonance, gradation, anaphora, intonation expressiveness) contributes to the improvement of the level of future teachers\u27 speech culture, improves their interaction with students and has a positive impact on the learning of educational material. The practical significance of the work lies in the formulation of conclusions that can serve as a basis for developing recommendations for introducing phonostylistics into the curricula of pedagogical institutions, which will contribute to the training of highly qualified teachers with developed communicative competence. Further research can focus on an in-depth analysis of the impact of intonation expressiveness and phonetic characteristics of speech on the learning process in a multilingual environment.A fono-estilística é um fator importante na formação da competência comunicativa dos futuros professores no domínio do ensino da língua e da literatura, uma vez que afecta a eficácia do discurso, a sua expressividade e a perceção pelo público. Apesar do interesse crescente pelas competências comunicativas dos professores, o papel dos meios fono-estilísticos neste processo continua a ser insuficientemente estudado. O estudo tem como objetivo analisar o impacto da fono-estilística no desenvolvimento da competência comunicativa e na eficácia do discurso pedagógico. A metodologia de investigação baseia-se numa abordagem comunicativa e numa análise interdisciplinar. Os resultados obtidos confirmam que a utilização de meios fono-estilísticos (aliteração, assonância, gradação, anáfora, expressividade entoacional) contribui para a melhoria do nível de cultura discursiva dos futuros professores, melhora a sua interação com os alunos e tem um impacto positivo na aprendizagem do material didático. O significado prático do trabalho reside na formulação de conclusões que podem servir de base para o desenvolvimento de recomendações para a introdução da fonoestilística nos currículos das instituições pedagógicas, o que contribuirá para a formação de professores altamente qualificados com competência comunicativa desenvolvida. Get PDFThis paper is a scientific and research-oriented inquiry that examines the interface between technological advances and changes in criminal investigation patterns, specifically identifying lessons that can be used to improve investigative effectiveness, evidentiary integrity, and agency cooperation. The scientific problem at hand is the inability of certain jurisdictions, including the focus nation, to properly handle cyber-enabled crimes and digital evidence and align them with international standards; this deficiency has serious implications for law enforcement effectiveness as well as the protection of rights accorded under due process. The central argument is that learning from a range of operational, legal, and institutional techniques in other legal systems may greatly improve investigative capability in technologically advanced but resource-constrained environments. The objective is to conduct a comparative legal-criminological investigation to identify transferable best practices and provide suggestions for a comparative legal analysis-based reform pattern tailored to the socio-legal context under consideration. The study examines investigation arrangements, digital forensic capacities, and coordination mechanisms using a comparative doctrinal approach, supplemented by content analysis of law texts, institution-based reports, and prominent cases. The findings are unique in that they combine lessons from a variety of legal systems to create a hybrid framework for making recommendations, as well as the scope of legislative provision, institution-based arrangements, and on-the-ground practice in criminal investigations in the digital era. The work provides cognitive value by providing a realistic, evidence-based plan for strengthening investigative ability, which has ramifications for policymakers, criminology scholars, and international law enforcement collaboration.Este artigo é uma investigação científica e orientada à pesquisa que examina a interface entre os avanços tecnológicos e as mudanças nos padrões de investigação criminal, identificando especificamente lições que podem ser usadas para melhorar a eficácia investigativa, a integridade das provas e a cooperação entre agências. O problema científico em questão é a incapacidade de certas jurisdições, incluindo a nação em foco, de lidar adequadamente com crimes facilitados por meios digitais e provas digitais, alinhando-as aos padrões internacionais; essa deficiência tem sérias implicações para a efetividade da aplicação da lei, bem como para a proteção dos direitos assegurados pelo devido processo legal. A VALORIZAÇÃO DA HERANÇA AFRICANA POR MEIO DA LITERATURA INFANTIL: UMA ABORDAGEM DAS AÇÕES DO PROJETO INFÂNCIA E TEMAS SENSÍVEIS
Get PDFThis work aims to reflect on the experiences lived in the extension project Childhood and Sensitive Themes, linked to the Pedagogy course at the Faculty of Education, Sciences and Letters of Iguatu (FECLI), State University of Ceará (UECE). Throughout 2024, the project sought to promote the appreciation of African heritage for humanity and contribute to the construction of the ethnic-racial identity of the participating children. To this end, a literary sequence was carried out with classes of kindergarten, from an Early Childhood Education Center (CEI), in the city of Iguatu-CE. The experiences at the CEI highlighted the need for continuous training for teachers and pedagogical staff, so that they can address the topic consistently in their daily school life, preventing and combating racism. Furthermore, it is important to highlight the importance of providing children with contact with narratives that value their ancestry and the ethnic traits they possess, strengthening the construction of a racial identity that challenges and resists racist rhetoric.Este trabalho tem como objetivo refletir sobre as experiências vivenciadas no projeto de extensão Infância e Temas Sensíveis, vinculado ao curso de Pedagogia da Faculdade de Educação, Ciências e Letras de Iguatu (FECLI), Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE). Ao longo do ano de 2024, o projeto buscou promover a valorização da herança africana para a humanidade e contribuir para a construção da identidade étnico-racial das crianças participantes. Para isso, foi realizada uma sequência literária com turmas do Infantil IV e V, de um Centro de Educação Infantil (CEI), do município de Iguatu-CE. As vivências no CEI evidenciaram a necessidade de uma formação contínua para professores e equipe pedagógica, a fim de que possam abordar a temática de maneira consistente no cotidiano escolar, prevenindo e combatendo o racismo. Além disso, ressalta-se a relevância de proporcionar às crianças o contato com narrativas que valorizem sua ancestralidade e os traços étnicos que possuem, fortalecendo a construção de uma identidade racial que desafie e resista à retórica racista

In this study, it was aimed to determine whether the dimensions of sustainable development and the concepts of environmental attitude, regional commitment and sense of belonging and regional attractiveness have an effect on the development of universities and commercial enterprises and whether the concept of stakeholder theory has an effect on sustainable development. The survey conducted for the research was applied to shopping malls operating in Samsun province and university areas where participation was thought to be high. As a result of the collection and examination of the data, it was seen that the development of educational and commercial centers has an effect on regional commitment and regional attractiveness, local government decisions have an effect on the development of educational and commercial centers and environmental attitude, and regional attractiveness has an effect and significance on environmental attitude and regional attachment.Hoje, o conceito de desenvolvimento sustentável surge como um conceito que precisa ser aprendido e implementado tanto para universidades quanto para empresas comerciais e países. Dentro do escopo da teoria das partes interessadas, as partes interessadas precisam fazer tudo o que puderem econômica, social e ambientalmente para o desenvolvimento sustentável. Neste estudo, o objetivo foi determinar se as dimensões do desenvolvimento sustentável e os conceitos de atitude ambiental, comprometimento regional e senso de pertencimento e atratividade regional têm efeito no desenvolvimento de universidades e empresas comerciais e se o conceito da teoria das partes interessadas tem efeito no desenvolvimento sustentável. O EFEITO DA UTILIZAÇÃO DE APLICAÇÕES DE IA PARA DESENVOLVER COMPETÊNCIAS DE COMPREENSÃO AUDITIVA DE EFL ENTRE ESTUDANTES UNIVERSITÁRIOS
Get PDFThe current study sought to determine how well university students\u27 EFL listening comprehension skills may be developed by artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. One hundred students participated in the study, split into two groups: the control group (N = 50), which received traditional education, and the experimental group (N = 50), which received instruction using artificial intelligence systems. The study\u27s instruments included an EFL listening comprehension skills checklist to determine which listening skills are most important for first-year college students to acquire. a pre-post listening skills test to measure students\u27 listening abilities before and after using the chatbot and Duoling AI applications and a correction rubric . A statistical analysis was conducted to confirm the study\u27s hypotheses. Findings of the study revealed that the experimental group students\u27 EFL listening skills were enhanced as a result of using the Artificial Intelligence (chatbot and Duoling).O estudo atual procurou determinar quão bem as competências de compreensão oral dos estudantes universitários de inglês como língua estrangeira podem ser desenvolvidas pelas tecnologias de inteligência artificial (IA). Participaram no estudo cem alunos, divididos em dois grupos: o grupo de controlo (N = 50), que recebeu educação tradicional, e o grupo experimental (N = 50), que recebeu instrução com recurso a sistemas de inteligência artificial. Os resultados do estudo revelaram que as competências de compreensão oral de inglês como língua estrangeira dos alunos do grupo experimental foram melhoradas como resultado da utilização da Inteligência Artificial (chatbot e Duoling)
