Breath mix solution containing 12 compounds LECO Pegasus 4D GCxGC-ToFMS
No full textIn-house dataset obtained from QC solution, called Breath Mix, containing 12 molecules (2-hexanone, p-xylene, cyclohexanone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, acetophenone, decane, undecane, nonanal, 1-tetradecene, 6,10-dimethyl-5,9-undecandien-2-one(Z), 1-tetradecene, 6,10-dimethyl-5,9-undecandien-2-one(E), 1-pentadecene). Solution was prepared from pure analytical standards diluted to 1 ppm in methanol. The solution was injected into a LECO GCxGC-ToFMS system equiped with a LN2 cryogenic modulator. Standards were purchased at Restek Crop. (Bellefonte, USA)
Replication data for: Air pollution exposure during pregnancy and childhood, cognitive function, and emotional and behavioral problems in adolescents
No full textExposure to air pollution may impact neurodevelopment during childhood, but current evidence on the association with cognitive function and mental health is inconclusive and primarily focusses on young children. Therefore, we aim to study the association of exposure to air pollution during pregnancy and childhood, with cognitive function and emotional and behavioral problems in adolescents.We used data from 5170 participants of a birth cohort in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Concentrations of fourteen air pollutants at participant's home addresses were estimated during pregnancy and childhood, using land use regression models. We included four cognitive domains (processing speed, working memory, fluid reasoning and verbal intelligence quotient (IQ) and an estimated full-scale IQ. Internalizing, externalizing, and attention problems were self- and parent-reported. We used linear regression models to assess the association of each air pollutant, with cognitive function and emotional and behavioral problems, adjusting for socioeconomic status and lifestyle characteristics. Then, we performed multipollutant analyses using the Deletion/Substitution/Addition (DSA) algorithm. Air pollution exposure was not associated with full-scale IQ, working memory, or processing speed. Higher exposure to few air pollutants was associated with higher fluid reasoning and verbal IQ scores (e.g. 0.22 points of fluid reasoning (95%CI 0.00; 0.44) per 1 μg/m3 increase in organic carbon during pregnancy). Higher exposure to some air pollutants was also associated with less internalizing, externalizing, and attention problems (e.g. −0.27 internalizing problems (95% CI -0.52; −0.02) per each 5 ng/m3 increase in copper during pregnancy). Higher exposure to air pollution during pregnancy and childhood was not associated with lower cognitive function or more emotional and behavioral problems in adolescents. Based on previous literature and biological plausibility, the observed protective associations are probably explained by negative residual confounding, selection bias, or chance and do not represent a causal relationship

S'inclou literatura i altres llibres de qualsevol matèria, a excepció del "manga" per la diferència de format i de publicació en volums. L'abast cronològic és des de la primera publicació trobada en format llibre, de 1904, fins al 2018. A més de la informació bibliogràfica bàsica, es pretén donar més visibilitat a la traducció, indicant si s'ha traduït directament del japonès o d'un altre idioma, i el nom del traductor/a.Esta base de datos incluye las traducciones de libros originalmente escritos en japonés y publicados en España en cualquier idioma. Se incluye literatura y otros libros de cualquier materia, a excepción del manga por la diferencia de formato y de publicación en volúmenes. El alcance cronológico es desde la primera publicación hallada en formato libro, de 1904, hasta 2018. Además de la información bibliográfica básica, se pretende dar más visibilidad a la traducción, indicando si se ha traducido directamente del japonés o de otro idioma, y el nombre del traductor/a.This database includes the translations of books originally written in Japanese and published in Spain in any language. Literature and other books of any subject are included, with the exception of "manga" due to the difference in format and publication in volumes. The chronological scope is from the first publication found in book format, in 1904, to 2018. In addition to basic bibliographic information, we aim to give more visibility to the translation, indicating whether it was translated directly from Japanese or from another language, and the name of the translator

No full textThe data set contains individual answers to two questionnaires aimed at assessing the support to independent living of people with intellectual disabilities living in personalised settings.The questionnaires can be found in the web application https://gasvi.udg.edu. There is a questionnaire addressed to people with intellectual disabilities receiving support and another one addressed to staff providing support. The data set contains the answers of 102 individuals with intellectual disabilities. Staff members provided answers related to 99 of the participants with disabilities. The qüestionmnaire for the person receiving support contains 113 items. These items are organized into 21 indicators. The questionnaire for support staff consists of 144 items organized into 22 indicators. These items refer to the extent to which the institutional approaches of the organizations where they work align with support for community-based independent living and personalized suppor

No full textThe data analyzed in this study originates from the site of Castelo Velho de Safara (Portugal) and comprises a variety of amphora and fine ware ceramic fragments from its Roman Republican period of occupation. These ceramics were documented through illustrations, photographs, and qualitative analysis. This dataset comprises a total of 462 ceramic fragments, each accompanied by descriptive metadata. The data provides detailed information on the context of discovery, origin, dimensions, presence or absence of varnish, condition, and other relevant attributes. By making this dataset publicly available, it serves as a resource for future research on Roman ceramic and their archaeological contexts

No full textObservacions de temperatura de l’aigua de mar, salinitat i sigma-t, a diferents fondàries, al Cap de Creus. Les dades recollides van, en períodes molt espaiats, de juny del 2019 a octubre del 2022. Alhora, el període de recollida de les dades és irregular. En complementació, hi ha mesures, a vegades, en dos punts diferents del mar a Cap de Creus (“Mar amunt” fa referència a Cap de Creus Nord i “Mar avall” fa referència a cap de Creus Est). També tenim dies en els quals es fa una comparació entre dades obtingudes a Palamós i dades obtingudes a la zona de les Illes Medes, a L’Estartit (Municipi de Torroella de Montgrí – L’Estartit). La unitat de mesura de fondària és el metre (m) i la unitat de mesura de la variable temperatura són graus centígrades (°C).Datos de temperaturas del agua de mar, salinidad y sigma-t, recogidos y calculados a distintas profundidades del Cap de Creus. Los datos recolectados van desde junio de 2019 hasta octubre del 2022. Así mismo, el período de recogida de los datos es irregular y espaciado en el tiempo. A veces, tenemos las mesuras de temperatura recogidas en dos puntos distintos del mar en Cap de Creus Creus (con la expresión “Mar amunt” nos referimos a Cap de Creus Norte i, con la expresión “Mar avall”, nos referimos a cap de Creus Este). En algunos momentos, referenciamos datos obtenidos en el mar en la zona de las “Illes Medes”, situades en el pueblo de L'Estartit. La unidad de medida de profundidad es metro (m) y la unidad de medida de la variable temperatura son grados centígrados (°C).Data on seawater temperatures, salinity and sigma-t, collected and calculated at different depths at Cap de Creus. The data collected range from June 2019 to October 2022. Likewise, the period of data collection is irregular and spaced in time. Sometimes, we have the temperature measurements collected in two different points of the sea in Cap de Creus Creus (with the expression ‘Mar amunt’ we refer to Cap de Creus North and, with the expression ‘Mar avall’, we refer to Cap de Creus East). At some points, we refer to data obtained at sea in the area of the ‘Illes Medes’, located in the town of L'Estartit. The unit of measurement for depth is metre (m) and the unit of measurement for the temperature variable is degrees Celsius (°C).</br
