Replication Data for: "Climatic niche conservatism in non-native plants is largely dependent on their climatic niche breadth in the native range"
This dataset contains data and code necessary to calculate and analyze niche conservatism in non-native plants. We provide data on the occupied climatic conditions of 158 plant species, in the invaded range (mainland Spain), and in their native range (global). We also provide data on relevant variables that can explain niche conservatism: introduction pathway, minimum residence time, growth form and climatic niche breadth in the native range. The code calculates niche conservatism metrics through ordination and kernel smoothers, and fits statistical models that relate niche conservatism metrics to relevant variables.
The dataset is structured in three folders:
1. Data: contains tabular data and a phylogenetic tree
2. Results: contains plots
3. Scripts: contains R scripts that read the files in the "Data" folder, and export outputs to the "Results" folder, which replicate the results of the analyses
Zebrafish EVL cells in presence or not of bacteria 14 hpf
The aim was to test the response of early embryos to bacteria. RNA from FACS sorted epithelial cells from 14hpf zebrafish embryos was prepared after injecting or not the embryos with E coli. The expression values of all genes analyzed are reported

Replication Data for "News curation in digital media. Analysis of four newspapers front-pages"
This dataset presents the content curation practices of four Spanish newspapers that are representative of the global media ecosystem: two legacy media outlets (El País and La Vanguardia) and two digital-native platforms (elDiario.es and El Español). The study focuses on how these newspapers employ content curation in their front-page news, analyzing both the content and curation dimensions. The primary objective is to examine content curation practices in the front-page news of digital press through a sample of Spanish newspapers
Data on raw materials and plaster recipes: the Greek, Hellenistic and Roman cetariae of Portopalo (Sicily, Italy)
The purpose of this dataset is to provide access to all the data collected during the study of 22 plaster samples from varius fish-salting vats discovered at the archaeological site of Portopalo di Capo Passero (Sicily, Italy). The site has a long and complex chronology, from the 5th century BC to the Late Roman period (4th–5th century AD), including multiple phases of occupation. All the vats were coated with lime plasters that were sampled and analysed by chemical, mineralogical, and petrographic techniques (OM, SEM-EDS, XRD, XRF, IC). The dataset includes a brief description of the samples with sampling points and the methodology used. The analysis results are divided by technique and organized in different folders.
The excavations and sample collection were carried out within the framework of the ARCHEOFISH project (P18-FR-1483).

Internal Communication: An Assessment from Senior Management
Internal communication (IC) is increasingly vital in organizations for aligning teams, strengthening culture, and navigating change. This study explores IC's strategic contributions, key elements for achieving objectives, and future challenges.
A qualitative methodology was used with a longitudinal LQL design, structured in two consecutive measurements carried out between May and December 2022, and February and June 2024. Data collection involved semi-structured interviews with management, conducted in person or via videoconference, with the aim of capturing changes in their narratives and assessments.
Purposive sampling (was used with a total of 24 participants (n1=11 in 2022 and n2=13 in 2024), mainly CEOs, from diverse sectors. The sample was diverse in age and gender: 83.3% were men and 16.7% were women, with a predominance of the 41-50 age group (41.7%), followed by the 51-60 age group (37.5%). Regarding positions, general directors (54.2%) and CEOs (20.8%) predominated, followed by other profiles such as managers (see sample details in the Appendix).
The instrument used was an interview guide, revised in each edition to incorporate emerging issues. The guide was structured into two sections: one focused on the role of IC within organizations, and the other on its impact on organizational culture and dynamics, including the role of senior management in its activation and management

ak_acquisition_system
AKFruitData - ak_acquisition_system is a software solution for data acquisition in fruit orchards using a sensor system boarded on a terrestrial vehicle. It allows the coordination of computers and sensors through the sending of remote commands via a GUI. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.softx.2022.101231. AK_ACQS is a software solution for data acquisition in fruit orchards using a sensor system boarded on a terrestrial vehicle. It allows the coordination of computers and sensors through the sending of remote commands via a GUI. At the same time, it adds an abstraction layer on library stack of each sensor, facilitating its integration. This software solution is supported by a local area network (LAN), which connects computers and sensors from different manufacturers ( cameras of different technologies, GNSS receiver) for in-field fruit yield testing
