Ceramic 3D Collection for the ERC-SG IslandLives, Part I: Taima Taima, Instituto del Patrimonio Cultural, La Aguada, and Nueva Cádiz
No full textThis dataset contains Part I of the ERC Starting Grant IslandLives 3D Ceramic Collection. It includes a selection of archaeological ceramics digitised through structured light scanning.
All 3D models are provided in .glb format, which includes both geometry and textures in a single file, ensuring easy viewing and use, as well as a README ,txt file and a csv file with archaeological information of the sites.
The collection forms part of the ERC project IslandLives (ref. 101162734), which explores everyday life and alternative modernities (17th–19th c.) in the ABC Islands through interdisciplinary research methods. The project is hosted at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona. More information about the project can be found here.
Part I comprises 3D models originating from the following archaeological sites of Venezuela:
Taima Taima, El Carrizal, Estado Falcón

No full textAquest conjunt de dades recull respostes d’un qüestionari transversal autoadministrat en línia adreçat a estudiants universitaris de diferents centres de la UdL. L’enquesta explora el marc KAP (coneixements, actituds i pràctiques) sobre la higiene de mans i incorpora: variables sociodemogràfiques bàsiques, exposició prèvia a COVID-19 pròpia o de l’entorn, percepció de coneixements i eficàcia de diferents mètodes, freqüència d’ús per mètode, situacions concretes d’aplicació, malalties percebudes com a prevenibles, motivacions i barreres.
Les dades inclouen camps tècnics de recollida, una pregunta de consentiment informat, i variables majoritàriament binàries o categòriques amb codificació explícita. El conjunt està anonimitzat, sense identificadors directes, i és adequat per a anàlisi descriptiva i comparativa entre centres o perfils d’estudiant. L’estructura s’acompanya d’un diccionari de variables amb nom, descripció i unitats per facilitar-ne la reproductibilitat i reutilització en recerca i docència sobre educació per a la salut
Replication Data for: Effects of solid-state fermentation with Pleurotus ostreatus on the nutritional and techno-functional properties of alternative protein ingredients
No full textThis database contains nutritional and techno-functional properties of plant ingredients, including quinoa, chickpea, oat and Chlorella vulgaris with oat (Cv+O), and the obtained products after sterilization and solid-state fermentation with Pleurotus ostreatus. The ingredients were subjected to sterilization (autoclave) at 121 °C for 15 min, followed by solid-state fermentation with Pleurotus ostreatus after inoculation of suspended mycelium and incubation at 28 °C for 10 days in sterile containers. Total nitrogen, non-protein nitrogen, fat, amino acids, indispensable amino acids score, fatty acids, pH, foaming capacity (FC), emulsion stability (ES), water absorption capacity (WAC), oil absorption capacity (OAC), least gelling concentration (LGC) and protein solubility (PS) were determined in the raw, autoclaved and fermented ingredients, to assess the effect of sterilization and fermentation on nutritional and techno-functional properties of the ingredients. The results obtained were discussed in a scientific publication (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.foodchem.2025.145090)
