Dades observades des de dos localitzacions: Estació meteorològica ubicada a la zona urbana del poble i estació meteorològica ubicada dalt de la muntanya de Roca Maura.
Variables recopilades: temperatura de l'aire, humitat, evaporació, pressió atmosfèrica, vent, precipitació, núvols i visibilitat i insolació.
Periodicitat de les dades: mensual.
Període de temps cobert: 1969 2022 (cal tenir en compte que no totes les variables han estat recopilades des del 1969).Datos meteorológicos del pueblo del Estartit (Municipio: Torroella de Montgrí; Provincia: Girona; Comunidad autónoma: Cataluña; País: España).

Data observed from tow towns: Meteorological station located in the urban zone of the town and meteorological station located on the top of the Roca Maura mountain. Collected variables: air temperature, sea temperature, humidity, evaporation, atmospheric pressure, wind, precipitation, clouds and visibility and sunshine.
Monthly data frequency.
Time period covered: 1969- 2022 (note that not all the variables have been measured since 1969).</br

ERC Artsoundscapes project - Acoustic measurements of neolithic shell trumpets in Catalunya (Spain)
No full textData collected in the framework of the ERC project Artsoundscapes, the sound of special places: exploring rock art soundscapes and the sacred (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/787842). The project focuses on the relationship between archaeoacoustics and rock art. This dataset includes sound level meter measurements and audio recordings from eight Neolithic shell trumpets from Catalonia, organized into two subfolders. The first subfolder contains data obtained during controlled acoustic characterization sessions, in which the shell trumpets were played within a controlled auditory environment. The second subfolder holds files generated during an experimental study conducted inside the Neolithic mines of Gavà, using two of the shell trumpets recovered from the site. Fieldwork for both the controlled sessions and the in-situ experiments was conducted in January and February 2025 by Miquel López Garcia and Margarita Díaz-Andreu

No full textThis dataset contains experimental data collected from controlled laboratory experiments to examine the effects of environmental stressors on biofilm microbial communities. The dataset includes measurements of both functional and structural biofilm variables. Specifically, the functional variables assessed include photosynthetic efficiency (Yeff), basal fluorescence (F0), enzyme activities (β-D-1,4-glucosidase, alkaline phosphatase, and leucine-aminopeptidase). The structural variables include chlorophyll-a concentration and algal community composition at the genus level.
The data also includes microbial gene expression, with qPCR quantification of key genes, including 16S rDNA (for bacteria and archaea) and 18S rDNA (for eukaryotes, mainly algae). Additionally, bacterial communities were characterized using high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rDNA gene. Pesticide concentrations in the water samples, as well as other water quality parameters such as nutrient concentrations, were also measured to assess the environmental conditions during the experiments.
The dataset was collected under various treatment conditions, including high temperature, pesticide exposure, and water level reduction, in both sequential and co-occurrence stressor combinations. The data are organized by experiment type (EXP1, EXP2), treatment conditions, and analysis type, providing a comprehensive resource for researchers studying microbial ecology, ecotoxicology, and environmental stress responses

No full textThe agricultural LiDAR data to evaluate scan matching techniques (AgLiMatch dataset) is comprised of a set of Velodyne VLP-16 LiDAR captures and the corresponding GNSS-RTK tracks acquired in a Fuji apple orchard using an autonomous platform. This dataset was used in [1] to evaluate scan matching techniques by comparing the platform path calculated using LiDAR scan matching techniques and the actual platform path ground truth measured with a GNSS-RTK system.
The correspondence between each LiDAR file (inside /velodyne_data folder) and GNSS track file (inside /GNSS_data folder) is detailed in “Velodyne-GNSS_correspondence-data.xlsx” file.
The relative position between the LiDAR sensor and the GNSS rover is shown in “experimental_setup.png”. Distance units are in mm
CatCrops_identification: A Python Project for Early Crop Type Classification Using Remote Sensing and Ancillary Data
No full textCatCrops_identification is a Python library developed for the early classification of crop types using remote sensing data (Sentinel-2) and ancillary information. It is based on a Transformer model adapted for the analysis of spectral time series with variable length, and it allows the integration of auxiliary data such as the previous year’s crop, irrigation system, cloud cover, elevation, and other geographic features.
The library provides tools to download and prepare datasets, train deep learning models, and generate vector maps with plot-level classification. CatCrops_identification includes scripts to automate the entire workflow and offers a public dataset that combines declared and inspected information on crop types in the Lleida region.
This approach improves classification accuracy in the early stages of the agricultural season, offering a robust and efficient tool for agricultural planning and water resource management
