Dades de replicació per a: Infarct-Like myocarditis in adolescents: Exploring genetic insights from diagnosis through follow-Up

    No full text

Replication data for Comprehension of three-argument clitic left dislocations in Catalan agrammatic aphasia

    No full text
Results from a sentence-to-picture matching task in Catalan to assess the comprehension of semantically reversible sentences with three thematic roles. The task included declaratives, subject topicalisations, clitic left dislocations with preverbal and postverbal subjects. The dataset includes the responses from control participants as well as participants with different types of aphasia

Data from 415 ant communities distributed throughout Europe: values of coordinates, elevation, relative abundance of behaviorally dominant species, observed richness, dark diverity, and Community Completeness Index for each community are shown. In the case of dark diversity and the Community Completeness Index, the values for the two approaches are show

Hormone and defense genes profilings of almond trees infected with Polystigma amygdalinum

    No full text
Red leaf blotch (RLB) of almond, caused by the ascomycete Polystigma amygdalinum, is an economically important foliar disease in the Mediterranean and the Middle East almond-growing areas. This study explored the hormonal and defense-related genes responses of two almond cultivars, namely ‘Tarraco’ (highly susceptible) and ‘Mardia’ (highly tolerant), to P. amygdalinum in two complementary and independent experiments. In the first experiment (Experiment 1), asymptomatic and RLB-infected leaf samples of mature almond trees were collected in 2020 and 2023, and hormonal and defense-related genes were profiled through LC-ESI-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Ionization-Mass Spectrometry) and qPCR (real-time quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction), respectively. Data about hormonal profiling are included in File 1, whereas those related to defense genes are included in Files 2 and 3. Relative quantification of the pathogen in symptomatic leaves of both cultivars is summarized in Files 4 and 5. A second experiment (Experiment 2) was conducted to investigate the gene expression of selected defense-related genes following periodic spraying of leaves with hormones (Salicylic Acid and Methyl-Jasmonate) and simultaneous natural exposure to RLB infection in the field. Gene expression in plants across all treatments was studied using qPCR (Files 6 and 7), and data from additional evaluations of RLB symptoms (File 8) and plant growth (File 9) were used to elucidate the effects of hormone treatment on the plant response in terms of differential gene expression, RLB incidence and severity, and plant growth. Finally, a table (File 10) summarizing the efficiency of the primer pairs used in this study to obtain corrected Cq values is included

Dataset on multicultural efficacy, cultural intelligence, ethnocultural empathy, and ideology among preservice teachers in Catalonia

    No full text
This dataset contains responses from 519 preservice teachers enrolled at two universities in Catalonia, Spain (University of Barcelona and University of Lleida). Data were collected using the EU Survey platform, through an online questionnaire comprising four validated psychological instruments: the Multicultural Efficacy Scale (Guyton & Wesche, 2005), the Cultural Intelligence Scale (Ang et al., 2015), the Scale of Ethnocultural Empathy (Wang et al., 2003), and the Multicultural Ideology Scale (Berry, 2005). The dataset contains baseline or pre-test survey responses collected as part of a larger research project evaluating the impact of a training programme on preservice teachers' multicultural self-efficacy and related attitudinal and cognitive variables. The data support research on how preservice teachers perceive and engage with cultural and linguistic diversity in classrooms
