Dataset of Communication Strategies of the Ministry of Health of Spain on Instagram before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
No full textBased on a research study focused on the posts of the Spanish Ministry of Health on Instagram, 1412 posts were analyzed, divided into three periods: pre-pandemic, pandemic, and post-pandemic. During the pre-pandemic period, there were 313 posts with an average frequency of 0.56 posts per day, while in the pandemic and post-pandemic periods, the daily frequency increased to 1.55 and 0.85 respectively. Engagement showed significant variations, with notable increases during the pandemic and lower average values post-pandemic. The use of hashtags focused on topics such as #COVID19 and #MentalHealth during the pandemic, reflecting a strategy centered on public health issues

No full textThe data refer to an experimental campaign carried out to develop and validate a numerical tool that will be employed to study the survivability of different point absorber devices under extreme wave conditions. The aim of the experimental campaign was to analyse the movement and the forces acting on three different buoy configurations (Tension Leg, Chain and Power Take-off) when subjected to the action of waves. The experiments were carried out in the CIEM (Canal d’Investigació I Experimentació Maritima) wave flume in the Laboratory of Maritime Engineering of the UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – BarcelonaTech, Barcelona, Catalonia)

The CONREF dataset constitutes a Time-Series Cross-Section dataset with political parties (observed before and after the referendum) being the unit of analysis. The CONREF dataset includes 77 sovereignty referendums celebrated between 1956 and 2020 in 32 countries, as well as parties' election results--more than 500 political formations--, parties' policy position on several key dimensions of competition, and other commonly employed indicators in the literature on party politics and referendums

Vulnerability is analysed through a questionnaire that examines issues related to the property’s surroundings, the property itself, key building characteristics, and the level of preparedness with emergency planning tools. The questionnaire responses are processed to generate a quantitative index and tailored recommendations for improvement.
