A Study on Identification of Auditory, Visual, and Kinaesthetic Learning Essentials for Adolescents Studying in Government Schools at Dakshina Kannada District
The traditional method of teaching approach in Indian schools is basically a threat for flexiblelearning where students are given importance based on their learning preferences. Students arenot encouraged for maximized learning through their different learning style when teachers inclassroom use the only chalk-talk method of teaching approach. The main objective of this studyis to identify the learning essentials of the adolescents, which helps the teachers to create positiveinterest among students in learning &classroom behaviour and improve their comprehension inday to day learning. In Indian schools some are auditory learners, some visual and some arekinaesthetic learners, but majority of the students learn better throughmulti-dimensional teachingapproach which includes Audio, Visual and Kinaesthetic teaching approach. But due to the useof the traditional method of teaching in Indian schools the students are unable to perform betterin their academics. The family, peer group as well as the school environment is also causingseveral emotional and psychological problems among these adolescents which is also a causebehind their learning interest.Hereby, we can come to the conclusion that the students aredeferent in learning. But there is a severe need to identify the learning essentials of adolescentsto explore the new model in classroom teaching to encourage them towards learning andmaximize their academic performance.Secondary data method is used and the study isdescriptive in nature
A Case Study on Electricity Consumption and Value Engineering in a Tertiary Care Hospital
This Case Study compares the consumption of electricity in a Tertiary Care Hospital before and after the implementation of Value Engineering/ Value Analysis (VE/VA). In this study we provided the training, education, assigned responsibilities, conducted brainstorming sessions and the control mechanism to the concerned staff for the control of the consumption of electricity in the hospital with premises while maintaining the quality of service by replacing the incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent light bulbs in the corridors. Methodology: This is Case Study method in which we have used the direct observation and personal interview methods for primary data and secondary data collected from the published research papers and journals. Conclusion: The Organization saved 1, 32,810 Rupees per month after the implementation of VA/ VE Concept

Electrochemical Generation of Zn2SnO4 Photocatalyst for Degradation of Methylene Blue
In this paper, a simple two-step hybrid electrochemical-thermal route was developed for the synthesis of cubic shaped Zn2SnO4 (ZTO) nanoparticles using aqueous sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) and sodium stannate (Na2SnO3) as an electrolyte. The sacrificial Zinc metal was used as both anode and cathode in an undivided cell under galvanostatic mode at room temperature. The bath concentration and current density were respectively varied from 30 to 120 mmol and 0.05 to 1.5 A/dm2 . The electrochemically generated precursor was calcined for an hour at different range of temperatures from 60 to 500°C. The crystallite sizes in the range of 24-53 nm were calculated based on the Debye-Scherrer equation. Scanning electron microscopy results reveal that all the particles have cubic morphology with a diameter of 40- 50 nm. The as-prepared ZTO nanoparticles showed higher catalytic activity towards the degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye, and the 90% degradation was found for the sample calcined at 500 °C, which is greater than that of commercial TiO2-P25 photocatalysts. Theseresults indicate that the ZTO nanoparticles may be employed to remove dyes from waste water
Designing a Perfect Business Model - Lessons from Success Stories
What makes a successful business model is a million dollar question. The success or failure ofevery business depends solely on its business model. Designing a business model is not simplyabout completing a business plan or determining which products to pursue, it is also aboutmapping out how one will create on-going value for the customers. It defines where and how thebusiness idea starts, how should it progress, and when it will be successful to create value for thecustomers? In this era of emerging technologies many start-ups reach to a particular level andfail as they are unable to compete with the current market trends and scenario, but some startups, however, reach to a significant level of success in a very small period of time and then theyredefine their strategies of various aspects and then just grow and prosper throughout justthrough analysing the market and the target customers. The main objective of this paper is toanalyse the strategies adopted by three successful companies in designing their business modelsso that others can take it as a lesson or learning. The paper analysed the business model designstrategies of three giant companies which are Paytm, OnePlus and TenCent’s PUBG (playerunknown battleground)

Isolation, Characterization and Physicochemical Properties of Starch from Ginger (Zingiber Officinale)
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) contains constituent like starch, fat, gingerol, volatile oil, the crushed ginger root and starch extracted based on properties of physicochemical that isolates using 1 % w/v sodium metabisulphite solution of achieving starch was initiate to be crystalline, non-hygroscopic powder with 1.3 swelling powder capacity, 37% of solubility capacity and gelatinization temperature at 800 C. The character study of starch was extracted and showed physicochemical properties elevate using extraction, purification, concentration, physical or biological process expressed for identification of sinking and non-reducing carbohydrates
Analysis of Business Strategies of Xiaomi
The Smartphone manufacturer from China has a very novel business model wherein they manufacture cell phones in batches thereby keeping the inventory costs on a very low side. The company has really challenged the brick and mortar model and sell online, thereby cutting down the intermediaries and keeping the costs down for the company. The company sells smartphones almost on the cost price. The profit margin is very thin, and the company believes that they will make money by selling accessories and other complementary things. The problem which ascends now is that how Xiaomi would be able to adjust to the increased competition from other players like Huawei and ZUK from Lenovo who have imitated the same model. The second issue which has come to time light is that would this business model be sustainable over the long period. The third issue is how the company would react to the decline in the smartphone sales in China which has been one the main driving forces responsible for companies growth
