Retrospective Experiential Learning Theory and its Impact on Countering Social Exclusion in Ecotourism
Retrospective Experiential Learning (REL) is an instrument for regularising and normalising the guiding experience of the guides. Ultimately it results in routinising the very rare excellent service that happened earlier. In this paper, the Retrospective Experiential Learning test is carried out at Thenmala and PTR concerning Client Associations Management. Guides have been asked to reminisce their good experiences in connection with tourism services. REL has contributed towards enhanced service quality. The empirical study shows that REL can produce results. It has been found that concentrated REL strategy is not applicable to the two destinations. Here, the tourists who are assessed in connection with implementing new ideas told that they would prefer intuitive, imaginative, creative, participative, and idea generating environment to enjoy ecotourism with local tourist guides rather than a rigid bureaucratic environment. The paper focuses on the impact of REL on service quality in ecotourism sector. The discussions are directed towards improving service quality and its impact on social exclusion

Active Democratic Citizenry: A Determinant of Good Governance - A Case Study of Nigerian State
The activeness of any nation citizenry determines how effective and the types of government such a nation will have. In the case of Nigeria, Nigerian citizens have been engulfed by stark illiteracy and chronic ignorance. Citizens have failed in their responsibility of participating actively in the polity of their nation. Citizens have been blindfolded that they cannot even differentiate between good governance and bad governance, as they still blindly pledge their support to bad leadership and to the decayed political parties of Nigeria, e.g. APC and PDP. Citizens found mostly in this blindness are the South western citizens despite their level of education. This paper examined the inability of Nigerian citizens to read within the lines and understand the dangers inherent in the politics of these two political parties of APC and PDP, and the fact that both parties have no better ideology and plans to better the lives of Nigerians. The paper examines the difference between People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and All progressive Congress (APC) ideology in terms of corruption in Nigeria. The paper finally examines the effect of non-democratic citizenry in Nigeria. This paper adopts the hybrids method, as interview methods of data collection are adopted while other data are gotten from the readymade works of scholars and from the common sense views of the writer. This paper finally proffers workable recommendations to the problems of bad leadership in Nigeri
Exclusive Brand Outlet Expansion Framework for Lifestyle Brands in India (EBOE-LS)
Though EBOs’ (Exclusive Brand Outlet) risk-mitigation is a collective responsibility of lifestyle brand and the expansion partner (franchisee), a majority of lifestyle brands in India believe that the risk of capital investment/recurring expenses of EBOs and profit generated by EBOs has to be owned by the expansion partner. This belief and unbalanced business strategy of lifestyle brands though attract franchisees in the early stages of EBO expansion due to the brand’s reputation in the market or initial lucrative contract terms, it seriously fails to bring any long-term strategic and competitive advantages to the lifestyle brand as the drop-out rate of expansion partners increase significantly after one year of operation. This belief is also distracting lifestyle brands from understanding the long-term positive impact of EBO expansion frameworks that could balance the risk-mitigation and profits between the brand and the expansion partner. A single theory, model and framework of ‘Firm-Contracts’ and ‘Distribution Systems’ from the existing literature available across perspectives, paradigms, and areas of study (Economics, Business Law, Market Penetration, Business Strategy, Marketing and so on) is not entirely applicable that could be adopted to suit lifestyle brand’s EBO expansion plan in India and designing a framework without empirical pieces of evidence is also not appropriate. In this study, (i) we have studied existing theories, models and frameworks relevant to market penetration and expansion; (ii) analyzed 24 months’ of actual EBO data of a few select organized lifestyle brands in India across their existing expansion models; (iii) borrowed experimental findings and insights from previous studies relevant in this context, to identify key decision and investment-making areas that could result in a balanced business contract between a lifestyle brand and the expansion partner thereby designing an economical/effective framework that would be useful in deployment of appropriate tactics of deciding a right EBO type for every City Type and the Store Location by a lifestyle brand in India. The framework is named as EBOE-LS

Operation of Price Adjustment in Construction Projects
The construction industry always faces problems on price fluctuation and adjustment of the price to compensate the cost fluctuation becomes necessary. There is dilemma on which formula of price adjustment to use in construction contracts. Price adjustment affects all the stakeholders i.e. client, consultant and contractor. This research has revealed about the trend of the cost of components of construction i.e. labor, material, fuel, equipment, etc. and compare the different formulas of price adjustment Ten contracts commencing within 2010 A.D to 2019 A.D have been chosen. The formula used in the contracts has been compared with other formulas under same circumstance that original formula was used. The cost of fuel and bitumen cannot be predicted as it is fluctuating with respect to time. PPMO formula for Price Adjustment use NRB index of labor, material and equipment or fuel. Labor index has increased by 44.86 % during June 2015 to June 2019. Material index is fluctuating and has increased by 20.66% and Equipment index by 31.54%. Comparing the price adjustment factor using different formulas it is seen that the value of price adjustment factor using different formulas are different and change with course of time. Thus, it cannot be generalized that which formula could give minimum value of price adjustment. It depends upon condition such as time, index and cost
