Students’ Perception of the Effectiveness of Technology Assisted Online Education During COVID-19 Pandemic: An Empirical Study
Purpose: The whole calendar year 2020, as well as early indications, suggest, the year 2021, would be challenging for the global community. The COVID-19 pandemics spread through the world, affecting all facets of human endeavor, from industrial development to academic calendar re-adjustments at all educational institutions around the world. Stakeholders and administrators of academic institutions have no choice but to use internet technology, and therefore online learning, to continue academic activities in all institutions around the world. This paper aims to determine if students in higher educational institutions are happy with technology-assisted Online Education during COVID-19 Pandemic. The study used an online survey to find out how students are coping with online education, which has been around for years but is still not widely used, and how happy they are with it.
Methodology: Convenience sampling was employed to collect data for the analysis because it is a non-probability sampling methodology. The aim of using this method is to come up with hypotheses and conduct exploratory research on the topic. It also addresses budget and time constraints. As participants in this research, students from higher education institutions responded to the survey. Higher education students are preferred because they have already been exposed to technology, online platforms, and the ability to adapt, which is the essence of remote learning.
Findings/Result: The study's findings show that adding online education was a good decision since the majority of students surveyed supported it in this epidemic since it allowed them to complete their studies. In terms of satisfaction with online education, the study discovered that there is a gender divide. Students are self-sufficient in terms of the devices they use to take online classes, with a large percentage of students attending online classes using their smartphones. Synchronous delivery options, such as live classes, are not preferred by online educators. Female students spend more time on online education activities than male students. Finally, the study discovered that the most significant barrier to students participating in online education is a lack of internet connectivity in both rural and suburban settings.
Originality: This study examines how satisfied students are with technology-assisted online education at higher education institutions. The results of this study would be very useful to the administrators of higher education institutions in making potential emergency decisions about the planning of online learning services for students from various backgrounds.

Impact of Government Welfare Schemes on Empowerment of Minority Women in Karnataka
Purpose: Even though the government had taken many initiatives for the empowerment of minority women but the success of such initiatives is questionable. A strong tool for perfect empowerment requires financial independence and self-reliant, and this can be achieved only through financial support. With this intention, a present study was conducted to evaluate the impact of awareness and utilisation of various welfare schemes on the empowerment of minority women.
Design/Methodology/Approach: A study was conducted in Karnataka by taking 388 minority women as a sample unit. Simple random sampling techniques were used to select sample units and primary data was collected using a structured questionnaire. Hypotheses are developed to support the primary objective and tested with simple regression analysis.
Findings/Result: The study found that minority women have a very low level of awareness and utilisation of government welfare schemes which has adversely affected the overall development of minority women. This study suggested to take awareness programs for minority women in rural areas to achieve overall empowerment in India.

SOSE-Based E-Government Systems: A Systematic Literature Review
Purpose: E-government is a means of providing services by facilitating communication between government and citizens, government and businesses and among levels of government in a robust, flexible and efficient manner. Service-Oriented Software Engineering (SOSE) is a recognized approach of developing robust, flexible and efficient E-government system by transformation of existing systems. However, several challenges and issues in SOSE-Based E-government systems need to be addressed to attend the desired goal. This paper used systematic literature review (SLR) to identify, classify and analyze primary studies published in the research community from 2010 to 2021 that focused on SOSE approach for E-government systems.
Methodology/Approach: A review protocol was applied to gather 61 relevant primary studies that were critically analyzed, classified and evaluated.
Findings/Result: The results shows that research was active on this topic within the reviewed period. The review’s record shows that the highest number of publication of 10 was in 2010 and lowest number of publication of 2 was in 2016. Furthermore, interoperability received the highest attention by researchers with 22 publications, whereas security received the lowest attention with 2 publications in the reviewed period. It is recommended that further research be conducted on modelling in view of the heterogeneous and dynamic nature of business operations in governance. In addition, further research is required toward SOSE security for protection of E-government systems.

A Study on the Implications of COVID-19 Pandemic on Families with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Purpose: In the exceptional disruption and social isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic, households round the arena are confronted with questions of ways their youngsters can thrive in those conditions. The ever-present demanding situations for kids with unique fitness needs such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), the disaster relay particular problems due to terrible influences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Methodology: A sample of 30 parents of children with ASD has been included in the study during the second wave of the pandemic. Parents have been asked to fill out self-report questionnaire through Google form.
Findings: Researcher has tried to understand the vulnerability of ASD individuals, the associated co-morbidity, challenges encountered, turmoil on daily routine, unreached therapeutic modalities and the stressors. The role of healthcare facilities during the pandemic like COVID -19, the measures taken to ease the burden of ASD community has been studied. The benefit of online services and tele-health during pandemic along with its significance and positive benefits has been identified. It is the best medium of practice for people with limited resources trying to reach efficient behavioural health professionals through technology. Interstate and international opinions and differential diagnosis always remained incomplete as people have no resources to reach the best, pandemic has strengthened the connectivity and collaboration to individuals in need and made it possible.
Originality: The efforts to prioritize the need of the vulnerable community and their responsibilities in reintegrating them into society with risk measures have been weighed. The impact on the overall growth and development and on the psychological realm has been identified with its outcome and the management. What best can be offered and done during the relevant crisis and what measures need to be taken has been deeply observed.

100 Years of Growth and Success Story of Nestle India - A Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry
Background/Purpose: As a Swiss multinational company, Nestle has a subsidiary in India called Nestle India Limited (NIL). In Haryana, the company is headquartered in Gurugram (Gurgaon). Food, beverages, chocolate, and confectioneries are among the company's offerings. Because of Nestle’s focus on its core strengths and its alignment with opportunities available, the company's product portfolio and global presence continue to expand. Nestle celebrated its 100th anniversary in India in 2012 with a new commercial featuring the company's products.
Objective: In this paper, we analyze Nestle India's influence on customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to know the company's CSR activities. This paper also analyses the FMCG industry evolution in the country.
Design/Methodology/Approach This study was undertaken using secondary sources, such as journals and conference articles, annual reports, websites of Nestle Company, the internet, scholarly articles, and social media reviews. A SWOT analysis assessment was made on the company. It is an explorative research case study that aims at identifying the growth of Nestle India Limited-A FMCG industry in the Indian economy.
Findings/Results: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company gained growth. Net income for Nestle India in 2020 is more than 20 billion Indian rupees compared to 19 billion rupees in the year before.
Conclusion: Nestle India is a major player in the Indian FMCG market. One of India's top-valued companies, as well as one of the country's top job creators. As part of its mission, Nestle India strives to provide various high-quality, safe-food items at affordable prices. The firm is constantly striving to better understand modern Indian lives and anticipate consumer needs, it is also constantly working to improve its product offerings in terms of convenience, taste, nutrition, and wellness.

A Conceptual Study on Performance of Small-Scale Industries in India
Purpose: Small-Scale Industries (SSI) are critical to economic development, particularly in developing countries. SSI provide nearly forty percent of the gross industrial value added to the Indian economy. It is interesting to know the performance and status of small-scale industries by using data from the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and analysing the SSI's strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities.
Objective: This research aims to analyse the scheme introduced by the Government to improve the SSI output.
Methodology: For the study, we considered various articles, websites and tabular presentations.
Result: According to the study, government schemes and policies contribute to promoting SSI growth in India. SSI provides a more significant contribution to the country's export, and it creates more employment opportunities for youth.
Originality/value: The study determined the efficiency of small-scale industries in terms of unit establishment, production, job creation and export and also learned about some special government facilities provided through various schemes and programmes to address issues or problems and promote SSI's growth and development.

Compliance Status of Building Bylaws and Codes in High-rise Apartment Buildings of Nepal
Purpose: The implementation and compliance of building bylaws and building codes in apartment buildings in Nepal are always questionable. Thus, the overall objective of the study was to assess the building bylaws and building code compliance in apartment buildings.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Data were collected by field observation of selected thirteen apartments and questionnaire survey after extensive literature review. It is analyzed based on the standard of codes and bylaws and effect during the earthquake and presented using charts, tables, and graphs.
Findings/Result: Though the provisions of bylaws i.e., greenery open space have not complied in four apartments and setback criteria have not complied in two apartments, all other provisions of bylaws have fully complied with in all thirteen apartments selected for the study. Likewise, most of the provisions of the Nepal National Building Code have fully complied in all thirteen apartments selected for the study. However, the RCC bands in masonry infill walls were not provided in all the thirteen selected apartments. The study revealed that the structural members in most of the apartments during the Gorkha earthquake 2015 were damaged minor to moderate only. But the nonstructural infill walls in most of the apartments were damaged moderately to severely. The main reason for severe to moderate damage on nonstructural infill walls of apartments was due to the RCC bands and vertical reinforcement not provided in the nonstructural walls. So, the RCC bands shall be provided in masonry infill walls and also the nonstructural masonry infill walls should be replaced in apartment buildings with lightweight, prefabricated materials to avoid damage in masonry infill walls. Similarly, the designer and developer himself should be made fully responsible and accountable for full compliance of building code and building Bylaws. Rewards and punishment systems should be introduced with the level of compliance with the provisions of codes and bylaws. Thus, the study revealed that the apartment building construction is a formal housing process regulated by the government of Nepal in the overall process of approval, supervision, and monitoring. The High-rise apartment buildings in Kathmandu valley are safe enough from earthquake, fire, and other natural disasters since the compliance with building codes and bylaws is satisfactory. Also, there is no option to go for High-rise Apartment buildings in the cities like Kathmandu where the land is very limited.

A Framework of Web Mining Algorithm-Based Hidden Pattern in India E-Government Application Using Blockchain Technology
Purpose: The Indian Government should be analyzing these problems and organized a special team who has responsibility for all inquiry and reduced these types of problem and India’s Government should be informed about new health projects to people by public relations or advertising. Now, with the advent of data analysis techniques and tools, this process of finding patterns in the behavior of applications can be taken to a next higher level. The methods and algorithms used exclusively in data mining for medical purposes are known as Medical Data Mining. Many studies in the fields of e-government implementation in developed countries are available, but there are not many studies available in India. There is no underlying explanation why considerations apply to the electronic government's introduction, which contributes to a hole in the written audit. The knowledge is hidden among government data set and it is extractable through data mining techniques. The relevant and unchanging design of blockchain technologies could be used to accelerate constant progress to open and distributed energy frameworks and to tackle some problems facing the company.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Design & Implementing the theoretical concept of blockchain is an increasing technology which is seen by many inhabitants as a fundamental weakness because of the general obscurity of the complexities and chances of its execution.
Findings/Result: Although the study being conducted on the thorough analysis of e-government results, various questions relating to data collection and methodologies for analyzing these data are yet to be addressed by the potential researchers.
Originality/Value: Huge data analysis will open up options for developing market intelligence to increase the usage and personalization of e-governments.

Demonstration of Drawing by Robotic Arm using RoboDK and C#
Purpose: Robots are transforming the world, and soon they will take part or assist in our all-daily life activities. There are several fields where robots are already doing well, like Surgery, painting, industrial automation, autonomous navigation, engraving, 3D printing, and many more. The robot is nothing but consists of some mechanical movement driven by functions and algorithms. To get the perfect result, the algorithm working behind the scene also needs to be perfect. In all the above fields, need to reach the end effector at the exact position. That is why we need serious research on it. Otherwise, it will remain a plaything, cannot be engaged in an important role. Before implementing it into an actual application, we need to test in a simulated environment, especially when writing new methods. The simulation environment is the safest place where anything that goes wrong cannot damage a physical entity. So, the robot researcher prefers the simulator. The RoboDK is one of the famous robot simulators. Its interface is excellent and easy to test any commercial robot inside the IDE. In our research will see how to keep marking the end-effector position using the graphical method. When our end-effector moves, it holds a footprint to inspect later. This one is a minimalistic approach. Through the simplified drawing method, we can observe arm movement. This demonstration will use an optimized version of C# API, which RoboDK provides.
Design/Methodology/Approach: In RoboDK IDE, we can create a new station or import existing built-in available stations. Our application drives the simulator robot. It is developed in C# language using Microsoft visual studio 2019 community edition. Both applications communicate through socket communication. Pressing the mouse's left click, when we move the mouse, it calculates the mouse pointer position and maps the value based on the robot drawing area. Then the values are sent to the simulated robot. Fetching the value, RoboDK moves into the desired position.
Findings/result: Using our research works, the researcher can get some references to enhance their research work. We keep our code as simple as possible to be understood quickly and easily integrate into their research work.
Originality/Value: We search the research work on RoboDK and C# language. Most of the documents are available in the python language, even in little bit documents present in the RoboDK example collection. So, we decided to migrate from python to our native language, C#. That is why this research work. After lots of hard work, we achieved it. If anyone wants to research RoboDK using C# API, it can reference their research work.

Use of Natural Language Processing in Software Requirements Prioritization – A Systematic Literature Review
Purpose: Research involves the creation and implementation of new ideas by keeping the existing work as a foundation. The literature review done in this paper is to familiarise and to know about the domain of research to integrate the existing ideas with the new ones.
Methodology: The literature that is required for this study is chosen from multiple secondary sources such as journals, conference proceedings, and web resources. All the pieces of literature are carefully studied and summarised. This is further used to arrive at Research agendas and Research gaps.
Findings/Result: It has been observed and understood that Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a field involving analysis and processing of textual contents. It also requires Machine Learning Algorithms to support the processing. This combination has already been used in various domains, the important one being the health sector. EMR data is huge and NLP can successfully process and prioritize them in different dimensions. In that direction, the same concept and technology can be applied to Software Engineering also and Requirements can be prioritized.
Originality: This literature review study is carried out using secondary data which is collected through various online sources. The information thus gathered will be used in the future to build upon existing theory and framework or build a new methodology. It is also seen that any conclusion or decision is not biased or unidirectional. A sincere effort is made to identify a research topic to carry out the research.
