A Theoretical Study on the Empowerment of Women in Bangladesh: Social, Legal, and Economical Perspective
Bangladesh is a developing country and most of the people of this country is a woman. The social and economic conditions of the women in here are not good and complex as well. They are struggling every moment to keep their position settle in the family and in the society by overcoming different embodiments and multilateral pressures. Equal participation of men and women in any uplift activities in the society is not facile here. Many operations taken by women are not considered as work in society. Now-a-days women are working in different sectors such as administrative sectors, judicial sectors, medical sectors and other sectors which are not safe for them but they can’t their proper respect and status. Moreover, they are often neglected, tortured and persecuted in their family and society. It is a devaluation and this devaluation hinders the rights of women. And that’s why women can’t stay parallel with men and can’t enjoy equal right to overcome gender disparity. But the better news is that recently women are raising their voice in favour of their rights. This article provides the importance of women empowerment, how the dignity of women can increase, what types of roles are fulfilled by the women as well as how they overcome the obstacles behind the development
A Comparative Study on Research Performance of Indian Universities with NAAC A++ grade Accreditation
Background/Purpose: Developing and Maintaining quality in higher education is an essential aspect of the sustainability of universities. National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), India has developed a new model of HEIs assessment and accreditation from July 2017. Based on its assessment, NAAC announces the final result in the form of Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) between 0 to 4.0, which is a combination of evaluation of qualitative and quantitative metrics with three parts including peer team report, graphical representation based on quantitative metric, and institutional grade sheet. Out of more than 380 universities assessment out of about 950 universities as on 30/042021, only 9 universities have been graded as A++ letter grade by NAAC.
Objectives: Study on Criteria wise performance of top nine A++ scored Indian Universities according to NAAC Accreditation, full scores obtained in various criteria with reasons, compare research performance and analyse it using ABC model of research productivity, the effect of organizational leaders as role models on the research output, and to critically analyse the organizational SWOC based on NAAC data and outcome.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Analysis of information collected from self-study reports of NAAC A++ graded universities, comparing and analyzing criteria wise, and analyzing research productivity of these universities and their leaders using ABC model of annual Research performance framework.
Findings/Result: Out of nine NAAC A++ graded universities, five universities got full scores in the Curricular Aspects criterion. The universities are ranked based on their overall scores in the accreditation process. Based on the scores obtained in different criteria, the strengths and weaknesses of these universities are studied. These nine universities are further ranked based on their annual research performance and the leaders/Vice-chancellors research annual research productivity by considering the last five years research productivity. It is observed that many vice-chancellors failed to contribute to universities research outcomes as role models and motivators to other researchers of these universities. A comparative study on research performance-based grading is found to be ambiguous and little disparity is observed on key indicator-based university grading. Based on observations, some general recommendations are suggested.
Research limitations/implications: This study used the data from the Self-study Report, Peer Team Report, and Grade Report of respective universities kept for public reference in the NAAC website in accordance with the new accreditation framework, downloaded on 30/04/2021.
Originality/Value: This paper compares the research performance of nine NAAC A++ accredited universities of India using their last 5 years’ research data and identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of these universities for further improvement.

Disruptive Technologies for Efficient and Sustainable Smart Cities
Purpose: The most active and rapid development in today's world is happening in Smart cities. Smart Cities are changing very fast in every aspect, be it development, operations, and or maintenance points of view. Today's Smart Cities are aiming to be at an advanced stage of urbanization and fully exploiting digital infrastructure for rapid urban development. In order to make the cities better places to live and to offer more comfortable and enjoyable living for their residents, Smart Cities are using and employing various tools and technologies to make themselves smarter and more connected with their stakeholders using technology means. Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, and various latest technologies such as 5G, Data Analytics, IoT, AI, and Machine Learning, Digital Twins, etc. are transforming and shaping up Smart Cities in never before style. In this paper, various such key technologies that are positively affecting Smart Cities are discussed at length. It is also highlighted in detail how these technologies are impacting Smart Cities development and operations. Finally, future research directions are also discussed in brief.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Extensive exploration of available literature with research papers, conference papers, white papers, online blogs, dedicated websites, etc. on the research area and interactions with field researchers, subject matter experts, industry professionals is carried out to collect, analyse and process the collected data to find out the facts. The resulted facts and findings about the latest technologies used in Smart Cities is presented in this research paper.
Findings/Result: After analysis of available literature and based on interactions with relevant stakeholders and based on own data analysis, it is identified that Smart City services are making use of various latest tools and technologies to solve their real-life challenges. Among vast list of technologies specifically IoT, Blockchain, Digital Twins, 5G, Contactless Technology, AI and ML are found the most significant and widely used technologies in Smart Cities development, operations, and maintenance activities.
Originality/Value: It is found that not many research papers are available on analysis of future technologies used in Smart Cities. The data presented in this paper is genuine and original and completely based on systematic literature review, interactions with SME, Researchers and Industry experts and based on own data analysis which produced new findings.

ABB IRB 120-30.6 Build Procedure in RoboDK
Purpose: Research on robotics needs a robot to experiment on it. The actual industrial robot is costly. So, the only resort is to use a Robot simulator. The RoboDK is one of the best robot simulators now. It has covered most of the popular industrial robots. Its interface is straightforward. Just open the software, download the robot as we need, and start experiments. Up to that, no issue was found anywhere. However, the problem begins when we want to build the simulated robot by own. Lots of complexity arises like coordinate assignment, rotation not aligned, length mismatch, robot not synced with DH parameter. We begin to find some documents for making the robots. A few bits of the document are present. That is why we research it. After doing that, we prepared this paper for the researcher who wants to develop the simulated robot independently. This paper can be referenced for them. To minimize the complexity of our research, we study an industrial robot, ABB IRB 120-30.6. It is a good and popular robot. It is six degrees of freedom robot. We will use the specification and STEP file from their respective website and build a simulated robot from the STEP file for our research purpose.
Design/Methodology/Approach: We will create a simulated robot from ABB IRB 120-30.6 STEP file. To create a robot by own, we took the help of the IRB 120 robot model. To demonstrate as simple as possible, we start with that robot whose default design is already present. We match and tune the joint coordinate based on robot parameters through this experiment.
Findings/results: Here, we see how to create a custom robot. Using the IRB 120 robot model, we will create a robot model step by step. Furthermore, it will move it around its axis.
Originality/Value: Using this experiment, the new researcher can get valuable information to create their custom robot.

Machine Learning and Deep Learning Techniques for IoT-based Intrusion Detection Systems: A Literature Review
Purpose: The authors attempt to examine the work done in the area of Intrusion Detection System in IoT utilizing Machine Learning/Deep Learning technique and various accessible datasets for IoT security in this review of literature.
Methodology:
The papers in this study were published between 2014 and 2021 and dealt with the use of IDS in IoT security. Various databases such as IEEE, Wiley, Science Direct, MDPI, and others were searched for this purpose, and shortlisted articles used Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to handle various IoT vulnerabilities.
Findings/Result: In the past few years, the IDS has grown in popularity as a result of their robustness. The main idea behind intrusion detection systems is to detect intruders in a given region. An intruder is a host that tries to connect to other nodes without permission in the world of the Internet of Things. In the field of IDS, there is a research gap. Different ML/DL techniques are used for IDS in IoT. But it does not properly deal with complexity issues. Also, these techniques are limited to some attacks, and it does not provide high accuracy.
Originality: A review had been executed from various research works available from online databases and based on the survey derived a structure for the future study.

Medical Image Processing: Detection and Prediction of PCOS – A Systematic Literature Review
Purpose: Considered as the most common hormonal disorder among women, polycystic ovary syndrome or PCOS affects 1 in 10 reproductive aged women (18 - 44 years). Ultrasonography is applied for assessing the ovaries to detect PCOS. The patients affected by PCOS consist of 10-12 cysts present in the ovary, but more than 10 cysts are more enough to diagnose the disorder from the ultrasound images. Then, by examining the ultrasound the presence of follicles will be determined. Therefore, the image processing approaches have assisted to identify the characteristics like follicle size, number of follicles and structure to minimize the workload and time of doctors. PCOS do not have better treatment and effective diagnosis. This paper includes reviewing a summary of some of the researches that have been going in area of medical diagnosis. Based on the review, research gap, research agendas to carry out further research are identified.
Approach: A detailed study on the algorithms used in medical image processing and classification.
Findings: The study indicated that most of the classification of polycystic ovarian syndrome is done merely on the clinical data sets. The new hybrid methodology proposed will be more precise as both images and lifestyle are analysed.
Originality: The type of data required for detection system are studied and the architecture and schematic diagram of a proposed system are included.

Opportunities and Challenges for Producing Solar Energy in Every Indian Home – A Case Study
The energy from the sun is abundant for essential requirements of every home. But due totechnological reasons, it is not so easy to use the solar energy by converting it into electricalenergy efficiently in all places. The important factors which would be affecting the efficiencyof the solar panels (which is presently in the range of 20% to 30%,) are the cost involved inimplementing the same at each house, lack of knowledge on investment return etc. Thesemiconductor technology for fabricating solar cells contributes to the performance. Findings/Result: Based on the study through various resources and also by analyzing the facts and figures, it is observed that sustaining in Retail market is a tough job which also requires many strategies and procedures to be amicably followed. A Technical Approach for Promotion of Yakshagana - A Literature Survey
Background/Purpose: Yakshagana is a theatre style that combines varieties of make-up styles and dressing styles depending on the type of character or role that is to be played on the stage. This article briefly discusses certain areas of Yakshagana where technology can be used for object detection and make-up recognition to classify and identify the characters.
Objective: The main objective of this literature survey is to summarize the techniques used to identify different objects in a Yakahagana image & to identify the different makeup styles to recognize the type of characters. This paper also recommends the technical methods that can be used to promote Yakshagana.
Methodology: Information is collected from various scholarly articles, books, and web pages.
Findings/Results: Based on the analysis of the papers reviewed, it is observed that, no much work is carried out in the field of object detection & make-up detection in Yakshagana. This survey paper recommends techniques and the methodology that can be applied to the Yakshanaga field to identify and classify the objects and detect the patterns in makeup in Yakshagana roles.
Limitations: The study is limited to crown & jewelry detection and pattern recognition in facial makeup in Yakshagana
