Normative Value of Patellar Tendon Thickness in Indian Young Adult Population - A Cross Sectional Study
Purpose: Patellar Tendinopathy (PT) is a highly prevalent condition in lower extremity. Ultrasonography is used as diagnostic tool and outcome measure in clinical trials on PT. As the thickness of the tendon increases in tendinopathy conditions, it is important to establish a normal value of the tendon thickness. Therefore, normal and pathological tendon can be differentiated from each other. Though normal tendon thickness was established for western country population, it is important to have a normal reference value for Indian population as Indians belong to different race and ethnic background. So, the purpose of the study was to establish a normative data of patellar tendon thickness in young Indian adult population.
Methodology: A total of 48 subjects, 28 males and 20 females were included based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria were subjects aged between 18 and 35 years of age, both male and female, currently not suffering from any of the musculoskeletal pain in the lower extremity. Included subjects were positioned supine with mild knee flexion and undergone ultrasound measurement of patellar tendon thickness at both 0.5 centimetres proximal to the tibial tuberocity and 0.5 centimetres distal to the apex of the patellar tendon of both the extremities by an experienced radiologist. The measurements were recorded in centimetres.
Results: Patellar tendon thickness of the recruited subjects for right and left side with geometric mean and 95% confidence was calculated. The overall Proximal thickness geometrical mean and confidence interval were. 0.35 (CI0.34 to 0.37). Meanwhile, the mid and distal thickness were0.33 (CI 0.32 to 0.35) and 0.35 (CI 0.33 to 0.36) respectively.
Original value: This is a primary study established a normative value of patellar tendon thickness for young Indian adult population.

Operation of Design Review in Small Irrigation Projects in Dang Valley of Nepal
Purpose: Farmer Managed Irrigation Systems (FMIS) in Nepal are pioneers because of their traditional practice leading to sustainability and its efficient operating systems for centuries. In the context of the modernization of FMIS, it is important to preserve the traditional sustainable design approach along with its new construction techniques. This research has attempted to reveal the practices of design review.
Design/Methodology/Approach: To meet these objectives primary and secondary data were collected in fifteen surface irrigation schemes developed by CIP in Dang Valley. A questionnaire survey and observations were done to collect primary data followed by a collection of Feasibility Assessment Report as secondary data. Descriptive analysis was done using graphs and tables whenever applicable along with supported by a literature review.
Findings/Result: The study found that farmers' participation in project selection and the detailed survey was satisfactory. The project cost has always been seen as a burning issue during planning, design, and implementation. 89% of respondents agreed that the budget ceiling in the project affected design. Overall, 72% of respondents opined that the proposed design is not sufficient for implementation which indicates that there is a need for design review, particularly for sustainability and efficient system. The study revealed that the gap between the design and construction phase could be minimized by revising the design and checking its compliance with actual site conditions before its implementation. The practice of design was found to be a very preliminary stage by the client.
Originality/Value: The design of the project assures the constructability and performance of the project. So, the study signifies the pioneer sector FMIS to be constructed without any design issue through the documented practice of design review. The study has intended to study to minimize the gap between the design and construction phase.

Purpose: The present paper analyzes the inclusive approach of the MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and the Seven pillars that play a significant role in promoting Indian health care to achieve Sustainable Development goals. The MSMEs & SME focuses on designing and manufacturing a wide range of medical products or devices, innovative drugs, COVID-19 related products act as a catalyst to bring a social-economic transformation of rural and urban by delivering a new wave ecosystem and also by the new generation entrepreneurship. MSME contributes one-third to India’s GDP and is the crater of opportunities, employment and contributes to women empowerment. Digital India promotes ICT-Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Blockchain technology, Make in India in manufacturing indigenization health care innovation to withstand global competition in healthcare products to meet requirements of the society and global demand through the Government Schemes and policies with Partnership and Collaboration Model with support of Unicorn startup to bring the private sector and NGO in providing affordable healthcare infrastructure facilities under National Health Policy, Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY, Budget and Niti Aayog has proved more funds and promoting the health care. The medical device industry contributes very significantly to the top 20 markets for medical devices. MSME contributes 6.11% of the manufacturing GDP, 24.63% of the GDP service activity, and 45% of overall export. The medical technology through Digital India is projected to reach US 372billion by 2022 and India is among the top 12 destinations for biotechnology and 100% FDI allowed under the automatic route and the largest provider of generic drugs.
Design/methodology/approaches: The study is based on secondary data gathered from diverse sources such as articles published in Journals, government and other web site, newspapers, etc.
Findings and results: Indian economy will contribute to the GDP of the country. Public health is the major factor that we need to take care of then only there will be a possibility of progress in the country.
Originality/value: This study analyzes the seven pillars of healthcare that can be transferred to the healthcare industry and society. The seven pillars are “Economic Growth, Innovation, Digital Technology, Government Scheme and Budget, SME & Unicorn Entrepreneur, healthcare infrastructure and Partnerships and collaboration” are they provide strength to healthcare. The public health care infrastructure in both rural and urban areas is not up to the mark expect private health care. We suggest that more focus on providing primary healthcare with more staff for the large population and more tax rebates on health expenditure and health care schemes to be provided to all sections of the society.

A Case Study on the Impacts of the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana on the Banking Sector in India
Purpose: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) are the backbone of the Indian economy. MSME provide job opportunities and contributing to national GDP, among other things. In this paper, we examine the performance of the Micro Unit Development and Refinance Agency (MUDRA) established by the Government of India (GOI) to provide financial support to MSME, as well as the MUDRA loan strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges (SWOC).
Objectives: To examine the effectiveness of MUDRA from the point of view of the Government of India to promote the micro-enterprises.
Methodology: MUDRA Yojana's information was mainly acquired from the MUDRA Yojana's yearly reports and its website. It was also obtained from several journals, magazines, and quarterly publications, among other sources.
Result: According to the observation MUDRA scheme introduced by GOI, it contributed to MSME growth and supported a woman entrepreneur in India.
Originality/value: This study determined the MUDRA scheme performance in different financial years (FY) and will help us learn about the MUDRA scheme's impact in terms of growth of industries startups and increase the output of MSME.

A Novel Approach of BRELU RESNET Based Cyber Attack Detection System with BAIT Based Approach for Mitigation
Purpose: Industrial Control Systems become more vulnerable to digital attacks by merging communication groups and the Internet of Things, which could have severe implications. An Intrusion Detection System is essential in IoT businesses for identifying and stopping assaults. To ensure data privacy and security in the face of digital attacks, legislation and large enterprises should develop network security policies today. As people-based full frameworks have become more vital in today's society, they've also become targets for hostile activities, compelling both industry and research to concentrate more on dealing with local area disruption recognition issues. Contraption reviewing techniques have shown to be effective tools for resolving in-network interruption location issues.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This investigation yielded a very unique strategy for tackling hub moderation utilizing a Classification and Encryption method. The UNSW-NB15 dataset is acquired and divided into Data for preparation and testing from the start. The information is pre-handled and included are eliminated right away within the preparation time frame. The TWM Algorithm is then used to determine the relevant highlights from that moment onward. The BRELU-RESNET classifier then sorts the input into went after and non-went after categories. The compromised information is then saved in the security log record, and the typical data is encrypted using the ESHP-ECC computation. Findings/Result: The research is based on the UNSW-NB 15 dataset, which shows that the proposed method achieves an unreasonable awareness level of 98.34 percent, particularity level of 77.54 percent, exactness level of 96.6 percent, Precision level of 97.96 percent, review level of 98.34 percent, F-proportion of 98.15 percent, False Positive Rate of 22.46 percent, False Negative Rate of 1.66 percent, and Matthew's connection coefficient of 77.38
Originality/Value: This experimental-based research article examines the malicious activities in the cyberspace using BRELU-RESNET approach and mitigated by using BAIT based approach mechanism.

A Systematic Review and Research Agenda of Digital Payment System with reference to Unified Payment Interface
Purpose: India is undergoing a significant transition from a cash-based economy to a cashless or less-cash one. The smartphone and internet adoption paved the way for technological acceptability in many sectors, including money usage. Economic transactions are carried out using an electronic medium. Among the several e-payment options over the last five years, the Unified Payment Interface (UPI) has grown dramatically. Payment is one facet of a country's financial inclusion. The current study intends to provide a thorough evaluation of the literature on digital payments in relation to UPI and financial inclusion. It also examines the factors that influence UPI platform acceptability, continue to use and recommend others to use.
Design/Methodology/Approach: A thorough literature study is carried out in order to uncover research literature concentrating on important topics such as digital payment, technology acceptance and usage, digital financial inclusion, and unified payment interface. Using the SWOC and ABCD frameworks, the research need is identified and agendas are reviewed.
Findings/Result: According to a survey of the literature, the majority of the research was conducted to evaluate digital payment as a whole. Less study was carried out by concentrating on UPI, especially in relation to the component of digital financial inclusion. The advancement of technology constantly calls for more research.
Originality/Value: This is the first study to establish a link between Digital Payment, UPI and Digital Financial inclusion. The policymakers, service providers and researchers can make use of the results to understand and assess the role of UPI in making India a less cash society.

Distributed Authentication Using Blockchain for Protected Communication in Cloud Based IoT Platform
Purpose: The technology has improvised to control the devices from the remote location using the IoT framework. To improvise the storage efficiency of the technology the IoT is integrated with the cloud network. When the huge size of the data is generated this cloud server hosts the space for the big data. But the secure exchange of the data between the IoT data is not efficient to protect the confidentiality of the data. The existing security systems are either concentrating on the authentication or secure validation. Hence there is a demand for the lightweight, less complex, and strong secure framework.
Design/ Methodology/Approach: The authentication phase of the proposed framework is designed using distributed block chain protocol to authenticate multiple users in the cloud environment. The SALSA20 encryption algorithm which augments the strength of the data security. The protected key exchange is done using the ReDH algorithm. Indexing is done using the hash algorithm to obtain the accuracy in the search results and to minimize the encrypting and decrypting time.
Findings/ Results: The proposed distributed block chain authentication framework is proved to be efficient with less encrypting and decrypting periods of about 0.25ms and 0.2ms respectively. 97.5% of the storage efficiency proves this model to be suitable for the cloud application.
Originality/Value: The proposed model has a dedicated database for the registration for the users and IoT devices which is used to validate the authentication of the system. The encryption is done using the SALSA20 algorithm and sensitivity level prediction process to measure the sensitivity score.

A Descriptive Analysis on Effect of Corporate Governance on Investor’s Decision
Purpose: The article studies the impact of internal factors and external factors influencing an investor’s investment decision.
Design/Methodology: The information for the study was obtained from secondary sources like journal papers, magazines and books.
Findings: Human psychology has an internal role in investing choice, whereas corporate governance is an external influence. Corporate governance plays a major role in the investment decision-making process by revealing all elements of business information, but investors understand the information according to their own assessments and assumptions based on their psychology. As a result, a firm’s transparency hardly impacts in investment decisions, and it only works to a limited extent; the rest of the investment selection process is dominated by human behaviour. However, the firm is transparent, there is no guarantee that the investor will always act rationally when making a choice for investment.
Originality/Value: Every investor should make rational decisions about their investments. Therefore, it is an investor’s responsibility to follow the information provided by the firm, although some investors fail to do so. As a result of investor psychology, investors’ investment decisions are beyond the reach of business transparency. The study implies that a behavioural survey will be useful in determining the factor influencing investors’ investing decisions.

Risk Management Practice Adopted in Road Construction Project
Purpose: Zero risk construction is only a dream not reality as there is nothing certainity in the real world and scientists are only capable of coverting the same into risk with high level data science. The practice of risk management is an attempt to highlight risk elements with a case of urban road construction in Sindhupalchowk district, Province 3, Nepal.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The 5-point Likert scale questionnaire survey was done to collect the primary data. Risk Management Practice is documented based on survey response in percentage through charts and graphs. Field visit were done for visual assessment of the construction procedure along with key informant interview and Secondary data of Detail Project Reports, Design and Drawings were effectively analyzed. Cronbach’s alpha was used to measure the reliability and triangulations were done for validity.
Findings/Result: The results from this research indicates that contractor’s organization are averagely aware with a mean score of 3.30 about Risk Management Practice and averagely practicing risk management formally with mean score of 2.83. They are averagely analyzing risk management techniques with mean score of 3.07. Mean score is slightly higher based on client’s perspective with score for awareness being 3.93 and score for risk management being practiced formally is 3.13. Risk analysis score based on client’s management is 3.40. Mostly adopted technique of risk identification is monitoring and evaluation report of similar past projects and direct judgment is widely used technique for risk assessment of road construction projects at Sindhupalchowk district based on both client’s and contractor’s perspective. Risk response strategy based on contractor’s perspective is monitoring the risk and preparing contingency plan whereas that for client is transfer of risk.
Originality/Value: It is action research which is significant for professional to understand the practices of risk management being adopted by Nepalese Contractors in hilly region of Nepal.

A Systematic Review on Issues and Challenges Associated with Work Engagement of Teachers
Purpose: As education sector becomes more and more quality conscious, the nature of work involved in teaching profession undergoes dramatic changes. The various management concepts such as creativity, innovation, continuous improvement and change management become a common jargon for teachers in the current scenario. All these factors impose greater pressure and uncertainty on teachers. In the midst of all these challenges, there are multiple parameters to evaluate the performance of teachers. This sudden shift in the profession really resulted in teachers experiencing a stressful environment. The predicament of whether to focus more on traditional teaching methodology or student centric quality parameters exerts pressure on them. The New Education Policy (NEP 2020) will of course demand more involvement from teachers. In this juncture, this study proposes to conduct an analysis of various issues and challenges related to work engagement of teachers.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Literature review is conducted to analyse the concept of work engagement, work engagement of teachers and the factors influencing work engagement of teachers.
Findings/Result: Quality consciousness, innovation driven environment and implementation of National Education Policy, 2020 makes it important to be concerned about the work engagement of teachers. The transition towards a student centric curriculum is challenging and inevitable. In this context, work engagement of teachers should be given utmost importance.
Originality/Value: The antecedents and consequences of work engagement in the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment is evaluated.
