No full textThe problem connected with the role and meaning of creative teacher\u27s activity in teaching-bringing process of the higher establishment is presented in the article. The specific and characteristic of pesagogic teacher\u27s creativin are examined; the criteria of creative pedagogical activity are distinguished.Розглянуто поняття професійної компетентності педагога. Проаналізовано професійний розвиток і творчу діяльність педагога в системі безперервної професійної освіти. Виділено критерії творчої педагогічної діяльності. Виявлено, що важливим змістовим модулем у структурі становлення педагогічної культури педагога вищої школи є комплекс психолого-педагогічних умінь: конструктивних, комунікативних, дидактичних, перцептивних, сугестивних, пізнавальних, прикладних, організаторських, психотехнічних. Запропоновано впровадження в практику нетрадиційних форм засідання кафедри, зокрема: проблемні столи, творчі педагогічні проекти, відеоконференції, науково-педагогічні експедиції
