    Malik Hasan Akhtar gained fame in Urdu literature as a critic, researcher, historian, dramatist, expert in Iqbal studies and educationist. He served knowledge and literature for more than thirty years and authored and compiled more than 20 books. Apart from these permanent works, he penned a large number of articles, columns, and papers on various topics. "Tareekh Urdu Adab" is a well-known work of his with a page count of 1212 and consists of 34 chapters. The researchers has presented a critical and analytical study of his work. Based on our analytical study, we hve tried to prove that this work of Malik Hasan Akhtar holds an important place in Urdu literature and is a valuable addition to it

    Role of Education in Promoting Employment Opportunities in district Rajanpur (South Punjab) Pakistan

    This study is based to examine the role of education in promoting employment opportunities in Rajanpur District (Southern Punjab) Pakistan. Study was descriptive in nature and survey method was assumed for the collection of data. The group of 200, teachers 170 and 30 lawyers were recognized as sample for this study purpose. Data was collected through questionnaire that was consisted 30 close ended questions and 3 open ended questions. Data was analyzed by using SPSS data analysis sheet, mean score, standard deviation, frequency, percentage, ANOVA, Tukeys HSD, Pearson correlation and simple linear regression.  Findings were drawn on the basis of data analysis and it showed that education had a positive relationship in employment opportunities. Results showed that it’s an important requirement for employment. Education is the key of employability and there is coordination between education and employability. Level of education is influencing the employability and lack of university education effecting on individual career. There is a connection between studies and workplace and policies in education to support unemployed youth to get work. There is involvement of private sector in educational institutions and education is influencing the career of individuals. Moreover, education is playing a positive role in employment opportunities

    This article consists on the curriculum services of John Shakespear. He was a prominent orientalist who never visited India but spent his whole life promoting the Urdu language. Apart form Grammar and Dictionary of Urdu language, two of his books, “An Introduction to Hindustani Language” and “Selections in Hindi” were written solely to fulfill curriculum requirements. A famous orientalist Garcin de,tassy taught his students “Selections in Hindi” for a long time in Europe. Selections in Hindi” was published in six editions while “Introduction to Hindustani language” was published only once. The first one is consists on Urdu translation of Khulasa-tu-Twareekh by Sher Ali Jaff ry (Afsos). Basically this is Urdu text for European learners who wanted command on Urdu language. And the second one is consists on Alphabets of Urdu, Persian and Nagri, it also have Grammar and Dictionary of Urdu. These volumes were extremely important at that time and this article provides a brief analysis and summary of these curriculum books of John Shakespeare

    The importance of rituals of joy and sorrow in human societies is well-established. These practices are shaped by the specific conditions and beliefs of each nation and community, and they become so ingrained over time that they cannot be erased overnight by the decree of a king or the dominance of a group. The pursuit of happiness and joy is a natural human inclination, and to achieve this, various methods are constantly sought. Some of these methods are religious and social, national and international, while others become regional and local customs and festivals. These rituals and festivals bring much happiness to human life; without them, life would be very dry and dull, which is contrary to human nature. Therefore, in an Islamic society, various festivals are organized to express gratitude for the blessings of Allah. These days of joy and happiness are essentially a means of showing gratitude for blessings.Just as in Islam, other revealed religions also have numerous religious, national, and social festivals and rituals of joy and sorrow, as happiness and sorrow are natural emotions. The expression of these emotions gives rise to many rituals that reflect the religion and culture of the society in which they are practiced. Judaism also has its own established rituals and festivals of joy and sorrow, which are detailed in its religious literature. Below is a brief overview of the customary rituals observed by Jews, which they celebrate with great respect and attention. This research study delves into the traditional practices of joy and sorrow within Judaism, examining their social importance and benefits. The study aims to understand how these rituals are observed, their historical and cultural significance, and their impact on Jewish communities. By analyzing various aspects of these practices, the study highlights their role in strengthening communal bonds, providing emotional support, and preserving cultural heritage

    Acceptance or Revolt: A Comparative Existential Analysis of Billy Pilgrim in Slaughterhouse-Five and Yossarian in Catch-22 within the Context of War Absurdity

    Acceptance and Revolt become two sides of the same coin in the face of the absurdity of war in Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse-Five and Joseph Heller's Catch-22. This paper examines how the protagonists, Billy Pilgrim and Yossarian, try to fill up the existential void created by a world devoid of inherent meaning. Both characters tragically encounter the psychological trauma and existential crisis during war. The profound negative impact of absurdity compel both of them to question their individual identity. The search for meaning through their contrasting approaches of Acceptance and Revolt is main goal of this study. Comparing their war experiences and aftermath, the paper tries to find out contrasting strategies adopted by protagonists to confront the trauma. The comparative analysis explores how Billy's unstuck existence and fatalistic acceptance is different from Yossarian's desperate attempts to defy the nonsensical logic of war in context of their existential struggle within a meaningless world around them

Although the characters of hijab stories and novels are romantic, they are not rebels of moral and civilized traditions. She cherishes these subtle values. This is the reason why the feelings of love that emerge in the slow heat of romance go down in the hearts. Her novels include "Pagal Khana", "Andhira Khwab" and ""Zalim Muhabbt".
