Moreover, it shows the element of grief to which Qur’ān acknowledges while discussing the struggle of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) i.e., the year of sorrow in the life of Prophet Muhammad when he lost his wife and uncle in 619CE. All these events in the Qur’ān are projected in a manner that they have a kind of emotional trajectory in them. The Qur’ān overall validates the emotional aspect of human. UNVEILING MODAL VERB PATTERNS: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF PAKISTANI AND NATIVE WRITERS' LITERATURE REVIEWS

Modal verbs express different shades of meaning indicating a writer’s attitude, such as likelihood, obligation, probability, and possibility (Quirk, 1985). This study analyzes the modal verbs’ role in the interpersonal function of language (Halliday & Matthiessen, 2014) in the literature review section of a research article. It examines the expression of judgment or attitude in the literature review sections of research articles written by Pakistani and Native writers, focusing on epistemic, dynamic, and deontic modal verbs within Halliday & Matthiessen's framework of Systemic Functional Grammar. The researchers constructed a corpus of 40 research articles, 20 of each writer for analysis. The frequency and semantic meanings of modal verbs were explored in different contexts of the literature review section. Findings revealed that Pakistani writers predominantly used epistemic and deontic modal verbs, while both groups used dynamic modal verbs equally. However, Pakistani writers tend to lack an effective academic writing tone for the literature review section compared to Native writers. The study highlights the importance of English language learners developing a strong understanding of modal verbs to enhance pragmatic competence besides semantic meanings to express nuanced shades of attitudes in their written text

Children's literature is a valuable and essential tool for young readers, as it helps them begin learning and developing their social and psychological skills while also providing entertainment. It is an important branch of literature specifically written for children and younger audiences. This genre helps children explore the world around them while playing a crucial role in their personality development, intellectual growth, and cultural understanding. The history of children's literature dates back to various historical periods, influenced by the social and cultural contexts of each era. In ancient times, literature was mainly written for adults, but over time—particularly during the medieval and Renaissance periods—greater attention began to be paid to literature for children. By the 19th and 20th centuries, children's literature had evolved into a specialized field. Prominent figures, such as Hans Christian Andersen, contributed significantly to its development. In the subcontinent, children's literature began to emerge in the latter half of the 19th century and gained momentum in the 20th century. Women also played a vital role in this domain, including Qurratulain Haider, who both wrote and translated children's stories. She translated works like "The Old Genie Hottabych" into Urdu, making significant contributions to the field of children's literature

It has the importance of a guide for human societies. Materialism is a matter due to which human societies have moved away from their values. If any civilization in the world creates values and manners keeping in mind the teachings of the Holy Qur'an, it can surely prosper, because the Holy Qur'an is the only one.
