اردو افسانہ اور علامتیت: انتظار حسین کے تخلیقی اظہاریے کے تناظر میں
Literature is born as an expression of life's struggle. The desire for expression is born in the midst of inner experience, psychological reaction, behavior or expressive reaction formation where the intensity of emotion, feeling and idea are intensified by mutual interaction and make a dynamic impression on a point of view. Wazir Agha writes that creative process is the process of rebirth by breaking the chains and limitations of existence. When life, instead of exhibiting any freshness, is confined to the deep lines of a well-established path and is molded into a worn-out and worn-out style, it is like an announcement of its gradual death. In such a case, an indecisive being within the existence itself begins to tremble and then breaks its shell and comes out and then defeats death by this action

تفسیرِقرآن میں تابعینؒ کی تعبیر و تشریح کا اختلاف:ایک جائزہ
Interpretation of the Holy Qur'an is a vast area that includes the explanation of the verses of the Qur'an by different scholars at different times. After the death of Holy Prophet SAWW, Sahaba R.A. continued interpreting the Quranic verses in the light of Prophet SAWW’s teachings. Later, Tabi’een continued the legacy. Tabi'een are those individuals who received knowledge directly from the Sahaba and carried forward the interpretations of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The period of the Tabi'een is of special importance in that they helped to better understand the meanings of the Qur'an in the light of the traditions of the Companions and their interpretation. Notable commentators from the Tabi'in era include Mujahid, Ata' ibn Abi Rabah, Ikrimah, Sa'id ibn Jubayr, Hasan al-Basri, Abu Aliyah, Masruq, Qatadah, and others. The tafsirs of the Tabi'in hold greater significance compared to those of later commentators because they are part of the "best of generations" (khayr al-quroon). It is also a fact that the Tabi'in had a much deeper knowledge of the Arabic language and its linguistic styles compared to those who came after them. However, differences of interpretation arose between them which became an important part of Islamic intellectual heritage also. In order to understand the reasons for the differences among Tafseers, we need to examine their scholarly background, principles, and methods. The first reason is the difference in their education and training. Some followers acquired knowledge of the Qur'an directly from the Companions, while others received education from various scholars and Islamic institutes. Tafsirs of subjects of different educational backgrounds became a major cause of differences. Another reason is geographical conditions. The Tabieen lived in different areas, such as Makkah, Madinah, Kufa, and Basra. Each region had its own special traditions and cultures, which influenced the exegetical thinking of the followers. For example, the followers of Makkah mostly relied on the tafsir of Abdullah bin Abbas, while those in Kufa relied on the tafsir of Abdullah bin Masud. The third reason is the difference in oral traditions. The Tabieen received the interpretation of the Qur'an in the form of tradition from the Companions, due to which some traditions differed. This difference was based on different interpretations of oral traditions which later caused differences among the Tabi'een. The fourth reason is the importance of Ijtihad. The Tabi'een used their own ijtihadat to interpret the Qur'an and included their own thinking and principles. Their ijtihad sometimes differed, leading to differences in interpretation happened. The article also suggests that during reading tafseer of tabi’in, we should keep in mind the differenes of their interptretation, differene in their education, their wisdom, their geogtraphical scenario, their languages and the culture they were following. Also the political background matters

فکر اقبال میں قرآنی شعور اور فکری اجتہاد امت مسلمہ کے لیے ایک راہ نجات
This paper explores the dynamic interplay between Qur’anic consciousness and intellectual ijtihad in the philosophical thought of Allama Muhammad Iqbal, emphasizing their role as a path of revival for the Muslim Ummah. Iqbal, a visionary poet-philosopher of the twentieth century, considered the Qur’an not merely a religious text, but a source of perpetual spiritual and civilizational awakening. He viewed ijtihad—reinterpretation of Islamic principles in changing contexts—as a crucial force for intellectual emancipation and collective reform. This research examines how Iqbal derived inspiration from the Qur’anic worldview to reimagine Muslim identity, autonomy, and moral responsibility. The paper further investigates Iqbal’s critique of stagnation in Islamic thought and his call for dynamic reasoning rooted in revelation. By studying his lectures, poetry, and prose, it highlights how his integration of Qur’anic ideals and ijtihadi methodology offers the Muslim world a viable blueprint for revival, resistance against intellectual decline, and a meaningful presence in the modern world
اختلافِ فقہاء کا اخلاقی معیار: ائمہ مجتہدین کے استنباطی اصولوں کا تقابلی مطالعہ
This research paper explores the ethical framework and scholarly decorum embedded within the juristic disagreements among the renowned Imams of Islamic jurisprudence. Far from being a source of division, the differences among the Fuqahāʼ (jurists) illustrate the intellectual richness and methodological diversity of Islamic legal thought. By examining the inferential principles (Usūl al-Istinbāṭ) adopted by leading Mujtahidīn such as Imām Abū Ḥanīfah, Imām Mālik, Imām al-Shāfiʿī, and Imām Aḥmad ibn Ḥanbal, the study uncovers how their disagreements were governed by deep ethical commitment, scholarly humility, and a mutual recognition of ijtihād’s sanctity. This comparative analysis reveals that Islamic legal pluralism was built not on conflict but on a disciplined ethic of divergence rooted in sincere pursuit of truth. The findings aim to provide a framework for reviving respectful discourse in contemporary Islamic scholarship by emulating the moral and methodological ethos of classical jurists
