Poetry and Literature emerge under social needs. In crisis and unethical societies, Literature wows for the reforms and betterment. This betterment may be in social values, ethics, economics and politics. In the new-born society of Pakistan, establishment and political parties tried to overwhelm the powers and extend their spheres. At this time A Poet, Habib Jalib raised the voice for political, social, economic and cultural reforms. The purpose of this article is to throw light on the economic, social and cultural causes and motives of Habib Jalib Poetry in reactionary perspective

Parveen Shakir (1952-1994) is probably the most prominent Urdu poetess of all times who has earned the great fame and honour which is often dreamed by the poets. She is also one of those poets who had a considerable social status too besides her poetic fame, and this was only because she was a learned genius. This is the reason that her verses are empowered by URDU TALMEEHAAT (Famous and historic alludes). TALMEEH is one of the most powerful sources which give one's poetry the virtue of sublimity and enlightened it by different pieces of knowledge. It also makes the words of a poet wiser. Perveen Shakir's verses are also seemed full of vision and wisdom by her meaningful TALMEEHAAT. Besides many other characteristics this quality also emphasizes the importance of her poetry

They offer an unparalleled example, but his latest work, ”Shaam-e-Sheir-e-Yaraan“, has been the subject of debate in some Literary circles in various respects in this regard. There is less emphasis on authorship, which has affected Yousefi's literary reputation. In this article, scribe summarizes this discussion and tries to present a critical and research review of ”Shaam-e-Sheir-e-Yaraan“.

Ecocriticism is a modern and new theory of examining literature and art. This theory is based on Ecology. It is Ecological study of literature. Ecocriticism is environmental speculation that studies the interaction of human to the Mother Nature. Today man has seriously damaged the environment in his frenzy of development. The temperature of the world is increasing, Ozone layer is damaged, seasons of world are disturbed and our environment is at risk. Science and technology are insufficient to meet all these challenges. Literature, art and other fields of knowledge also need to work together to deal with the global environmental crisis. Ecocriticism is a movement of literature that started in the 7th decade of the last century to protect the environment of world. This term is coined by William Howe Rueckert in 1978. Yousuf Khalid is a poet of Urdu language. His seven anthologies have been published. “Same ka dhara” is his recent anthology that is published in 2022. Mrs. Humayun Mirza (Begum Sughra Humayun) was a very zealous social activist of the early 20th century. She actively took part in the movement for education and rights of women and played a very important role in spreading awareness among the women of Subcontinent of Hindu-Pak. Begum Sughra had many trips to overseas, central India and wrote many travelogues. Through these travelogues, she wanted to spread information about civilization, culture, traditions and historical perspectives of other regions and countries. After reading her travelogues, we can deduce that she had a keen interest in history. In this Research Article, the historical knowledge of Begum Sughra Humayun was examined in the travelogues of central India

Shibli was one of the prominent figures of the twentieth century. His articles were scattered in different magazines, journals and newspapers of the subcontinent. Aligarh Gazette Institute, Deccan Review, Muarif, Tahzib ul Akhlaq and Al-Nadva Muslim Gazette were some renowned newspapers and journals in this regard. Syed Suleiman Nadvi, a noted student of Shibli; compiled his teacher’s articles in eight volumes subject wise and published through Darul Musannafeen, Shibli Academy from Azam Garh. The articles of Shibli have a wide range of topics as he was a versatile personality. The topics of his articles in his eight volumes are related to religious, literary, educational, critical, historical, philosophical and miscellaneous affairs respectively. The debates on culture, history and language were his favourite topics throughout his writings and speeches. In this research article, analytical study of those articles have been presented which shows his unique style, depiction of his era and a lot of information on different subjects. Shibli’s articles are as important as of his permanent books

Bio Politics is in fact political relation between the administration or regulation of life and political laws are introduced to sustain the life but beneath the power layer different critics such as Michel Foucault, Homi Bhabha, Edward Said and Spivak are famous to show the actual face of political power and its negative consequences. The term “Bio Politics” was first used by Rudolf Kjellen in 1905 in his book “The Great powers” Foucault terms refers to the intersection between power (political, economic, judicial etc.) and the individual’s bodily autonomy. Bio Politics is a broad term which entered to post-colonial studies. According to post-colonial theorists, present within the colonial setting are various mechanisms of power Infact the consolidate the political authority of the colonizer, in other words we can say that Bio political is thus the means by which a colonizing force utilizes political power to regular and control the body autonomy of the colonized subject. All these are shown in the work of Michel Foucault (the history of Sexuality), Edward said (orientalism), Homi Bhabha and Spivak (can the subaltern speak)

After the arrival of Muslims in India, they had a profound impact on the intellectual and cultural atmosphere there. Although Muslims and Hindus are two separate nations whose history, religion, clothing, lifestyle, customs and moral values are different from each other, however a new civilization was formed by their social interaction, which had all the colours of the local society and Islam as well. This new civilization is called Indo-Islamic civilization and the formation of Urdu language is the most prominent manifestation of this common culture. The elements of Indo-Islamic civilization can be clearly seen in the early examples of Urdu poetry and prose. The tradition started by the Sufis regarding Indo-Islamic cultural elements in Urdu poetry. Even after the establishment of Pakistan, poets continued it and thus this tradition of reflection of Indo-Islamic civilization in Urdu poetry is vibrant with all possibilities. In the study of Postmodern Discourse, French sociologist, Baudrillard discovered hyper-reality in the system of signs and symbols associated with language. In hyper-reality desired reality is created against the actual reality. It is a system that is influenced by symbols, metaphors, models, machines, maps, images, cyber worlds and information system. This system is so powerful that it can mould the fiction into reality. Novelty of Sayed Muhammad Ashraf's novel “Numbardar Ka Nila” is based on hyper-reality. In this novel Numbardar is the symbol of powerful class, those who demonstrate power and all the institutions that make and enforce the law seem to play the role of facilitator for them.
