اردو سوانح پر پاکستانی کلچر کے اثرات کا جائزہ
The basic purpose of this research study was to find out the effects of Pakistani culture on biography, and it is concluded from the biographical books that when biographer writes about a person, then he/she writes about the person's life, habits, religion, dress, weather conditions, and reginal music etc. and all these are the basic components of a culture. Alloy Pakistani culture is like a bunch of flowers which represents the cultures of different areas/provinces of Pakistan. After reading a biography the reader not only becomes aware about the circumstances of past, but culture is also transferred from one generation to the other. As when a reader gets impressed by the culture of the ancestors, then also tries to adopt their ways of living. As a biography sheds political, social, economic and moral impact on the readers. Therefore, it is recommended that selected biographies of renown personalities should be made part of curriculum and future researchers are asked to conduct a comparative research on the culture depicted in the biographies and culture of present era, which will elaborate the culture difference for the present and future modern generation so to bring them back to the culture of their forefathers.

The services of Scholars and Sufis were recognized later in the history of literature but now it is admitted at all the levels that the services of Scholars and Sufis are priceless in the history of Urdu Literature. Many people has dedicated their life for the betterment of literature in a specific society. Islamic Literature is also an integral part of Urdu literature. Shams Barelvi is also counted among such companions of Urdu literature. In this regard, his research work on poetry and prose has sought to promote Urdu’s traditional dimensions in the changing literary landscape of the twentieth century. Shams Brailvy died in 1997. He has followed the tradition based on Maulvi Abdul Haq. In addition, he expanded the scope of translatin by translating valuable scholarly books directly from Arabic and Persian. His writings, translations, and footnotes can be gauged from the fact that he wrote treatises on various literary, critical, and research works
ماہ نامہ ’’نونہال‘‘ اور اقبال: علامہ اقبال پر نونہال ادیبوں کی تحاریر: ایک تجزیہ (۱۹۵۳ء تا ۲۰۱۶ء)
Monthly ‘Naunehal’ is a kid’s Urdu language magazine that plays a key role in children’s journalism in Pakistan since July 1953. it has been in progress and in the last 67years, it is a source of mental awakening for thousands of children. It had given birth to numerous readers as well as writers.
The research article under review is on ‘Naunehal and Iqbal’. In the past 63 years, within 762 months, where its young writers have written on various topics including the national heroes of Pakistan, among them 140 young writers perform their national duty to write on Pakistan’s national poet Allama Iqbal, enlightening his art, personality, thought and philosophy and awakened his familiarity among children. The research also concluded that monthly Naunehal has given its readers the exposure of Urdu literature along with the literary personalities of literature.
Iqbal writes a lot on children amp; Children also has written a lot on Iqbal and this article also speaks about how this magazine had groomed the mental and writing abilities of children

The Culture has an eminent role in the representation of nations, countries and their creative writings. So, cultural presentation in literature is very important. Mir is a famous poet of the eighteenth century. His poetry has universal and eternal truths. Mir's time was full of chaos, anxiety and disturbance. His personal grief also intensified it. Therefore, Mir has a clear and profound impression of the concept of Tasawur-e-Fana in his poetry but his concept of Tasawur-e-Fana has diversity. He has pessimistic as well as optimistic aspects regarding this concept. He has a deep awareness of the instability of the world, due to which Tasawur-e-Fana is much highlighted in his poetry. Kamal Ahmed Rizvi (1930-2015) was a great and versatile writer of Urdu Literature. Having no match in personality and stature, he is considered as a renowned short story writer, play writer, producer, director, philosopher and translator, simultaneously. He is acclaimed as the King of Humour and Satirical writing, which is a very arduous task.
This paper sheds light on different aspect of his life and work for the benefit of young readers of Urdu literature, particularly for those who have keen interest in progressive writings, he drew the attention of his reader towards social and cultural issues prevailing in the society. As regarded one of the prominant cities of Pakistan, Karachi has been often called as a mini-Pakistan. In this research article, an account of academic and literary activities of Karachi before the emergence of Pakistan has been given. Literary history of Karachi from 1870 to the creation of Pakistan carries academic and literary heritage. In this article, social and cultural activities of the city in the perspective of its location, geographical background and history have been compiled in the light of authentic references. Literary gatherings, poetic sessions and activities held under educational institutions and literary organisations have also been presented in the research

Dr Jameel Jalibi, who recently passed away, was one of the most respected researchers of Urdu. His research work on Dakani literature was truly pioneering in certain respects. The author in this article has succinctly discussed almost the entire research works by Jalibi with special emphasis on Dakani and its literature. The author has also compared the previous research works carried out by other towering personalities and has concluded that the works on Dakani by Jalibi are far more comprehensive, profound and detailed

It is a fact that literature mirrors life but the description of animals is rarely found in it despite the reality that animals have been the close partners of human beings since ages. The Social animal continued forgetting animals after he bade farewell to his primitive age. Western fiction is rich in the tradition of animal characterization but Urdu short story has only a few names with Sayed Rafique Hussain succeeded. His short stories’ collection Aaena-e-Hairat has a number of animal characters. This article deals with the introduction, research and criticism of his short stories. Unlike the Western and few Urdu writers, he has not depicted his animal characters symbolically but many of his animal characters symbolize human figures
مکاتیبِ مشاہیر بنام رفیق خاور
Rafiq Khawar (1908-1990) was a poet, prose-writer and scholar. He edited ‘Maahe-e-Nau’, a literary Urdu magazine published by government of Pakistan’s information department. As editor he would receive letters from renowned writers and poets. This article proffers such letters written to Rafiq Khawar. The letter-writers include Jagan Nath Azad, Ibn-e-Insha, Abul Jalal Nadvi, Ashraf Suboohi, Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi and Intizar Hussain. These letters let the readers see through the persona and glimpses of some writers’ real faces can be seen. Some interesting information can also be extracted from these letters. The author has written footnotes with references and has explained some background where necessary
