In this era, literature and chronogramisms were flourishing in both South India and North India. But in northern India, the Urdu language in particular was exploiting its creative potential. In the nineteenth century, this art had gained considerable popularity. The popularity of this art in northern India can be gauged from the fact that a person, who does not have the power to create chronogram, was not considered a poet. In view of this popularity of chronogramms, in other areas also some personalities were born who were in no way inferior to the representative chronogram's creator poets of North India. One of them is the name of Nassakh. Nasakh has created hundreds of chronogramms in Urdu, Persian and Arabic. Nassakh had a special ability to create chronogramms. Chronogramms are not only included in his Diwan but some books only contain chronograms also. This article gives you a brief overview on Nassakh's ability of chronogrammism

Abdul Haleem Sharar contributed to the Urdu literature simultaneously in the field of novel writing, journalism, poetry, composition, biography and drama writing. He has tried his hand in various genres of literature and any genre of literature that he adopted, he created new dimensions in it. However, much of his fame rests on his novel writing especially historical novels. Based on the fame of Sharar’s historical novel writing, there is a critical fallacy in the world of literature that a writer of historical novels could not depict his era and that all his social novels are fiction and that have a little attachment to the reality and they are not the true reflection of the society. Thus, due to this critical fallacy, Sharar’s social novels were not only completely ignored but these novels were also rejected. This critical fallacy made Sharar’s social novels futile for the public even for the critics. Thus, this fallacy closed the chapter of criticism and analysis on Sharar’s social novels and these novels were pushed into the valley of oblivion from where they could not be taken out till date. This article critiques that Sharar has contributed in the development of Urdu novel writing and these novel are undeniable and inevitable if one wants to get familiar with the political, social and cultural motivations of that particular era. This article also evaluates that a fair analysis is needed on the literary and artistic standard of social novels of Abdul Haleem Sharar
