No full textThis essay is an attempt to highlight Iqbal's concept of democracy. Iqbal has derived his democratic ideal from the teaching of Islam. He is of the view that "The Essence of Tauhid, as a working idea, is equality, solidarity, and freedom. The state, from the Islamic standpoint, is an Endeavour to transform these ideal principles into space-time forces, an aspiration to realize Tuahid is the fountainhead of the Islamic concept of democracy as formulated by Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Allama Iqbal's philosophical writings as well as his poetic compositions on the subject are my main source of inspiration in this study

In its beginning it was an ordinary journal but very soon it started projecting Progressive Movement and progressive literature and still it is a known organ of progressive school of thought. It is the policy of ADAB E LATIF to protest against violation of human rights and injustice at every cost. This article illustrates the services it rendered specially for resistant Urdu Literature before and after partition of India. No doubt ADAB E LATIF is a renowned spokesman of those who are resisting injustice and violations all over the world

No full textIn the literary journal "Fanoon" different ideological debates arise. These debates kept the readers mesmerized. One of these debates came up after the publication of "Iqbal ka Ilm-e- Kalam" by Sayyed Ali Abbas Jalalpuri. Sayyed Ali Abbas Jalalpuri is of the opinion that Iqbal is a scholastic, not a philosopher. He remarked that Iqbal tried his utmost to bring the harmony between religion and modern science. Bashir Ahmad Dar differed with Jalalpuri views. This research article envelops aforesaid debate. In this essay an attempt is made to present a detailed analysis of the debate in the light of the views given by various western philosophers

No full textIbrahim Jalees was imminent journalist, fiction writer, playwright and report writer of sub-continent. Whose more than 43 books have a unique place in literature. I have presented topical and research analysis of his radio serial "Soo baat ki aik baat". This long play was broadcasted through Radio Pakistan, Karachi on 15th November 1955. In this serial all the dramas are single act and have aural analogies in which flight of imagination has replaced the sense of sight. In this serial all the presented dramas have topics related to our daily routine incidents. I have a file of written scripts of theses dramas
