This research aims toanalyze and describe the procession and rituals of the traditional marriage culture of the Dayak Kenyah tribe, analyze and describe the meaning in the traditional marriage symbols of the local community of the Dayak Kenyah tribe and analyze and reconceptualize the meaning and symbol of the traditional marriage of the local community in the Dayak Kenyah tribe through the phenomenological method. This study uses Edmund Husserl's phenomenological analysis which emphasizes understanding which is related to action, speech, and interaction. The Dayak Kenyah tribe considers customary marriage as an inseparable part of each stage. This means that each stage, procession and ritual must be held sequentially. For the Dayak Kenyah tribe, processions and rituals of marriage culture have a high and deep conceptuality. Therefore, the researcher concludes that the traditional Dayak Kenyah marriage has a philosophical meaning. The traditional marriage of the Dayak Kenyah tribe requires very deep symbols and eating. This is because the symbol is a legacy value left by their ancestors to be preserved and passed down to the next generations. This traditional marriage is not only intended and has a meaning to continue the lineage. Instead, the Dayak Kenyah tribe also attaches deep meaning to the implementation or holding of traditional marriages. This philosophical value has been passed down from generation to generation. Although the main philosophical value is to continue the descendants of the Dayak Kenyah, there are still many other philosophical meanings related to the survival of the Dayak Kenyah tribe

The development of goats has good prospects because besides meeting the domestic demand for meat, goats and sheep also have opportunities as export commodities. For this reason, goat breed is one of the determining factors of production and has strategic value in efforts to develop it in a sustainable manner. Goat breeding is currently still based on smallholder farms which are characterized by small business scale, simple management, use of makeshift technology, non-concentrated locations and have not implemented agribusiness systems and efforts.Based on the problems above, the research problem can be formulated as follows: How is the social behavior of goat breeders indeveloping rural goat center cultivation areasin Apelgading District, Malang Regency? and What factors are behind the social behavior of goat breeders in developing rural goat farming centers in Ampelgading Sub-District, Malang Regency? Qualitative research is very important to be able to reveal what reasons are hidden behind various aspects of behavior. Strauss and Corbin (1990) state that qualitative methods can be used to uncover and understand whatever is hidden behind the phenomena that occur. This method can also provide complex details of phenomena that are too complex to be explained using quantitative methods. The use of qualitative research is based on the consideration that this study is a study of the behavior of breeders related to the attitudes, actions and decisions taken in developing their livestock for their life needs as a support for the family economy. In this study can produce 17 findings and 7 minor propositions so that the major propositions can be formulated as follows Maintai

Waste management has been a problem in Delta State even with the presence of government agencies saddled with the responsibility of waste management. The Research objective of this paper is to study the role of Delta State Waste Management Agency in solid waste collection and evacuation. The authors used a descriptive research design for the collection of quantitative data in the study area. The paper used the quantitative method that made use of a survey design. This was done through the questionnaire that was used to collect data from a sample consisting of 290 respondents. A simple random sampling method was used to select the respondents that participated in the survey. The study made use of an analysis of variance to test the hypothesis formulated for the research. A t-test calculated value of (4.447>3.182) established that solid waste collection, Delta State Waste Management Agency under the board does not have a coordinated approach to waste management across the state. Based on the findings of the study, researchers concluded that there are variations in the management of waste in the study areas. It was recommended that there should be a time-tested approach to waste management by the agency to find out what works and thereafter derive a policy framework to enforce its implication alongside the regular monthly environmental sanitation
Effectiveness of Monetary Policy in Stimulating Economic Growth in Nigeria
This study examined the effectiveness of monetary policy in stimulating economic growth in Nigeria between 1990 and 2019. Secondary data were sourced mainly from CBN publications. The theoretical framework was based on the Keynesian transmission mechanism. In the cause of empirical investigation, various advanced econometric techniques like Augmented Dickey Fuller Unit Root Test, ARDL Bounds Test and Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) were employed and the result revealed that all the variables were stationary at first difference except monetary policy rate that was stationary at level, meaning that the variables were integrated of different order justifying ARDL Bounds Test and error correction mechanism test. The ARDL Bounds Test result indicated that there is a long-run relationship among the variables with the lower bound and upper bound less than the calculated at 5% level of significant. The result of the error correction mechanism (ECM) test indicates an 88% adjustment back to equilibrium. It is therefore recommended that since economic growth in Nigeria is greatly influenced in the long-run by interest rate and reserve requirement making monetary policy an effective tool in stimulating economic growth. Nigerian government through its monetary authorities should unveil other policies that will stimulate economic growth not only in the long run but also, in the short run perio
Analysis of the Effect of Profitability, Company Growth, and Liquidity on Capital Structure: A Case Study of Indonesia
Capital structure is a balance or comparison between foreign capital and own capital. The optimal capital structure is the capital structure that optimizes the balance between risk and returns so as to maximize the share price. For this reason, in determining the capital structure of a company, it is necessary to consider various variables that influence it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independent variables consisting of profitability, company growth, and liquidity on the dependent variable of capital structure in cigarette companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The type of research used is explanatory research by looks for the relationship between the variables studied through hypothesis testing. The population in this study were all cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2020 using the purposive sampling method and the analysis method used was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have no effect on capital structure. The company's growth has a significant effect on the capital structure. Profitability, company growth, and liquidity simultaneously affect the capital structure
Perception of Female State Civil Apparatus (ASN) towards Primary High Leadership Positions (Echelon II): (A study of social reality within the scope of the Female Civil Service Apparatus who assigned in the Administrator Position in the Malang District Local Government)
The concept of gender equality which is echoed as one of the indicators of development success has encouraged the emergence of various issues regarding the meaning of gender equality for development progress. One of them is the issue of linking gender equality with the good state administration, a concept that was later labeled good governance. This progress has been driven, among other things, by the success of development activities that put women "in the middle". This background has moved the World Bank to conduct specific research that will link the quality of good governance with development where gender is placed at the core. The results of the World Bank research in 2000 related to gender can conclude that countries that have a high degree of gender equality, Relatives have a high level of progress in life or prosperity. Based on the phenomenon above, the research problem can be formulated as follows: What is the perception of female ASN in administrator positions (echelon III) towards JPTP structural positions (echelon II)? and What factors are behind the perception of female ASN administrator positions (echelon III) towards JPTP structural positions (echelon II)? The theory used in this research is the theory of perception, understanding of gender, and relevant social theories. And there are several concepts, namely the concept of assessment and competence, the phenomenological approach, the concept of local government, and the concept of structural positions. This research is descriptive qualitative, where qualitative research methods are research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects, researchers are the key instrument, the technique of collecting data is triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. This research can produce 15 findings and several minor propositions so that the major propositions can be formulated as follows: Fear and insecurity overshadows the perception of female ASN to be involved in the kingdom of government officials as a modern organization where there is a mix of professional and political authority in making decisions, especially services public because the power of officials determines all matters related to their position.
