Perception of Papua Students on Infrastructure Development in Papua Province
The implementation of Special Autonomy needs to be seen in one of the regions in Papua, namely Nduga Regency; Nduga is one of the districts in Papua province with the capital, Kenya, before it became part of the administrative area of Jayawijaya Regency. This district was formed on January 4, 2008, based on Law Number 6 of 2008. However, after being evaluated, the infrastructure sector is one of the sectors that is still late in its development. Among them are the road facilities between the regions still need to be completed, the education facilities are not adequate, there are still many schools that are not available for use, and the health facilities in each district need to be more adequate. This research is descriptive qualitative using Juridical and empirical approaches and selects several informants with purposive sampling, and the data sources used are Primary and secondary. This research is entitled Papuan Students Perceptions of Special Autonomy for Papua Province No. 21 of 2001 Towards Infrastructure Development in Nduga District. The results of this study concluded that several research indicators, such as human resources, need to be improved in quality and encouraged so that infrastructure development is more intensive and adequate. The budget, in general, is reasonable but has yet to provide significant dank. Road infrastructure in some areas of Nduga district is adequate such as the government centre and other districts, but many areas still need to catch up in infrastructure. The education infrastructure has not been evenly distributed; many areas still need adequate educational facilities. Health infrastructure still minimally needs to be improved according to quality and quantity. Economic infrastructure still needs to be improved in Nduga District. Some suggestions, such as a permanent market, still need to be created; in the semi-permanent market, there are two pieces. This research shows that national development is one of the steps the government takes in the context of community welfare. As stated in the 1945 Constitution paragraph IV preamble, namely: protecting the entire Indonesian nation and all Indonesians, advancing the general welfare, educating the nation's life and participating in a world order based on lasting peace and social justice
Implementation of Emergency Patient Services at Regional General Hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, Indonesia
According to Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 47 of 2018 about Emergency Patient Services, the government's first priority is to provide services to the populace. When it comes to service delivery, the government's job is to act as a catalyst to move things along more quickly than they otherwise would. the degree to which services offered to the public are inexpensive, accessible, quick, and cost- and time-effective. A policy is a set of actions or activities that are suggested by an individual, a group, or a government in a situation where there are challenges and possibilities for enacting the proposed policy to achieve specified objectives. Descriptive research using a qualitative methodology was used in this study. Researchers utilize descriptive research because they attempt to capture occurrences as they happen; they do not offer treatment or manipulation but rather describe a state as it is. The George C. Edward III Model's proposed model for policy implementation was the subject of this study. The four factors that impact how policies are implemented are bureaucratic structure, disposition, resources, and communication. A descriptive strategy, or more particularly, an interactive method, was employed to examine the data in this study. The interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (Miles et al., 2014) is the data analysis model employed by researchers. The findings of the study demonstrate that the Emergency Services Minister of Health Regulation Number 47 of 2018 has not yet been fully implemented. This is evident from the information about establishing emergency services at the Emergency Room of RSUD (Regional General Hospital) Dr. Saiful Anwar being distributed in an uneven manner
Transcending Borders and Boundaries: the Dynamics of Moroccan Transnationalism and Sovereignty
This article investigates the changing stance of the Moroccan state towards its diaspora in Europe, initially viewed as temporary guest workers discouraged from naturalizing or engaging politically in their host countries, with an expectation of eventual return. Faced with a growing trend of naturalization and permanent settlement among these immigrants, Morocco has embraced dual citizenship. This policy aims to maintain enduring ties between the Euro-Moroccan transnational community and the monarchy, leveraging shared religious, nationalist, and monarchist bonds. In contrast, countries like the Netherlands perceive dual citizenship and cross-border allegiances as potential disruptors to their societal unity and national identity. This article explores the intricate dynamics and repercussions of these evolving perceptions, examining the complex interplay between Moroccan immigrants, their European host countries, and their country of origin within a transnational framework.
Keywords: Moroccan immigrants, dual citizenship, transnational communities, host countries, national identity.

Impact of Country Level Corporate Governance on Profitability of Banks in India
In recent years, there has been an uptick in the level of concern over corporate governance. This is mostly attributable to the widespread collapse of major corporations in both the local and international arenas. Both proactive and reactive actions have been adopted by governments in reaction to the growing number of instances of financial crises to achieve stability in the sector. Nevertheless, the stability of banking operations continues to be questionable despite the interventionist responsibilities played by the government. The primary objective of this research is to investigate the effect that corporate governance at the national level has on the profitability of Indian banks using a representative sample of 33 financial institutions, including 21 private and 12 public banks. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis of the two-way variable intercept random effect model, and robustness checks including robust regression are utilized in the study. The purpose of the study is to assess; via the use of empirical research methods, the impact that good corporate governance has on the profitability of the banking sector in India. Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) were accepted as proxies for profitability in the banking industry. The empirical evidence presented in the paper demonstrates that good corporate governance has a considerable influence on the profit performance of the Indian banking sector. In the context of India's status as a developing economy, this study offers new research that establishes a relationship between country-level corporate governance and the profitability of banking institutions
