The defense of the Indonesian state, which adheres to the concept of a total people's defense and security system (Sishankamrata), requires the participation of all elements of society, including the Reserve Component, to strengthen national preparedness in facing various threats both from within and outside the country. This study aims to analyze and describe the role and inhibiting and supporting factors of the Reserve Component in the total people's defense and security system in the Jayakarta Military Regional Command, Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews and field studies at the Jayakarta Military Command, as well as data analysis from various primary and secondary sources related to the role of the Reserve Component. The results of the study indicate that the Reserve Component has a strategic role in supporting the TNI in the Jakarta area, especially in facing non-military threats such as natural disasters, social unrest, and cyber threats. In densely populated areas such as Jakarta, the Reserve Component is important in strengthening local security networks that involve the wider community. However, there are still several obstacles such as low public awareness of the importance of participation in Komcad, as well as limited facilities and infrastructure for their training and mobilization. On the other hand, Jakarta as the nation's capital has many supporting factors, such as adequate infrastructure, quick access to the center of government, and a diverse population that can be optimized for recruitment. This study also found that support from the government and coordination with the TNI at the local level are very important to improve the readiness of the Reserve Component in facing various contemporary threats

The methodology employed for this assessment was Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), specifically utilizing the Output-Oriented Variable Returns to Scale (VRS) model. The selection of this model was influenced by its appropriateness for situations where manufacturing firms are undergoing substantial structural changes, such as privatization. The findings suggest an overall positive impact of privatization on technical efficiency, with enhanced performance and resource utilization among privatized firms. The study emphasizes the need for tailored policies and a deep understanding of local conditions when pursuing privatization initiatives, contributing to the international discourse on privatization's implications for economic development and efficiency. This aims to enhance output efficiency, minimize economic resource wastage, alleviate financial burdens on the public sector treasury, and encourage fiscal discipline while removing the constraints hindering profit maximization, the Nigeria government should fight double taxation and unreliable power supply, to encourage industrialization to speed up development in Nigeria. In conclusion, Ultimately, the study aims to inform the Nigerian government's decision-making regarding privatization strategies and their potential impact on the country's manufacturing sector and overall economic well-being

The importance of community participation in the development process means that community participation needs to be developed and improved in quality. To improve the quality of community participation, the role of sub-district level government as the lowest level government organization is needed. It is hoped that this will have implications for increasing community welfare starting from the bottom so that each region's various local potentials can be better absorbed. Through Blitar Mayor Regulation Number 6 of 2022 concerning the Cool Neighborhood Program, the Blitar City Government is trying to increase the participation of the Blitar City community starting from the neighborhood association (RT) level to be directly involved in the development process in their respective RT areas, coordinated by the respective Subdistrict Governments. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of management policies for the Pasar Jaranan Cultural Village in Blitar Village, along with supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a qualitative approach with research procedures that produce descriptive data. The research location is in Blitar Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The interactive data analysis technique model from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) is used for data analysis techniques in this research. The research results show that implementing the Cool Neighbors Association Program in the Blitar Subdistrict to manage the Pasar Jaranan Cultural Village has gone quite well. The Blitar Subdistrict Government has worked according to its commitment, supported by active community participation. However, activity output is still found to be unsustainable. Apart from that, it is also known that there are factors that support the implementation of this program, namely high enthusiasm, initiative and community self-help, and the inhibiting factor is the lack of insight and understanding of the community regarding the concept and management of a cultural village

As one of the regional government administrators, the position of DPRD (Provincial Legislatives Council) members is very strategic and critical in their relationship with the people and communities they represent. DPRD members accommodate and follow up on aspirations in the form of DPRD main ideas from voters (constituents) through a recess mechanism. From observations and interviews, the Malang Regency DPRD has carried out primary input from 3 elements of the Public Works Department: Highways, Human Settlements and Water Resources Public Works. Communication related to primary idea input has generally gone well. The present study has been conducted on the Shanan project, Joginder Nagar. Natural resources are useful raw materials that we obtain directly from nature at free of cost. They occur naturally, which means that human cannot make natural resource. Instead, we use and modify natural resources in different ways that are useful for us. Western Himalaya is full of natural resources, like water, minerals, forests etc. Apart from others, water can be considered as an important one. It is a renewal source of energy which is used in hydro power projects to make electricity. In electricity generation, Shanan power house is the first hydro-electric power station of India. This power house project designed and created by British Engineer Colonel B.C.Batty with the ruler of Joginder Nagar, Raja Joginder Sen. This power project was given to Punjab in1926 on a 99 year lease, which is finished  in  March 2024. Currently this power project is under the control of Punjab State Electricity Board. The whole revenue of this project goes to Punjab Government. The capacity of this project has been increased to 110MW. It is the cheapest mode of Electricity generation. The cost of per unit is nearly Rs. 0.26 Paisa while cost of generation from thermals is more than Rs. 3 per unit. As per information from Superintending Engineer of Shanan Power project, this plant generates 50 Crore units per annum. As per estimate from the PSPCL at present the cost of the project will not be less than Rs.1600 Crore. Nowadays the project is in very bad condition because Punjab govt. is not maintaining the project properly. HP can run it in a better way and it can also explore the possibilities of tourism on International Level. So it is the time to take up the matter with the HP government as well as with the Indian government
