Educación bimodal, estrategia ante la movilidad humana: una aproximación teórica en el contexto universitario
Get PDFThe vision of a shared model of distance and face-to-face education arises as a response to the new challenges and approaches to education and the dynamics of life in today's society. Bimodal education in migration gives students the option to change according to their realities. In another context, it refers to the transcendence between the traditional and the future where compatible and inclusive strategies are used, supported by information and communication technologies (ICT). This is why the study of the advantages of bimodal education for migrants as an opportunity for educational development is established as the objective of the research. In the same vein, the methodology proposed is the analysis of bimodal trends in careers and their offer for the student sector through a literature review of the available material. Among the observations expressed in the results, the relationship between the migratory process and the labor activity is presented, inspired by the dynamics of life, the demands of a society that turns to the environment and the levels of educational requirements adjusted to professional competitiveness. Conclusively, it is expressed that the relationship between work and studies is not very well documented, however, the offers of distance studies are increasing and the opportunities obey the demands of the necessities of life.La visión sobre un modelo compartido de educación a distancia y presencial surge como respuesta a los nuevos retos y planteamientos de una educación y a la dinámica de vida de la sociedad actual. La educación bimodal en la migración brinda a los estudiantes la opción de cambiar de acuerdo a sus realidades. En otro contexto refiere a la trascendencia entre lo tradicional y futuro donde se emplean estrategias compatibles e incluyentes, que se apoyan en las tecnologías de la información y comunicación, Tic. Es por esto que se establece el estudio de las ventajas de la educación bimodal para los migrantes como una oportunidad de desarrollo educativo como objetivo de la investigación. En este mismo orden de ideas se plantea como metodología el análisis de las tendencias bimodales en las carreras y su oferta para el sector estudiantil a través de una revisión bibliográfica del material disponible. Entre las observaciones expresadas en los resultados se presenta la relación de proceso migratorio con la actividad laboral, inspirada en la dinámica de vida, las exigencias de una sociedad que gira al entorno y los niveles de exigencias educativos ajustados a la competitividad profesional. De manera concluyente se expresa que la relación entre trabajo y estudios no está muy bien documentada, sin embargo, las ofertas de estudios a distancia son cada vez mayores y las oportunidades obedecen a las exigencias de las necesidades de vida
Dependencia emocional como rasgo predisponente en la violencia psicológica
Get PDFThe mental health of human beings is as important as their physical health, and therefore requires care and attention from the earliest stages of life. On the other hand, violence affects the integrity of people from all aspects. In the case of psychological violence, it directly affects the psyche, causing low self-esteem, fears, insecurities and emotional dependence. That is why the objective of this research is to describe emotional dependence as a predisposing trait in psychological violence as conceived in Ecuadorian law. In order to fulfill this purpose, the methodology of a monographic review study was used, for the search of information, a bibliographic survey of more than 50 scientific articles related to the subject was carried out, the analysis of the information was carried out under the technique of the fiching, underlining and analytical reading. In Ecuador, in view of the high rates of reports of violence against women, a whole legal framework has been created to ensure the protection of the victims and to make the perpetrator answer before the law for the crime committed.La salud mental de los seres humanos es tan importante, como la salud física, por lo que requiere de cuidados y atención desde las primeras etapas de vida. Por otro lado, la violencia afecta la integridad de las personas desde todos los aspectos. En el caso de la violencia psicológica, afecta directamente la psiquis, ocasionando baja autoestima, miedos, inseguridades y dependencia emocional. Es por ello que el objetivo de esta investigación es, describir la dependencia emocional como rasgo predisponente en la violencia psicológica concebida en las leyes ecuatorianas. Para cumplir con este propósito, se empleó la metodología de un estudio de revisión, de tipo monográfico, para la búsqueda de la información, se realizó un arqueo bibliográfico de más 50 artículos científicos relacionados con la temática, el análisis de la información se llevó a cabo bajo la técnica del fichaje, subrayado y de la lectura analítica. En el Ecuador, es vista las tasas altas de las denuncias sobre la violencia contra la mujer, se ha creado todo un marco legal para velar por la protección de las víctimas y para que el victimario responda ante la ley por el delito cometido.

Caracterización de la personalidad, motivación y estilo de liderazgo; factores que convergen en el perfil del líder generador de estrés
Get PDFConducting a survey of publications posted on the Internet, to establish the main characteristics that define the profile of a stress-generating leader, was the objective of this research. Identifying for this each of the elements that make up the profile of the leader in general, and specifically, the one that can create stress in the members of his group due to a bad channeling of the elements that make up his profile. Said exploration was based on documentary inquiry of a descriptive type, through published research papers, of a scientific nature and with demonstrable bases, organized by means of filing for its best order and purification. Among the most outstanding particularities are the personality, motivation and leadership style exercised, it is from there that the traits will be established that will allow them to be identified and in some way to know how to channel said information to produce fewer negative effects and achieve a greater number of usable elements, in order to improve the attitude of the cataloged leaders.La realización de un sondeo en publicaciones colgadas en la red, para establecer las principales características que definen el perfil de un líder generador de estrés, fue el objetivo de esta investigación. Identificando para ello cada uno de los elementos que integran el perfil del líder en general, y en específico, aquel que puede crear estrés en los integrantes de su grupo debido a una mala canalización de los elementos que forman su perfil. Dicha exploración se basó en la indagación documental de tipo descriptiva, a través de trabajos de investigación publicados, de tipo científico y con bases demostrables, organizadas por medio del fichaje para su mejor orden y depuración. Entre las particularidades más resaltantes destacan la personalidad, la motivación y el estilo de liderazgo que ejerce, es a partir de allí que se establecerán los rasgos que permitirán identificarlos y de alguna manera de conocer la forma de encauzar dicha información para producir menos efectos negativos y conseguir un mayor número de elementos aprovechables, a fin de mejorar la actitud de los lideres catalogados.

Estrategias de diferenciación para la microempresa “brasamaster” de la parroquia la puntilla de la ciudad de samborondón

To determine the optimization of the BrasaMAster microenterprise through the implementation of differentiation strategies, planning as an objective Designing differentiation strategies for the "BrasaMaster" microenterprise, in the La Puntilla parish of the city of Samborondón. The methodology used was built under a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, a feasible project modality supported by a documentary review and field research. The collection techniques used were the survey and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. The sample was constituted by 50 clients. The results evidenced due to the existence of several brands of grills that make grills look like a commodity product, which does not present any difference in quality compared to its competition in the market, which affects the commercialization of the grills that proposes differentiation strategies that allow distinguishing the brand in the market.La microempresa “BrasaMaster” se encuentra ubicada al norte de la Ciudad de Guayaquil. Se dedica a la comercialización de parrillas de asar y es representante oficial de marcas importadas como Char-Broil y Oklahoma Joe’s. Para determinar optimiza la microempresa BrasaMAster a través de la realización de estrategias de diferenciación, planeándose como objetivo Diseñar estrategias de diferenciación para la microempresa “BrasaMaster”, en la parroquia la Puntilla de la ciudad de Samborondón. Metodología empleada se construyó bajo un enfoque misto cualitativo y cuantitativo, modalidad de proyecto factible con apoyo en una revisión documental e indagación de campo. Las técnicas de recolección empleada fue la encuesta y para el análisis de los datos se empleó la estadística descriptiva. La muestra quedó constituida por 50 clientes. Los resultados evidenciaron debido a la existencia de varias marcas de parrillas de asar que hacen ver a los asadores como un producto commodity, que no presenta diferencia alguna en calidad frente a su competencia en el mercado, lo que afecta la comercialización de las parrillas por lo que se propone estrategias de diferenciación que permitan distinguir la marca en el mercado.

Articulación de la etapa preescolar con la educación primaria

Given the above, The research aimed to analyze, from a reflexive-theoretical perspective, the articulation of the preschool stage with primary education. For this, it was applied from the methodology of documentary research,the analysis technique of content and literature review, in order to select and interpret in the sources consulted the information that serves you. The study confirms the significance in the life of the human being of their school age and how the transit of articulated way from the preschool stage to basic education constitutes a scenario to guarantee well-being, citizenship, dialogue, empathy, visión collaboration of life understood as a human continuum.La articulación entre la educación preescolar y la educación primaria es relevante dado que incide en la reducción sistemática de las dificultades que se presentan en el aprendizaje de los niños al transitar de una etapa a otra asumiendo el docente su rol de mediador de los procesos educativos. Ante lo expuesto, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar, desde la perspectiva reflexiva-teórica, la articulación de la etapa preescolar con la educación primaria. Para ello, se aplicó desde la metodología de la investigación documental, la técnica de análisis de contenido y la revisión bibliográfica, con la finalidad de seleccionar e interpretar en las fuentes consultadas la información que le sirven. El estudio corrobora la significancia en la vida del ser humano de su edad escolar y como el transitar de manera articulada desde la etapa preescolar a la educación básica constituye un escenario para garantizar el bienestar, ciudadanía, diálogo, empatía, visión colaborativa de la vida entendida como continuo humano
Competencias de las TIC del docente y gestión de un centro educativo de Guayaquil
Get PDFThe objective of this research was to propose a training program on ICT competencies for teachers to improve the management of an educational center. Methodologically framed in field research supported by a documentary analysis, non-experimental and observational, the approach was quantitative from an exploratory-descriptive study and its population consisted of 12 teachers of the aforementioned institution. The interview was used as the data collection technique. Among the results obtained, the following can be indicated: Teachers are not trained for the implementation of ICT in educational processes, this is due to the lack of knowledge of teachers about the proper use of programs, virtual classrooms, blog, educational platforms and websites. In the midst of the digital era, educational centers, teachers and students do not have the basic technological tools because, in many cases, there is a lack of economic resources. A training program in ICT competencies is proposed to lessen the effect of the unfavorable aspects.Proponer un programa de capacitación de Competencias de las TIC del docente para mejorar la gestión de un centro educativo fue el objetivo de esta investigación. Metodológicamente enmarcada en una investigación de campo apoyada en un análisis documental, de carácter no experimental y observacional, el enfoque fue cuantitativo a partir de un estudio exploratorio – descriptivo y su población estuvo conformado por 12 docentes de la institución antes mencionada. Se usó la entrevista como la técnica de recolección de datos. Entre los resultados obtenidos se puede indicar: Los docentes no están capacitados para la implementación de las TIC en los procesos educativos, esto se debe a la falta de conocimiento de los docentes acerca del uso adecuado de programas, aulas virtuales, blog, plataformas educativas y sitios web. En plena era digital los centros educativos, los docentes y los estudiantes no cuentan con las herramientas tecnológicas básicas, debido a que, en muchos casos, existe la falta de recursos económicos. Se propone un programa de capacitación en competencias TIC que aminore el efecto de los aspectos desfavorables
Aplicación del programa entorno web smartkids para mejorar las competencias digitales en los docentes del nivel preparatorio de las escuelas fiscales guayaquil – 2020
Get PDFThe SmartKids web environment program corresponds to a model based on interactive and learning processes that include didactic tools and techniques that teachers must master in order to teach online classes. The purpose of the scientific article was to determine to what extent the SmartKids web environment program significantly improves the digital competencies of high school teachers. For this purpose, a methodology based on the positivist paradigm was used, under a quantitative approach, supported by a field research with a descriptive level. The population consisted of 215 teachers from public schools in Guayaquil, while the sample consisted of 30 teachers. The data collection technique was the survey and its instrument was the digital questionnaire. The results showed that the SmartKids web environment program significantly improves the digital competencies of teachers, demonstrating that after the application of the program, 80% (24) of the teachers obtained a high level of digital competency.El programa entorno web SmartKids corresponde a un modelo basado en procesos interactivos y de aprendizaje que incluyen herramientas y técnicas didácticas que el docente debe dominar a fin de impartir las clases en línea. El propósito del artículo científico fue determinar en qué medida el programa entorno web SmartKids mejora significativamente las competencias digitales de los docentes del nivel preparatorio. Para ello se empleó una metodología basada en el paradigma positivista, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, apoyada en una investigación de campo con un nivel descriptivo. La población quedo integrada por 215 docentes de las escuelas fiscales de Guayaquil, mientras que la muestra quedó conformada por 30 docentes. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y su instrumento el cuestionario digital. Los resultados mostraron que el programa entorno web SmartKids mejora significativamente las competencias digitales de los docentes demostrándose que después de la aplicación del programa un 80% (24) de los docentes obtuvieron nivel alto de competencia digital
Manual de procedimiento para el área de recursos humanos en la empresa jecdelsa
Get PDFThe article is the result of a descriptive-explanatory study carried out with the aim of proposing a procedure manual for the Human Resources area for the company Jecdelsa dedicated to the sale of Integrated Business System. This is a descriptive-explanatory study, framed in the qualitative-quantitative mixed method. The study population consisted of 13 workers of the company under study. The data collection technique used was the interview and non-participatory observation. The instruments were the observation guide and the questionnaire of semi-structured questions. The results showed that 31% of the collaborators wish to learn about Recruitment and Selection of personnel, 84% wish to receive training on Development in the area, 77% wish to receive training on Team Work, 77% prefer training on change management and 100% expect to receive training on ethics and values and finally 31% wish to receive training on hiring and firing. Therefore, there is a need to design a procedures manual for the Human Resources area.El artículo es el resultado de un estudio descriptivo – explicativo que se realiza con el objetivo de proponer un manual de procedimiento para el área de Recursos Humano para la empresa Jecdelsa dedicada a la venta de Sistema Integrado Empresaria. Estudio de tipo descriptivo-explicativo, enmarcado en el método mixtos cualicuantitativo. La población objeto de estudio estuvo constituida por 13 trabajadores de la empresa objeto de estudio. Como técnica de recolección de datos se utilizó la entrevista y la observación no participativa. Los instrumentos fueron la guía de observación y el cuestionario de preguntas semiestructuradas. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 31% de los colaboradores desean aprender sobre el Reclutamiento y Selección de personal de esa manera un 84% desean una capacitación sobre el Desenvolvimiento en el área de forma que un 77% desea recibir capacitación sobre Trabajos en Equipo, el 77% prefiere el tema de capacitación en gestión del cambio y un 100% espera recibir una capacitación de ética y valores y por último un 31% una capacitación de contratación y despido. Por lo que existe la necesidad del diseño de un manual de procedimientos para el área de Recursos humanos

No full textThe research carried out in the district of Tambo Grande aims to recognize how the use of tics in remote work with adults in EBA (Alternative Basic Education) in the province of Piura (Peru) has meant the resilient support that allowed educational continuity and the appreciation of its historical past. Vygotsky's sociocultural theory (1934) is based on the sociocultural learning of individuals and therefore on the environment where it develops. According to Zúñiga and Ansión, (2014). The Collaborative Model constitutes a set of learning sessions with awareness and internalization activities, which includes an organization, the planning of activities, responsibilities, procedures, practices, resources and processes to be able to implement, develop and execute the effects, which have as an object, to strengthen the cultural identity of all. The methodology is based on a diagnosis of the critical reality for which information was collected from 28 questions to adolescent, young and adult students through a Google form because due to the global pandemic the learning sessions are carried out remotely using tics for which dimensions such as nature, folklore, religiosity, gastronomy and history were considered, the statistical processing allowed processing the information obtained from the answers given by the participants in the aspects of history, folklore , gastronomy, religiosity and nature.La investigación realizada en el distrito de Tambo grande tiene como objetivo reconocer como el empleo de los tics en el trabajo remoto con adultos en EBA (Educación Básica Alternativa) de la provincia de Piura (Perú) ha significado el soporte resiliente que permitió la continuidad educativa y la valoración de su pasado histórico. La teoría sociocultural de Vygotsky (1934) se basa en el aprendizaje sociocultural de los individuos y por ello en el medio donde se desarrolla. Según Zúñiga y Ansión, (2014). El Modelo colaborativo constituye un conjunto de sesiones de aprendizaje con actividades de sensibilización e interiorización, que incluye una organización, la planificación de las actividades, responsabilidades, procedimientos, practicas, recursos y procesos para poder implementar, desarrollar y ejecutar los efectos, los cuales tienen como objeto, fortalecer la identidad cultural de todos. La metodológica se sustenta en un diagnóstico de la realidad critica para lo cual se recogió información a partir de 28 preguntas a estudiantes adolescentes, jóvenes y adultos a través de un formulario de Google pues debido a la pandemia mundial las sesiones de aprendizaje se llevan de manera remota haciendo uso de las tics para lo cual se consideró dimensiones como la naturaleza, el folclore, la religiosidad, gastronomía e historia, el procesamiento estadístico permitió procesar la información obtenida a partir de las respuestas dadas por los participantes en los aspectos de historia, folclore, gastronomía, religiosidad y naturaleza.
Efectos psicosociales del covid 19 en universitarios de la facultad de trabajo social – universidad nacional del centro del perú
Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to determine the psychosocial effects of COVID 19 in university students of the Faculty of Social Work of the National University of Central Peru (UNCP). A basic study, descriptive level, quantitative, based on the scientific method; three instruments were applied, a validated survey to measure the social aspect, the health stressors scale, and the Zung anxiety self-evaluation scale to measure the psychological aspect; for validity, the Pearson Correlation Coefficient (Others) was applied; the population was 320 students, the criterion sample being 90 students enrolled in the 2021-I period. The main results showed that all the study subjects were affected by the COVID 19 pandemic to varying degrees, in the social dimension 66% went to health facilities indicating various difficulties in accessing services, 57% indicated that their family economy was greatly affected forcing them to seek alternative activities, with respect to their academic training more than 70% of students reported technological insufficiency and network problems that have hindered their access to health services; However, the majority of students have managed to adapt quickly to these changes, a fact that is manifested in the low levels of stress (15%) and anxiety (25%) revealed in the psychological dimension. It is concluded by stating that the psychosocial effects were manifested in the limitations to health services, labor economic precariousness, difficulties of access to virtual education; situations whose adequate emotional management had an impact on low levels of stress and anxiety.Conocer los efectos psicosociales del COVID 19 en universitarios de la Facultad de Trabajo Social de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú (UNCP) fue el propósito de esta investigación. Estudio de tipo básico, nivel descriptivo, de carácter cuantitativo, cimentado en el método científico; se aplicaron tres instrumentos, una encuesta validada para medir el aspecto social, la escala de estresores en la salud, y escala Zung de autoevaluación de ansiedad, para medir el aspecto psicológico; para la validez se aplicó el Coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson (Otras), la población fue de 320 estudiantes, siendo la muestra criterial 90 estudiantes matriculados en el periodo 2021-I. Los resultados principales mostraron que todos los sujetos de estudio fueron afectados por la pandemia del COVID 19 en diversos grados, en la dimensión social el 66% acudieron a establecimientos de salud señalando diversas dificultades para acceder a los servicios, el 57% señalaron que su economía familiar se vio muy afectada obligándolos a buscar actividades alternas, respecto a su formación académica más del 70% de estudiantes reportaron insuficiencia tecnológica y problemas de red que ha dificultado la conexión a plataformas virtuales; sin embargo la mayoría de estudiantes han logrado una rápida adaptación a estos cambios, hecho que se manifiesta en los bajos niveles de estrés (15%) y ansiedad (25%) revelados en la dimensión psicológica. Se concluye afirmando que los efectos psicosociales se manifestaron en las limitaciones a los servicios de salud, precariedad económica laboral, dificultades de acceso a la educación virtual; situaciones cuyo manejo emocional adecuado repercutió en bajos cuadros de estrés y ansiedad.
