Fortalecimiento en el aprendizaje de conceptos básicos a través de ilustraciones y animación digital
Get PDFThis research aims to describe the process of learning basic concepts through illustrations and digital animation. The research work was carried out through a review work, of a descriptive and comparative type where the theoretical information was compared with the observable reality of the “Mis Pobres Angelitos” Foundation, with the objective of knowing its criteria about improving the learning of the students. children with videos and animations. Among the results, it was found that it is imperative to recognize that it is about starting with specific video learning topics that will last a certain time. This is done for two reasons: the first reason is that children do not get tired from a video. too long and the other reason is because of the development of the video, which is a job that takes a considerable amount of time to complete. Taking into consideration that the illustrations and interactive animations are focused on allowing students to explore concepts in a dynamic way that allows them to experience different scenarios and situations, encouraging their participation and commitment in their learning, this is the reason why this project is developed.Esta investigación tiene como objetivo describir el proceso de aprendizaje de conceptos básicos a través de ilustraciones y animación digital. El trabajo de investigación se realizó mediante un trabajo de revisión, de tipo descriptivo y comparativo donde se comparó lo información teoría con la realidad observable de la Fundación “Mis Pobres Angelitos”, con el objetivo de conocer sus criterios acerca de mejorar el aprendizaje de los niños con videos y animaciones. Dentro de los resultados se encontró que es imperante reconocer que se trata de comenzar con temáticas específicas de aprendizaje en video que van a durar un tiempo determinado, esto se hace por dos motivos: el primer motivo es que los niños no se cansen por un video demasiado largo y el otro motivo es por el desarrollo del video que es un trabajo que lleva un tiempo considerable para realizarlo. Tomando en consideración que las ilustraciones y animaciones interactivas están enfocadas para permitir a los estudiantes explorar conceptos de manera dinámica que les permitan experimentar diferentes escenarios y situaciones, fomentando su participación y compromiso en su aprendizaje, es el motivo por el cual el presente proyecto se desarrolla.

To acquire new challenges, the restructuring of the temporary warehouse is proposed, detailed in the thesis with the different investigations, we proceed to realize the things that have to be improved by 2022, in the infrastructure and the different areas that are They have to be added to provide a better logistics organization and in terms of security, the new rules set out in the thesis have to be established immediately, as this would give greater order both in the management of data of the people who enter the warehouse and also of those merchandises that enter and leave. As a company that tries to satisfy customer needs and make its import processes more agile and faster. In Ecuador, greater importance has currently been placed on logistics activities, allowing processes to be streamlined and increasing their competitiveness in the Ecuadorian market.La siguiente investigación busca dar solución a la organización de mercadería para que tengan mayor agilidad al momento de despachar la mercancía y así ahorrar tiempo y espacio en el almacén temporal buscando la mejor manera para implementación de procedimientos con indicadores de gestión en el área de desempeño, a través de técnicas de investigación y el análisis de documentos que estén relacionado con el almacenamiento de carga con la finalidad de hacer mejoras en el servicio de atención y de esa manera generar una mayor confianza, manteniendo la lealtad y preferencia de los Operadores de Comercio Exterior. Para adquirir nuevos desafíos se propone la restructuración del almacén temporal en el mismo se detalló en la tesis con las diferentes investigaciones se procede a dar cuenta en las cosas que se tiene que mejorar para el año 2022, en la infraestructura y las diferentes áreas que se tienen que agregar para dar una mejor organización logística y en cuanto a la seguridad se tiene que establecer las nuevas reglas expuesta en la tesis de forma inmediata, ya esto daría un mayor orden tanto en el manejos de datos de las personas que ingresan al almacén y también de aquellas mercaderías que entran y salen. Como empresa que trata de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y hacer más ágil y rápido sus procesos de importación. En Ecuador, actualmente se ha incrementado una mayor importancia a las actividades logísticas permitiendo dinamizar los procesos e incrementar su competitividad en el mercado ecuatoriano

Estos aspectos sirvieron al autor para organizar este ensayo en tres etapas tituladas, la irrupción de la política donde se reflejan por ejemplo que acciones como la clausura de salones de encuentro literarios por el régimen rosista aunado a otros aspectos propiciaron el exilio de los jóvenes a países vecinos y la conformación de asociaciones nuevas que legitimaron el debate en sus integrantes, una segundo momento donde el autor muestra que en el Estado en formación el transitar desde la sociedad colonial hacia la sociedad nacional fueron procesos complejos, característicos de las tensiones propias de las relaciones sociales y el tercer aspecto abordado titulado las facciones en la lucha por el poder, donde se reflejan las tensiones propias que conllevan una modernización social ajustada a la constitución ante la lucha de los grupos de poder que a su vez ostentan el poder en el Estado Insipiente

The data collection techniqueswere the descriptive cards and the content analysis was used as a technique for theanalysis of the results. It is concluded that the university is one more institution inthe network of social organizations that give way to the formation of the individual asa social being, which should promote its academic strengthening as a teacher intraining within the framework of the PNF using the integration of reading and writingas a didactic strategy.El Proyecto Sociointegrador tiene como objetivo analizar la integración de la lectura y escritura como estrategia didáctica desde la función docente para el fortalecimiento en la formación académica de los Programas Nacionales de Formación (PNF) Cefounes Guárico. Para el logro del objetivo debe asumirse una revisión bibliográfica aunado a la interpretación de contenidos. Las Técnicas de recolección de la Información fue las fichas descriptivas y se empleó el análisis de contenido como técnica de análisis de los resultados. Se concluye que la universidad es una institución más en el entramado de las organizaciones sociales que dan paso a la formación del individuo como ser social, que debe propiciar su fortalecimiento académico como docente en formación en el marco de los PNF empleando para ella la integración de la lectura y la escritura como estrategia didáctica
Visión ontoepistémica del binomio educación – ambiente desde la mirada de la responsabilidad social universitaria privada
Get PDFNowadays, there is a reality characterized by changes in all scopes, which affecteach existing organization. This article refers to a doctoral thesis whose purposewas to generate a theoretical approach about the ontoepistemic vision of theeducation-environment binomial, from the glance of private university socialresponsibility, specifically at the Yacambú University. In order to support theresearch and to be able to contrast with the findings, the reference to universitiesand their relationship with society, university social responsibility and sustainabledevelopment was reviewed and analyzed. This research was approached from thequalitative perspective approach and the hermeneutic phenomenological methodbased on hermeneutics. To achieve the research purposes, it involved obtainingrelevant information, through in-depth interviews; to reveal the emerging categories,which founded the respective triangulation, guiding the contrast that generated thetheorizing process. The informants consider that despite the fact that the YacambúUniversity executes actions oriented by social responsibility in the environmentaldimension, it is necessary to incorporate the stakeholders in the identification of thesuccesses and failures of the institution; this being important for the planning of jointactions, for the benefit of all those involved and based of the sustainabledevelopment objectives.Actualmente, hay una realidad caracterizada por cambios en todos los ámbitos, que afectan a cada organización existente. Este artículo se refiere a una tesis doctoral cuyo propósito fue generar una aproximación teórica sobre la visión ontoepistémica del binomio educación–ambiente, desde la mirada de la responsabilidad social universitaria privada, específicamente en la Universidad Yacambú. Para fundamentar la investigación y poder contrastar con los hallazgos, se revisó y analizó lo referente a Universidades y su vinculación con la sociedad, responsabilidad social universitaria y desarrollo sostenible. La investigación se abordó desde la perspectiva cualitativa y el método fenomenológico apoyado en la hermenéutica. Para lograr los propósitos de investigación, implicó obtener información relevante, a través de entrevistas en profundidad; para develar las categorías emergentes, que fundamentaron la triangulación respectiva, orientadora de la contrastación que generó el proceso de teorización. Los informantes consideran que a pesar de que la Universidad Yacambú ejecuta acciones orientadas por la responsabilidad social en la dimensión ambiental, es necesario incorporar a los stakeholders en la identificación de los aciertos y desaciertos de la institución; siendo esto importante para la planificación de acciones en conjunto, para beneficio de todos los involucrados y en función de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible

Get PDFThis document aims to develop an analysis on administrative management in satisfaction of service quality for students of the Technological Training Institute (ITF). The methodology uses a mixed approach, collecting data through a questionnaire to 388 students, via the Internet, structured from the dimensions and indicators relevant to the SERVPERF technique. The results report for the administrative management a 0.981 on the satisfaction of the quality that the student has of the services that he receives from the ITF. Based on these results, the proposal for the creation of the Student Accompaniment Center was developed, whose functions are to promote a channel of communication between students, authorities and institutional administrative entities; and counseling for students in different academic management processes.El presente documento pretende el desarrollo de un análisis sobre la gestión administrativa en satisfacción de calidad del servicio a los estudiantes del Instituto Tecnológico de Formación (ITF). La metodología utiliza un enfoque mixto, recolectando datos mediante un cuestionario a 388 estudiantes, vía internet, estructurado a partir de las dimensiones e indicadores pertinentes a la técnica SERVPERF. Los resultados reportan para la gestión administrativa un 0,981 sobre la satisfacción de la calidad que tiene el estudiante de los servicios que recibe por parte del ITF. Con base a estos resultados se desarrolló la propuesta de creación del Centro de Acompañamiento Estudiantil, que tiene como funciones promover un canal de comunicación entre estudiantes, autoridades y entes administrativos institucionales; y asesoramiento de los estudiantes en diferentes procesos de gestión académica. 
Auditoria de marketing para una empresa no contable
Get PDFThe objective of this study was to analyze the markting audit as a tool for a nonaccounting company. This research is framed in the quantitative paradigm, a fieldresearch supported by a documentary review. This study focused on evaluating andanalyzing several parameters considered from the commercial activity of thecompany, elements consulted to a sample of 49 people between microentrepreneursand customers through the application of a survey, using descriptive statistics for theanalysis of the results. It is evident that 53.1% do not have an accounting firm to dotheir accounting, 87.8% have received marketing audit advertising through socialnetworks, 50% consider that the consultancy will be well received in the market. Inconclusion, it is proposed to assume the marketing audit as a tool to achieve thepositioning of a company in the market.Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la auditoria de markting como herramienta para una empresa no contable. Pesquisa que se enmarca en el paradigma cuantitativo, una investigación de campo apoyada en una revisión documental. Este estudio se centró, en evaluar y analizar varios parámetros considerados a partir de la actividad comercial de la empresa, elementos consultados a una muestra de 49 personas entre microempresarios y clientes a través de la aplicación de una encuesta, empleándose la estadística descriptiva para el análisis de los resultados. Evidenciándose que un 53,1% no cuentan con una empresa contable para llevar su contabilidad, un 87,8% han recibido publicidad de auditoría de marketing a través de las redes sociales, 50% consideran que la asesoría tendrá buena acogida en el mercado. En concusión, se propone asumir la auditoria en marketing como una herramienta para lograr el posicionamiento de una empresa en el mercado

In the same order of ideas, it is mentioned that the resources used are made up of people, documents and computer equipment. Of which a work team was formed whose managers are: a Liaison Project Coordinator and a Teacher, with the participation of students of Graphic Design careers with a level equivalent to Higher Technology, Higher Technology in Administration and Higher Technology. in Marketing. It is also very important to highlight that the beneficiary group will be made up of the Residents of the Garay 2 Sector and the academic community of the University Training Institute. Thanks to these first steps, it is concluded that Environmental awareness is achieved through an education based on values, commitment, teamwork and cooperation, so that each of the participants acquires environmental knowledge and learns to use solid waste as raw material for the development of a new product.El Proyecto de investigación realizado por la comunidad emprendedora del Instituto Superior Tecnológico de Formación Profesional Administrativa y Comercial, consiste en el diseño de una serie de estrategias de marketing para dar a conocer y posicionar sus emprendimientos, especialmente aquellos generados sobre el proyecto de vinculación denominado “Campaña de conciencia ambiental; “Sé parte de la solución, no parte de la contaminación”. Para el logro de este objetivo, se implementa una metodología basada en la Observación, y la revisión teórica. Este proyecto no está terminado, es por ello que se presenta un avance de lo alcanzado hasta el momento. En el mismo orden de ideas, se menciona que los recursos utilizados están conformados por personas, documentos y equipos de cómputo. De los cuales se conformó un equipo de trabajo cuyos responsables son: un Coordinador de proyectos de Vinculación y un Docente, contando con la participación de los estudiantes de las carreras de Diseño Gráfico con nivel equivalente a Tecnología Superior, Tecnología Superior en Administración y Tecnología Superior en Marketing. Es muy importante resaltar igualmente que el grupo beneficiario estará conformado por los Moradores del Sector Garay 2 y la comunidad académica del Instituto Universitario de Formación. Gracias a estos primeros pasos se concluye que La conciencia ambiental se logra mediante una educación basada en valores, compromiso, trabajo en equipo y cooperación, de forma que cada uno de los participantes adquiera conocimientos ambientales y aprendan a utilizar los desechos sólidos como materia prima para la elaboración de un nuevo producto
Gobierno, Democracia y Ciudadanía Universitaria en Argentina: Estudio sobre las universidades públicas, a partir del caso de la Universidad Nacional Tucumán
Get PDFThis essay is part of the concern to address a reflection on the Argentine public university, its institutional design, and democratic organization, based on the case of the Tucumán National University. From this perspective, it focuses on analyzing the concept of citizenship from a political standpoint, aiming to delve into the central aspects of citizen participation and the representation of the university demos in co-governance spaces. At this point, it is essential to analyze how the university organization and its democracy contribute to the recognition of the citizen rights of university actors, both collective and individual, within the context of belonging. The methodology used to construct this communication is based on a descriptive bibliographic review, examining various documents that support the constitution and functioning of public universities in Argentina. It can be inferred that university democracy, in particular, requires historical subjects who imagine and long for it; who organize and fight for it, and who establish it under the existing academic, scientific, cultural, and political conditions. Undoubtedly, within the framework of the comprehensive treatment of the major themes that converge in it, as a means for the democratization of our Higher Education Institutions.Este ensayo se inscribe en la inquietud de abordar una reflexión sobre la universidad pública argentina, su diseño institucional y organización democrática, a partir del análisis del caso de la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán. Desde esta perspectiva, se centra en el análisis del concepto de ciudadanía desde un punto de vista político, con el objetivo de profundizar en los aspectos centrales de la participación ciudadana y la representación del demos universitario en los espacios de cogobierno. Es en este punto donde se precisa analizar cómo la organización universitaria y su democracia contribuyen al reconocimiento de los derechos ciudadanos de los actores universitarios, tanto colectivos como individuales, en el contexto de pertenencia. La metodología empleada para la construcción de esta comunicación se basa en una revisión bibliográfica de tipo descriptivo, donde se examinaron diversos documentos que sustentan la constitución y el funcionamiento de las universidades públicas de Argentina. Se puede inferir que la democracia universitaria, en particular, requiere de sujetos históricos que la imaginen y anhelen; que se organicen y luchen por ella, y que la constituyan en las condiciones académicas, científicas, culturales y políticas existentes. Sin duda, en el marco del tratamiento integral de los grandes temas que convergen en ella, como medio para la democratización de nuestras Casas de Altos Estudios
