    No full text
In the era of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) and His Companions, the problems of marriage were very simple.  At the time of marriage, the groom would go to the bride\u27s house with a few people and perform the marriage ceremony and bring her home. There was no custom of dowry nor of any other at that time. These were the divine teachings and requirements of the Prophet Muhammad (sa.w.w).  But today it is quite the opposite.  As the scope of Islam spread beyond Arabia and many non-Muslims became Muslims, the new Muslims brought with them all the rituals of ignorance, one of which is dowry. Due to which marriages of many girls have stoppe

پُرتشدد حالات میں قدرتی ماحول کے تحفظ کے حوالے سےاسلامی تعلیمات کاتحقیقی جائزہ: A RESEARCH STUDY OF ISLAMIC TEACHINGS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT IN VIOLENT SITUATIONS

    No full text
This paper presents an analytically functional conceptualization of environmental violence and identifies its sources, pathways, and generalizations in global ecosystems and everyday life. It then expands the basic concepts of Islamic teachings, complex systems and human development on a broader basis to address threats and violent situations, and especially changes in the cultural, social and societal environment that directly impact issues such as violence. There are. Topics like these can be addressed. And environmental changes are happening all the time. A changing environment drives selection for organisms, and there is no organism that does not change its environment in order to survive and reproduce. These changes are the main drivers of evolution and consequently the main cause of biodiversity. Environmental violence and the unsustainable use of natural resources create a vacuum and the normal way capitalist economies exploit nature. The rate of extinction associated with the current unnatural use of resources is sufficient to believe that we are facing mass extinction events. The speed at which humans are changing the environment has left no time for evolutionary adaptation. We need to reduce environmental violence for life in order to maintain our normal functioning. Human nature is human and if violent situations are not countered, we will have no solution without facing dire consequences

When we look at the books of exegesis, we find that there are different opinions while interpreting the meaning of the verse, and each interpretor interpreted the verse according to his own view and diligence. This is how the interpretation of al-Mawardi (Annukat Wal Uyun by al-Mawardi),  if we looked at it, we find there are many sayings were gathered in it when he interpret a single verse without any explanation of the reason for the disagreement and the type of disagreement, and without any explanation of the most prefferd saying. And we waver in it when we find in their sayings the contradiction, that is how do we deal with them. In this article, we explain the matter of preferance of one saying when there are many different sayings of the commentators while interpreting a single verse. We need to clarify the types of disagreement first, and then to explain how to deal with this disagreement with the clarity of the three points (acceptance, weighting (prefering) and Unacceptable). This research aims to explain the reason for the disagreement, explain the rules of preference and their uses when there are many sayings and deal with it in the light of the interpretation of Al-Mawardi. And do we reject the other sayings when we prefer a statement or do we accept it. And also we show the effect of the disagreement on the meaning of the verse too

The connection between Arab and Hindustan continued just after the coming of Muslims to this land in the 1st century. After habitation here, Muslims spread their knowledge here and began to teach Quran-o-Hadith to the native people. Soon, Islamic knowledge became widespread here in such a way that Ilm-e-Hadith had been taught in numerous Islamic schools for four centuries. After this era, the influence of Ilm-e-Hadith started to deduce here and people turned their faces towards other arts and subjects. Due to these facts, these subjects took place of Ilm-e-Hadith and went towards the background of other subjects. Observing these phenomena, many Islamic scholars struggled to re-establish Ilm-e-Hadith in the land of the sub-continent and after them, their apostles came forward to advance their uncomplete mission. Because of their efforts, Ilm-e-Hadith survived in this land. In this paper, it has been analyzed how many movements for establishing the Ilm-e-Hadith had arisen here and what they left impacts here

The biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was not considered as a separate art in the beginning, later the Companions, followers and princes of the kingdom paid special attention to this art, which resulted in the existence of Maghazi and the books of biography mentioned above. They are also counted in Maghazi, and as far as we know from our research, the above-mentioned books have a basic position on the Prophet\u27s biography and they are also called the writings of the predecessors. While after him, the scholars and muhaddiths continued to write books in the art of biography, but the above mentioned books are considered to be the basic books of biography. And there has been a strong need for the collection and compilation of biography in every era because the Holy Qur\u27an has repeatedly encouraged the Muslim Ummah to follow the morals and conduct of the Prophet (PBUH) and declared the person who follows the biography of the Prophet (PBUH) to be a person of welfare and salvation.has given The foremost duty and the most sacred service of the universe is to reform and complete the morals and education of the human soul. That is, first of all, the principles and principles of all kinds of moral virtues, asceticism, piety, chastity, chastity, beneficence, gentleness and forgiveness, determination and steadfastness, selflessness and kindness, honor and selflessness should be established in a very correct way and then its practical teaching and method should be implemented in the whole world.  A common way to achieve this goal is preaching. A more civilized way is to write high quality books on morals and spread them in all countries and teach them to the masses. One way is to compel the common people to obey good morals and keep them away from vices

When evil, obscenity, nudity sexism and use of female figures for commercial gains becomes a norm in any society then the collective consciousness of that society becomes dormant. This phenomenon can also be observed in our society where numerous cases are surfacing on daily basis and everyone feels unsafe and threatened. Whenever our women, girls and children go out one we are concerned about their security and safety. The collective consciousness of any society can not only put a barrier against such evils but also can help in uprooting it. Now it is the duty of different elements of the society, like teachers, traders, lawyers, doctors, engineers and other people of power circle to forget their political and idealogical differences and join their hands to eradicate the evil of obscenity and nudity for the safety of their women , girls and children. And this can be possible if we understand the real causes of the sexual abuse and isolate the reasons for moral degeneration in our society. Some of the important reasons for such moral decay are the violation of Islamic system of Veil or Parda,  difficulties in arranging marriage or Nikah, prevelance of nudity and obscenity, atheism and secularism, co education and misuse of modes of communication and spread of Un Islamic traditions. Until and unless, these factors and traditions are not eradicated from our society it would be difficult to  keep honor and dignity of our society safe and sound

Youth Empowerment, Peace building and Policy Harmonization: Advancing Social Justice through Reconciliation, Justice and Benevolence

This research explores the intricate relationship between youth autonomy, the promotion of peace and their meaningful involvement in policymaking, examined through the lens of social justice as illuminated by the Islamic principles of reconciliation (sulh), justice (‘adl) and benevolence (ihsan). Historically, youth have consistently played a decisive role in the establishment and sustainability of societies, as their intellectual creativity, moral vigor and practical energy shape the trajectory of communities and states. The vitality of youth, when nurtured and directed towards constructive engagement, becomes a force for stability, equity and innovation. In contemporary governance systems, there is growing consensus that the inclusion of young people in decision-making processes must transcend symbolic gestures and evolve into active, empowered and decisive participation to achieve the long-term objectives of peace, justice and inclusive development. The scope of this study extends to a broad analysis of both the intellectual independence and the practical agency of youth, emphasizing their role in sustaining peace and ensuring social justice. A central question addressed in this research is whether social justice can truly be established without embedding the values of reconciliation, justice and benevolence within societal structures. Findings suggest that peace founded merely upon authority, coercion, or balance of power is inherently fragile. Instead, lasting peace emerges from justice, wherein every individual receives their rightful due and from benevolence, wherein individuals and institutions exceed their minimum obligations to embody generosity, empathy and goodwill. The interconnection of sulh, ‘adl and ihsan thus provides a normative foundation for a society that seeks to be both ethically grounded and socially balanced, enabling the realization of sustainable peace and authentic social justice. From a methodological standpoint, this research employs a descriptive and analytical framework. Primary sources most notably the Qur’an and the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ form the foundation of this inquiry, as they offer normative guidance on justice, peacebuilding and ethical governance. Secondary sources, including contemporary scholarly literature, sociological and policy studies and theoretical models of social justice, are also consulted to provide a comparative and contextual dimension. This interdisciplinary approach allows the research to highlight how Islamic principles are not only spiritually significant but also relevant and applicable to modern challenges of governance, policymaking and conflict resolution. The findings emphasize that genuine and sustainable peace cannot be realized without creating institutional mechanisms that ensure meaningful participation of youth in governance and decision-making. Their involvement must go beyond token representation and be recognized as a structural necessity for the well-being of society. Moreover, peace is not to be understood as a temporary truce or a superficial balance of competing interests; it is better conceived as a holistic moral and social order that draws strength from justice and benevolence. Within such a framework, reconciliation does not simply resolve disputes but builds long-term trust, justice guarantees fairness and equity, while benevolence sustains compassion and solidarity among diverse groups. The study therefore recommends that state institutions, civil society and community organizations work collectively to empower youth by fostering their intellectual independence, enhancing their leadership capacities and building institutional spaces for their participation. Providing trust, mentorship and structured opportunities for engagement would enable young people to act as transformative agents of peace and justice. By grounding governance and policymaking processes in the values of sulh, ‘adl and ihsan, societies can lay the foundation for an equitable order where authentic social justice prevails and sustainable peace is maintained

In the light of the Qur\u27an, Sunnah, and the consensus of the Ummah, Muslims believe that Messiah (peace be upon him) was raised to heaven alive. He will descend to earth again near the Day of Judgment. He will establish justice, and promote and spread the religion of Muhammad (peace be upon him). The greatest temptation near the Day of Judgment, the temptation of Dajjal, will be ended up at his hands. Even in Christianity, the concept of the descent of Jesus (peace be upon him) exists because it has been mentioned repeatedly in the Bible. However, there are differences between Islam and Christianity regarding the resurrection of Jesus. Christians believe that he has been killed by hands of The Jews on cross. And that he has been resurrected and raised to heaven. While the clear evidence in the Qur\u27an and the Sunnah is that the Jews had not succeeded in their evil purpose. Therefore, the Jews consider Dajjal to be their Messiah who will end up the troubles and will fight for the exaltation of Judaism. And that with him all the Jews, living or dead, will gather in Jerusalem and join his army and fight against all religions except the Jews
