SHARIA PERSPECTIVE ON THE LEGITIMACY OF DEBT: CORE PRINCIPLES AND CONSIDERATION
The paper examines the practical costs and principles of the Islamic Shariah system, emphasizing its deep roots in the Quran and Hadith. Debt, a concept as old as human civilization, is neither new nor unique among Muslims. The Quran in its wisdom does not explicitly justify the existence of debt but clearly leads to its validity through verses. These classifications fall into two categories: those that present costs in a positive way, and those that provide specific cost decisions. In the first category, the Qur\u27an defines debt as a praiseworthy act rendered to Allah, often described as "Qarzi hasana" or a good loan This concept is related to the concept of charity and altruism if it’s a wonderful thing. For example, in Surah Al-Baqarah (2:245), believers are invited to lend money to Allah in the best possible manner, promised abundant rewards and heavenly bounty. According to Imam Razi’s interpretation, this debt includes both compulsory and voluntary charity, and reflects a spiritual dimension in which the act of charity is linked to the final return of Allah. Other important mentions are in Surah al-Maidah (5:12), which mentions a covenant with the Israelites, including establishing prayer, paying Zakat, believing in the Prophets and repaying a good loan to Allah This means that it includes obligatory religious duties also comes with the great benefit of voluntary financial support. The scholar Tabari interprets this positive debt as financial support for jihad and other noble causes, which is further emphasized by the verse calling for the support of the Prophets. Surah Al-Hadeed (57:11, 57:18) reaffirms Allah’s promise of divine abundance and honor for the borrowers
UNVEILING THE ETHICAL DILEMMA: THE IMPACT OF SECULARISM ON ISLAMIC VALUES
The relationship between Secularism, ethics, and Islamic religious principles is a highly argumentative topic, sparking fresh discussions on a variety of emerging issues contradictory to Islam. This study examines the complicated interplay between Islamic ethics and Secularism, highlighting the disagreement between the two ideologies. The study explains an Islamic perspective of Secularism and controversial laws that secular governments implement worldwide. The study investigates how Secularism affects Islamic ethics and considers its threats to moral standards and traditional religious beliefs. It illustrates how secular ideologies frequently conflict with Islamic values, resulting in many different unlawful decisions taken by secular countries. It also discusses how secular government affects morals and values in societies of the world, whether they belong to any religion; however, in the case of Muslim societies, these laws are highly debatable. Moreover, the study argues that even if Secularism might have some advantages for governance, it still has a huge contradiction to ethics and Islamic Values, and it is indeed contradictory to the teachings of the Quran. So, as a Muslim society, we must look deeper into the matter of imposing Secularism on Muslim states, and we must work for the implementation of Islamic law
معاشرے میں غصہ وعدم برداشت کا بڑھتا ہوا رجحان، اسباب، منفی اثرات اور اس کا سدباب اسلامی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں: THE GROWING TREND OF ANGER AND INTOLERANCE IN SOCIETY, ITS CAUSES, NEGATIVE EFFECTS AND ITS SOLUTION IN THE LIGHT OF ISLAMIC TEACHINGS
A growing trend of anger and intolerance Wherever you look in the society, everyone seems to be living a robotic lifestyle with a shell of selfishness. Today\u27s man seems to be completely ignorant of religious, social etiquette and manners. The beauty of any society lies in its moderation, tolerance, tolerance and provision of justice. If these things are lacking in society, extremism, aggressiveness, anger, intolerance and lawlessness will emerge. Intolerance is licking our society like termites. Every day we see such news in the newspaper that the teacher beat up the student, sometimes the student killed the teacher, sometimes the domestic workers are being tortured, and sometimes daughter of society is being persecuted. Some political opponents are seeking each other\u27s lives, while some representatives of religious parties are busy cursing each other. Today, there is this sign of intolerance that instead of being patient and thankful in the presence of Allah Almighty at the time of trial, we appear before Him with a long list of doubts. Therefore, in some places they are complaining about the creator and in some places, they are straining their relationship with the creation. We have even forgotten that the killing of one person is the killing of the entire humanity, today human blood is cheaper than water and the reason for all these evils is to turn away from morals and Islamic values and traditions
A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FLEXIBILITY VARIABLES IN SPORT PARTICIPANTS AND SPORT NON-PARTICIPANTS
Flexibility is a key factor in sports such as gymnastics, hurdling, high jumping, and tackling. Flexibility is a requirement for most dance forms. If there are inflexible issues, a muscle\u27s ability to apply force over an extended range of motion can be compromised, leading to leanness or slowness. A decrease in speed during exercise can be caused by tight hamstrings that limit knee lift and stride length. This is an example. There is no uniform flexibleness between joints, and different body parts require varying degrees of flexibility for various sports. Flexibility is the capacity of muscles, ligaments and tendons to allow large movements of joints. Ultimately, it can be called flexible movement. Stretching the muscles and, even to a lesser extent, the tendons and ligaments can result in increased flexibility. After interviewing 150 sports and non-sports participants, the study examined flexibility measurements of 300 male adolescent individuals. The selection of sampling size for different body and flexibility measurements was made using a random sampling method in this study. The results of t-test determining in table.no.5 that mean Sit and Reach (front side) flexibility (cm) of participants who participate in sports and those not in athletics do not differ significantly. At a degree of freedom of 298, the probability value is lower than the specified level of significance (0.05), other variables’ results are described in results portion. According to the statistical tool, the all-flexibility measurements are not consistent for both participants and non-participants of the sport. Those who participate in sport have higher levels of flexibility for sitting and reaching, shoulder hyperextension, trunk hyper flexibility, and bend twists and touches compared to non-participating individuals. Variability is high among the variables of participants and non-participants\u27 flexibility
لاوارث بچوں کے حقوق: اسلامی تعلیمات اور ملکی قوانین کی روشنی میں تجزیہ: THE RIGHTS OF ABANDONED CHILDREN (AN ANALYSIS IN THE LIGHT OF ISLAMIC TEACHINGS AND NATIONAL LAW)
In contemporary Islamic societies, the growing influence of Western culture, the wars imposed upon Muslim nations, and the recurring natural calamities and crises within our homeland have collectively contributed to a noticeable increase in the number of orphaned and abandoned children. Islamic teachings categorically prohibit all practices and circumstances that lead to the deprivation of a child’s lineage or guardianship. Nevertheless, when such children are found within society, Islam mandates that they be afforded the same social, legal, and economic protection as any other child. Islamic jurisprudence places profound emphasis on the care, upbringing, and moral training of destitute and helpless children. The classical jurists elaborated these directives comprehensively under the title “Aḥkām al-Laqīṭ”—the rulings pertaining to foundlings. In Pakistan as well, various legislative frameworks have been established over time to safeguard children’s rights, which, both directly and indirectly, encompass the rights of orphaned and abandoned children. These laws and measures aim to resolve their social difficulties and empower them to become morally upright and productive members of society. This study offers a comparative and analytical examination of the rights of orphaned and abandoned children in the light of **Islamic teachings** and **national legislation. It seeks to highlight the harmony between Islamic jurisprudence and modern legal systems in ensuring the welfare, protection, and dignified upbringing of such vulnerable members of the community
