So this paper describes a lot of Jurisprudential examples which show that Sharī‘ah looks at the shape and figure with their internal values. But when internal values do not remain in them, it makes compulsory to the borrower to return the loan with market price without looking about their shapes and their figures. After studying these examples, it applies the same rule on currencies loans as model when their values changed with the passage of time

Man has been given a greatest status in this world by giving him knowledge and intellect. Man based a society by these blessings. Allah Almighty made them in male and female shape. Now both are equal in the purpose of sending them into this world. Everyone is given some responsibilities according to his/ her power and body structure. There is a difference in the physical constitution of men and women. Due to this man and woman have been given different the responsibilities of the society. The rest being the servants of the Creator, to act upon the orders of Creator, worshiping and obeying Allah Almighty and obeying Him and getting their reward in the Hereafter are equal. They will work, they will probably get reward as they acted and lived, and the man will be rewarded or punished, in the same way the woman will be rewarded also. Man treated women like animals because of his lack of knowledge. He considered women worthy only for servicing man. She owns the delicate body and thought, man kept her away from her rights due to which no responsibility was imposed on woman as she was forced to live her life with the orders of man.
Man laid the foundation of society on the basis of knowledge and intellect bestowed by Allah Almighty. The foundation of a good society and its survival depends on the character and responsibility of its inhabitants. According to their mental and physical constitution, Allah Almighty has set a law to guide human beings, set certain limits and imposed certain responsibilities. In Islam, men and women are often equated in the responsibilities, except for a few responsibilities because of their physical structure and strength. A study of Islamic educations on the rights of man and woman it clearly shows that no other religion has given woman equal rights, status and dignity such that Islam has given. Islam, which gives a complete system of living, commands human beings to fulfill their rights, declares reward and punishment in the hereafter, in the same way, commands a woman to fulfill her responsibilities in society according to her constitution. Due to her delicate temperament, she could not be free to say before Allah Almighty that there was such an environment, the attitude of men was such that she could not fulfill her responsibilities.
A good society comes into being when men and women fulfill their responsibilities. Just as a man is considered to be one, so a woman is an important part of society, just as the center has certain duties, so does a woman have some duties. Whether it is the field of education or the material development of inventions or morals, the struggle for survival of life or the attempt to make race a useful member of society, women have the same responsibilities as men in all matters. Every woman can fulfill her duty in the society by fulfilling her responsibilities in the society keeping in view the Islamic teachings.
