Entrepreneurial marketing EM is a dynamic and innovative approach to marketing that is particularly well-suited for startups and small businesses. Thus, our study focuses on Sudanese SMEs in order to assist them in achieving profitability, sustainability, and competitive advantage in the long term. Consequently, our objectives are to develop the research pre-model and to explore in depth how entrepreneurs, managers, and employees of SMEs in Khartoum-Sudan are familiar with the concepts of the research pre-model, and how they can employ and take advantage of study concepts. To achieve these objectives, we relayed on the qualitative method an inductive approach to test the validity and to develop the research pre-model. Hence, we have designed an open-ended question scenario and conducted a certain interview utilizing multiple qualitative methods to gather the data from the purposive sample which consists of (15) individuals. We have divided the scenario into three main parts of questions, first open-ended questions about EM, in this regard the most important question that has been asked to the interviewees was “What are the factors/dimensions that comes to your mind when you hear about EM”? Secondly, open-ended questions about technological capabilities TCPs. “The commonly thought view of TCPs proposes that firms with strong technological capability can rapidly identify technological opportunities and the value of technological resources and utilizing modern equipment, in this scope benefits of entrepreneurial marketing should therefore be enhanced by a firm’s high technological capability”. e.g., “What are the expected advantages that will be rewarded by employing TCPs in SMEs”? Finally, we have grouped data into concepts, categories, and themes and then utilized a manual-thematic analysis as a method for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting patterns within data. In this scope we have analyzed the data and interpreted the results within three main themes. Accordingly, significant new dimensions have been discovered and generated which led to our final developed and adapted research model which can be shown in the body of study, Table 6.4.1 and Figure 6.4.1

Chicken breeders, particularly those in Ngaoundéré-Cameroon, after 45 days of breeding find themselves confronted with the problems of wasting nutrients and resources. In most cases, they sell their chicken at low prices to avoid expenses. Faced with these problems, a few of them use various methods to preserve their chicken after 45 days of breeding, including cold preservation, smoking and drying. Cold preservation is the most widely used technique, but this technique is energy-intensive, without forgetting the untimely power cuts, and the deterioration of the quality of the product. By getting closer to its stakeholders, we were able to identify their difficulties, why they use cold preservation more and they also entrusted us with the characteristics of equipment that could meet their requirements. In this article we presented the results from functional analysis to 3D modeling through the search for solutions to resolve contradictions. It emerges from this study that the designed model guarantees food safety, user safety, retains all nutrients, ergonomic, uses fewer resources, fast, adaptable to any type and size of smoking products and that it is possible to achieve it industrially

The natural world is built and operated by universal laws. Stephen Hawking prophecy states that by understanding the working of the universe, you will know and understand the mind of God. This paper focuses on analyzing different universal laws and their origin, rationale, and prophecy. This research is a framework of the science, rationale, vision, and metaanalysis of universal laws. The findings revealed that natural law, in philosophy, is a system of right or justice held to be common to all humans and is derived from nature. Natural law theory is concerned with two basic principles, which are morality and legality. God's eternal law is not fully cognizable by humans in His everlasting plan. The scientific laws of nature consist of many principles which were earlier assumed as Nature’s laws. The first spiritual law of success is pure potentiality which says humans are pure consciousness. The 12 universal laws are inherent and unchanging principles that ancient people intuitively discovered through their fact-finding efforts. The law of Newton’s gravity is considered “universal” and it is applicable on all bodies having a mass (sun, moon, earth, apple, etc.). The 7 cosmic laws are fundamental principles that control everyone and everything. God designed nature’s laws and blessed humans with rationality to understand them. Also, God's eternal law can be discovered by observing the behaviour of animals and planets, as well as understanding how people should behave

The work out of the individual prerogative to compete has never been a natural state of relations between market protagonists, nor is competition seen as a simple mechanism for bringing supply and demand together on a given market. It is first and foremost a confrontation and an economic constraint weighing on economic operators. This confrontation translates into the prevalence of «desperado behavior» to harm others, given that it is all about increasing market share without the knowledge of competitors present on the same relevant market. This confrontation, which restricts free and fair competition on the market, needs to be tackled through the rule of law, by revitalizing the provisions of economic public policy, which create a legal constraint for companies, making the economic constraint effective. Deploying a coherent legal approach to restrictions on free and fair competition in the market presupposes, at the outset, the adoption of a proactive and systemic approach, which would see any «desperado behavior» in the domestic market as an outrage against equality of opportunity between rival companies. Restrictions on market access are seen as a disturbing threat to the free play of competition, and as such constitute a considerable obstacle to socio-economic growth that needs to be abolished. A proactive, systemic approach that can help to preserve equality in competition, and even to encourage the dynamism of competition between protagonists on the market, therefore depends on a focus on the act of «defining the relevant market» itself. Based on a comparative and dialectical methodology, the present study is part of a research perspective aimed at outlining the role played by the act of «defining the relevant market» in highlighting competition law. Similarly, this study aims to demystify the epistemological twists and turns that need to be highlighted at the level of the competition authorities of the Moroccan and European legal systems in order to achieve all the objectives of the legal pact for the stability of companies in the internal market. This study will highlight three conclusive factors to be taken into account by the competition authorities of the Moroccan and European legal systems in the context of a pragmatic apprehension of «the relevant market». Firstly, the approach of the «relevant market» is geared towards demarcating the «competitive environment», particularly in terms of the behavior of market players. On the other hand, the «relevant market» approach is based on the «temporal context» of the «prohibited behaviour» of the company in the competitive arena, as well as on the «intrinsic and extrinsic purpose» of the behaviour, reflecting the strategic dimension of the activities initiated by the company suspected of distorting competition in the «relevant market»

Although there is a risk associated with their use, the uncontrolled market for medicinal plants in the Lubumbashi region has not been well documented. To gain insight into this market, a survey was conducted with 118 traditional practitioners and herbalists, who were selected in a thoughtful manner. The collected data indicates that 85% of practitioners rely on this business as their primary source of income, as it facilitates healthcare for the population. A total of 166 plant species were sold in the short circuit without marketing authorization, most of which were collected from rural areas of the Haut-Lomami and Haut-Katanga provinces (46% and 35%, respectively). On average, each trader sold 52.4 ± 4.1 kg of raw product and 32.5 ± 3.1 kg of powder per quarter. Prices were determined based on the appearance of the customers and their perceived illnesses. Investing $6 in a kilogram of herbal products yielded a margin rate of approximately 35%, as determined by expenses and revenues (p: 0.000 < 0.05). However, the unregulated nature of this market raises concerns about the qualifications of traditional practitioners and the quality of their services. Regulation is necessary to ensure secure access to plants for consumers

University education as an important choice shapes the professional career. Career in sport is difficult than the other professional areas. Because the professional career process in sport is different from the classical occupational choices. Sometimes individuals feel career regret in difficult experiences. Then the negative feelings become a depression, loss of self-confidence etc. So, the purpose of this study was to determine the career decision regrets of students in faculty of sport sciences. The most commonly technique in descriptive research models, the survey method is used in the study. The study group consisted of 400 students from the four different departments in Bartın University, Faculty of Sport Sciences. In the study, individual information form which had developed by the researchers and ‘Career Decision Regret Scale’ was used. Descriptive statistics, t-test for independent groups and one-way Anova tests were used as statistical methods to analyze the data. As a result, it was determined that the students who are studying at the Department of Sports Sciences in Bartın University had a little regret of career decisions and the scale scores of the students differed significantly according to their age, departments, grade, place of birth, academic average, residence place, part time working, fathers’ working statute and educational level. The fact that the study group consists of only one university is seen as a limitation. Therefore, for future studies it may be suggested to increase the number of participants by joining the different universities’ students in the Departments of Sports Sciences

The present study highlights ways and risks of managing household wastes on the environment in the town of Obala in the Lekié Division of Cameroon. In this work, a cross-sectional descriptive survey subdivided into two, geographical and sociological, was carried out.  The sampling method based on the random selection mobilized 30 households per quarter. A total of 120 households were randomly selected in four (04) of out the seven (07) districts of Obala, and interviews were conducted with urban council officials and 30 council agents in charge of refuse collection. The results showed that 53.3% of households surveyed are headed by women and 92% of the population stock their solid household waste in a garbage can. Moreover, 98% of households dispose of their waste by uncontrolled dumping and/or in unauthorized landfill sites, and a number of these unauthorized refuse dumps have been identified in the town. In Obala, 99% of household waste is disposed of at the dumping sites by open incineration leading to air pollution. Elsewhere, the characterization of these wastes showed a high rate of organic matter (53.1%) and of plastic (20%). Concerning awareness of some diseases caused by poor household waste management, 63% of respondents mentioned malaria, 25% diarrhea and 12% a number of other diseases. This study reveals that household waste management is inadequate and a real problem in terms of hygiene and public health, thus, a source of threat to the development of the town of Obala, despite household waste’s enormous potential for recycling
