Les soft skills à l’école primaire, cas de l’entrepreneuriat Soft skills at primary school, the case of entrepreneurship
Get PDFe document essaye de mettre un éclairage sur l’actualité de la recherche scientifique au sujet de l’intégration des compétences de vie dans le système scolaire, plus précisément le cycle primaire de l’enseignement scolaire. Ainsi, puisque la phase de l’enfance est la pépinière des futures compétences, la nécessité croissante d'intégrer des compétences non techniques, en particulier l'entrepreneuriat, dans l'éducation dès les premières années est primordial. Les études effectuées dans ce sens soulignent que l’éducation à la prise d'initiative est considérée comme cruciale pour le développement de compétences vitales telles que la résolution de problèmes, l'innovation et les compétences sociales, en fait, cela constitue un investissement bénéfique à long terme pour le développement personnel, professionnel et sociétal des individus. L'initiation précoce à l'entrepreneuriat est recommandée pour développer ces compétences dès le plus jeune âge chose qui est bien tracée au niveau du curriculum marocain qui a consacré une place importante dans ses objectifs et programmes, toutefois, la mise en œuvre nécessite d’autres études supplémentaires.

Abstract
This document attempts to shed light on current scientific research into the integration of life skills into the school system., and more specifically the primary school cycle. Since childhood is the nursery of future skills, the growing need to integrate soft skills, particularly entrepreneurship, into education from the earliest years is crucial. Studies point out that education for initiative is seen as crucial to the development of vital skills such as problemsolving, innovation and social competence, and is in fact a beneficial long-term investment in people's personal, professional and societal development. In rural regions, a striking reality emerges : many women, trapped in an overwhelming financial dependency, are engaged in fierce battles to secure a tiny plot of land where they can carry out their essential activities (agriculture). However, land—an object of intense desire—requires the involvement of numerous land actors. Confronted with this complex mosaic of land practices, each actor, aware of the marginalization of women in this crucial area, deploys bold strategies aimed at ensuring that women have land rights equivalent to those of men.
Goal and Objectives:
The aim of this research is to present the role of various actors in the process of women’s access to land and their rationales in the fight for respect for women’s land rights.
Methodology:
Surveys were conducted with 319 randomly selected women from the Mbam and Inoubou Division. These surveys were complemented by direct field observations and in-depth individual interviews with local actors involved in land management.
Results:
This study reveals that there is an abundance of actors on both international and national levels advocating for women and land, even though certain texts do not apply on the ground.Context and background

A Qualitative analysis of code-switching and language vitality in amazigh communities
Get PDFCette étude qualitative explore le changement de code et la vitalité linguistique au sein de la communauté amazighophone de Guerroua au Maroc, en utilisant un cadre écolinguistique. Elle se concentre sur les interactions entre l'arabe marocain, le tamazight et le français, montrant comment les jeunes locuteurs adoptent de plus en plus l'arabe marocain comme langue matricielle, reléguant le tamazight à un rôle intégré. Ce changement reflète des modèles plus larges d'adaptation sociale et de négociation de l'identité dans lesquels l'arabe sert à des fins fonctionnelles dans des situations plus formelles et économiques, mais le tamazight conserve toujours sa valeur symbolique dans des contextes culturels. Les informations ont été recueillies au moyen d'entretiens semi-structurés, puis analysées à l'aide du logiciel NVivo pour identifier les types les plus importants de changement de code et les facteurs socioculturels et économiques régissant les choix linguistiques. Le positionnement de cette étude dans un contexte académique plus large complète les articles publiés dans la même revue, MJQR, tels que « The Effect of Intermarriage and Urbanization on Amazigh Language Transmission and Maintenance: The case of Marrakech City and Tagart Area » (Vol. 6, No. 2, 2024), puisqu’il se concentre sur la dynamique des pratiques multilingues et leur implication pour la vitalité amazighe. Alors que l’étude de Tagart examine les influences structurelles et sociales sur la transmission de la langue, le présent article souligne le changement de code comme une stratégie adaptative qui peut être employée au niveau micro de l’interaction, alors qu’il constitue également une menace potentielle pour la vitalité linguistique. Ces résultats suggèrent que le changement de code permet l’ expression de la culture et l’ajustement social, tout en se faisant au détriment de la fonctionnalité communicative du tamazight parmi ses jeunes locuteurs. L’ article indique certains domaines dans lesquels des recherches futures pourraient étudier des dynamiques similaires dans les communautés urbaines berbérophones, des études longitudinales des pratiques linguistiques et l’impact des espaces numériques sur l’utilisation et la visibilité du tamazight. Il serait donc intéressant de voir comment de telles recherches pourraient contribuer à la formulation de stratégies susceptibles de soutenir la vitalité de Tamazight dans le contexte multilingue du Maroc
L’impact de la marque territoriale sur l’intention entrepreneuriale durable : une étude qualitative exploratoire - Cas de la région de Merzouga
Get PDFThe sustainability of entrepreneurial activity requires the preservation of the natural and cultural heritage that territories possess. In this sense, the promotion of sustainable entrepreneurship is at the heart of territorial development policies aimed at stimulating sustainable entrepreneurial intentions among project leaders.
The aim of this study is to investigate the role of territorial branding in the development of sustainable entrepreneurial intentions. It sets up empirical research to analyze the existing relationship between the territorial brand and the determinants of sustainable entrepreneurial intention.
A state of the art on sustainable entrepreneurial intention and territorial branding has highlighted a conceptual research model that integrates the determinants of territorial branding and their impact on sustainable entrepreneurial intentions.
The present study approaches its objective in terms of methodology through a data collection process based on a series of semi-structured individual interviews with a sample of 30 people. Qualitative data processing led to the retention of a favorable contingency between territorial branding and sustainable entrepreneurial intention. Consequently, the study explored the positive impact of territorial branding on the creation of sustainable entrepreneurial intentions among entrepreneurs.

La durabilité de l’activité entrepreneuriale impose la préservation du patrimoine naturel et culturel dont dispose les territoires. En ce sens, la promotion de l’entrepreneuriat durable est au cœur des politiques d’aménagement des territoires qui visent la stimulation des intentions entrepreneuriales durables chez les porteurs de projets.
Cette recherche ambitionne d’étudier le rôle de la création d’une marque territoriale dans le développement des intentions entrepreneuriales durables. Elle met en place une recherche empirique permettant d’analyser la relation existante entre la marque territoriale et les déterminants de l’intention entrepreneuriale durable.
Un état de l’art relatif à l’intention entrepreneuriale durable et à la marque territoriale a mis en évidence un modèle conceptuel de la recherche qui intègre les déterminants de la marque territoriale et leurs impacts sur les intentions entrepreneuriales durables.
La présente étude aborde son objectif en termes de méthodologie à travers un processus de recueil de données basé sur une série des entretiens individuels semi-structurés auprès d’un échantillon de 30 personnes. Les traitements des données qualitatives conduisent à retenir la contingence favorable entre la marque territoriale et l’intention entrepreneuriale durable. Par conséquent, l’étude a permis d’explorer l’impact positif de la marque territoriale sur la création des intentions entrepreneuriales durables chez les entrepreneurs.

Genomic and phylogenetic analysis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae strains’ P1 adhesin Gene
No full textMycoplasma pneumoniae is a common cause of respiratory diseases in children’s, responsible for approximately 40% of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in Indian children under five years. The pathogenicity of this agent is mediated by a terminal structure containing adhesin proteins such as the P1 and P40/90 coded respectively by the P1 and the orf6 genes. The aim of our study is to analyze and compare P1 adhesin gene sequences of M. pneumoniae isolated in children, explore their genetic variabilities and evaluate their phylogenetic relationships.
A comprehensive search of M. pneumoniae P1 adhesin gene sequences was conducted from GenBank database, the retrieved nucleotidic sequences were downloaded in FASTA format for subsequent analysis and related meta data were identified. The multiple alignement was performed using ClustalW (version 2.1) and the phylogenetic analysis was performed using Molecular Evolationary Genetics Analysis using MEGA 11 (version 3.0.1) software.
The multiple alignement of the retrieved M. pneumoniae P1 adhesin gene type 1 and type 2 sequences revealed conserved regions, in addition to various substitutions and deletions in different nucleotidic positions. The type 1 strains phylogenetic analysis highlights that only South Korean strains belong to the same cluster, and the majority of the Japaneese type 2 strains also cluster in the same clades, suggesting similar ancectry with small variations between all the divergent strains across the time and locations. However, some of the type 2 strains didn’t show close evolutionary relationship.
M.pneumoniae P1 adhesin gene genomic analysis is a significant approach to define the genetic variability and the phylogenetic analysis allows defining the evolutionary relationships between strains. Furthermore, the approach revealed that variations in the P1 adhesin gene doesn't have a deleterious effect of the encoded proteins and hence doesn’t affect the pathogenicity of M. pneumoniae isolates

So the more vocabulary you know themore fluid your communication will be. Otherwise, the lack of it can prevent propercommunication and understanding. Likewise, it is worth noting that in the programming of boththe Reform (2014) and the last Reform (2023) of the National Common Core of HispanicStudies of Moroccan universities (S1-S2-S3-S4), lexicology and Semantics occupy animportant, but not exclusive, place. Ourobjective is to share a proposal of activities for teaching vocabulary to university students,which we consider essential to increase their lexical flow or communicative/lexicalcompetence.Partiendo de mi experiencia docente en la Facultad Pluridisciplinar de Nador, entrelas destrezas que el estudiante debe adquirir a lo largo del aprendizaje está la de mejorar suconocimiento del léxico. Así, la competencia léxica permite al estudiante expresarse mejor ycomprender lo que no se manifiesta en la interacción comunicativa. By adopting these principles, cities can progress towards a more prosperous, equitable, and sustainable future.

Il se penche sur les racines historiques des villes intelligentes, le rôle central des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) et l’importance de cadres de gouvernance solides dans la planification urbaine. L’étude de cas de Benguerir, une ville intelligente marocaine, illustre des initiatives réussies tout en relevant des défis tels que l’urbanisation rapide et le progrès technologique. L’étude souligne la nécessité de stratégies globales qui intègrent les principes de durabilité environnementale, sociale et économique. Les implications futures en matière de recherche et de pratique comprennent des modèles de financement innovants et une collaboration renforcée entre les parties prenantes. Les recommandations à l’intention des décideurs politiques, des urbanistes et d’autres parties prenantes soulignent l’importance de donner la priorité à la durabilité, à la prise de décision inclusive et à l’investissement dans des infrastructures résilientes. En adoptant ces principes, les villes peuvent progresser vers un avenir plus prospère, équitable et durable.

Get PDFL’écrit et l’oral sont l’incarnation d’un conflit entre deux idéologies qui coexistent dans Une enquête au pays de Driss Chraïbi. La voix officielle, celle de l’État et de ses représentants, étouffe la voix des dominés. À quel point l’écriture Chraïbienne représente t-elle un dépassement de la dichotomie écrit/oral permettant de s’inscrire dans la réconciliation entre les dominants et les dominés ? Le présent article met en relief les différentes manifestations de la confrontation entre l’écrit et l’oral, l’officiel et le populaire dans l’univers romanesque d’Une enquête au pays. Notre réflexion est une tentative de mettre au jour les travaux de Bakhtine en ce qui est du carnavalesque et de l’officialité. Nous nous servirons de la méthodologie génétique afin de mettre en évidence les manifestations du carnavalesque et de l’oralité ainsi que les rapports conflictuels qu’ils entretiennent avec l’idéologie dominante.

في ضرورة توظيف علم اللغة المقارن في تأليف المعجم التاريخي للغة العربية
No full textتعالج هذه المقالة أهمية توظيف علم اللغة المقارن وعلم التأثيل في إنجاز معجم تاريخي للغة العربية، وعلى الأخص في الشق التأثيلي للمعجم التاريخي المنشود، حيث يتم التأصيل للجذور العربية بمقارنتها مع الجذور المجانسة لها في اللغات الجزيرية التي ترتبط العربية بها بقرابة لغوية على على مستوى الأصوات والصرف والنحو والمفردات، وهي المستويات الأربعة التي بناء عليها يحكم بالقرابة اللغوية بين اللغات من عدمها. وتبرهن على ضرورة علم اللغة المقارن وعلم التأثيل بأمثلة من المعجم العربي لا يمكن تفسيرها ـ فضلا عن التأريخ لها ـ إلا باللجوء إلى علم اللغة المقارن وعلم التأثيل. من تلك المفردات، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: ترجمة وقانون وهراقَ وسَلْعَفَ وعَلْمانية وتنور ولغة وغيرها من المفردات التي حار في بعضها أوائلنا وذهب في بعضها الآخر أواخرنا كل مذهب لا لشيء إلا لإقصائهم علم اللغة المقارن وعلم التأثيل من الدراسات اللغوية العربية، وهي الدراسات التي لا تكتمل إلا بتوظيف العلمين المذكورين فيها
