Novel Detection of NS1 antigen Dengue with Gel-Based Biosensor
No full textGel-based colorimetric sensors with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are designed as a simple kit for rapid and accurate detection of the NS1 antigen. AuNPs are synthesized by mixing HAuCl₄ and α-Cyclodextrin (α-CDs) in an optimized 1:1 (v/v) ratio, followed by surface modification using 11,1-Mercaptoundecanoic Acid (MUA), 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC), and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS). The modified AuNPs-EDC/NHS were formed into gel-AuNPs and produced a redwood colour. The resulting gel-AuNPs are intended for detecting the NS1 antigen, resulting in a colour change from redwood to pink, which can be analyzed visually and digitally. The visual colour change is more distinct, and the intensity of the colour increases with higher concentrations of NS1 antigen (75–250 ng mL-1) in the gel-AuNPs, and takes 10 minutes (rapid test). The gel-AuNPs sensor exhibits linear regression with R² = 0.9939 with a limit of detection (LoD) of 12.8 ng mL-1 and a limit of quantification (LoQ) of 42.8 ng mL-1. Selectivity analysis of gel-AuNPs with cholesterol, uric acid, and glucose showed no detection response, showed good selectivity for NS1 antigen. No full textThe possibility of CoO(OH)-assisted ningalin alkaloids electrochemical determination has been theoretically studied for the first time. Ningalines are seen not only as good analytes for electrochemical methods of analysis, but also as monomers and electrode modifiers. From the theoretical investigation of CoO(OH)-assisted electrooxidation by means of linear stability theory and bifurcation analysis, it is possible to confirm that CoO(OH) is not only an efficient electrode modifier for ningalines determination, but also a good chain initiator for its polymerization. The ningaline polymerization mechanism will resemble the yet described case of the polymerization of crown-ether thiophene derivatives, but with less probable realization of oscillatory and monotonic instabilities

No full textتعد الجريمة الإلكترونية من أبرز التحديات الناتجة عن التطور التكنولوجي، حيث تشمل أفعالاً غير مشروعة تُرتكب باستخدام الوسائل الإلكترونية، مثل التسلل إلى الأنظمة والاحتيال الإلكتروني. وتتميز بطابعها العابر للحدود وصعوبة تحديد مرتكبيها، مما يتطلب جهودًا متكاملة لمكافحتها. ولتحقيق ذلك، يعتمد المجتمع الدولي على تطوير التشريعات القانونية وتفعيل أنظمة الحماية الإلكترونية، إلى جانب تعزيز التوعية الرقمية. كما أن إثبات هذه الجرائم يعتمد بشكل أساسي على جمع الأدلة الرقمية وتحليلها وفقًا للإجراءات القانونية المعتمدة. لذا، تظل مواجهة الجريمة الإلكترونية رهينة بتنسيق الجهود بين الوقاية والتدخل القانوني الفعّال وقد تم تناول هذا الموضوع عبر مطلبين اساسين :
فالمطلب الاول : خصصناه للحديث عن ماهية الجريمة الالكترونية، حيت قمنا بتعريفها وبيان خصائصها واشكالها المختلفة اما المطلب التاني : فقد تطرقنا فيه الى آليات التشريع وسبل مكافحة هذه الجريمة من خلال استعراض الجهود القانونية الرامية الى تجريمها وتنظيميها، بالاضافة الى تسليط الضوء على الوسائل التقنية والاجرائية المعتمدة لاثباتها وملاحقة مرتكبيها.Abstact général
Cybercrime is considered one of the most significant challenges arising from technological advancement. It encompasses illegal acts committed using electronic means, such as system hacking and electronic fraud. Cybercrime is characterized by its transnational nature and the difficulty of identifying perpetrators, necessitating integrated efforts to combat it. To achieve this, the international community relies on developing legal frameworks, activating cybersecurity systems, and enhancing digital awareness. Furthermore, the prosecution of such crimes largely depends on the collection and analysis of digital evidence in accordance with established legal procedures. Hence, addressing cybercrime remains contingent upon coordinated efforts between preventive measures and effective legal intervention. This topic has been explored through two main sections: the first section focuses on the concept of cybercrime, defining it and highlighting its characteristics and various forms. The second section examines legislative mechanisms and methods of combating cybercrime by reviewing legal efforts aimed at its criminalization and regulation, inaddition to shedding light on the technical and procedural means used to prove suchuch crimes and pursue their perpetrators

No full text يتناول المقال، موقف القضاء، من إشكالية نقل ملكية العقار لفائدة الإدارة إثر الحكم بالتعويض في قضايا الاعتداء المادي، حيث تتقدم الإدارة بطلب نقل ملكية العقار لفائدتها أمام القضاء مقابل التعويض المحكوم به ، والذي كان يرفض بداية الاستجابة لطلبها بعلة عدم إمكانية إصباغ المشروعية على عمل غير مشروع، وفي إطار تطور اجتهاد القضاء الإداري، أصبح يتبنى توجه قضائي جديد يستجيب لطلب نقل ملكية العقار لفائدة الإدارة بعد الحكم بالتعويض، مؤسسا توجهه على مجموعة من النظريات ومنها نظرية الاثراء بلاسبب ونظرية توازن الحقوق والواجبات وحماية المراكز القانونية للأطراف وحماية المال العام، وهذا التوجه القضائي، استقرت عليه محكمة النقض وسايرتها في ذلك محاكم الموضوع.The article examines the judiciary's evolving stance regarding the transfer of real property title to administrative bodies subsequent to compensation rulings in cases of administrative trespass (de facto expropriation). Administrative authorities petition the courts for conveyance of property rights following adjudicated compensation, requests which were initially denied under the doctrine that illegal administrative actions cannot be retroactively legitimized.
Within the framework of evolving administrative case law, the judiciary has developed a new jurisprudential approach that permits property title transfers to administrative entities post-compensation judgment. This judicial position is predicated upon multiple legal theories, including the doctrine of unjust enrichment, the principle of equilibrium between rights and obligations, the protection of parties' vested legal interests, and the preservation of public assets. The Court of Cassation has established this as settled case law, which has been subsequently adopted by courts of substantive jurisdiction

No full textترمي هذه الدراسة إلى مقاربة موضوع المسؤولية المدنية للمهندس المعماري وفقا لما وفره له المشرع المغربي من مقتضيات قانونية، تلك التي تهدف إلى الوقوف على المضامين المؤسسة لمسؤوليته، وعلى خصوصياتها وإشكالاتها، وما يجب تداركه من لدن المشرع، متبعين في هذه المقاربة القانونية الأسلوب التحليلي الذي بحثنا بموجبه مجمل الأفكار المركزية للموضوع، والمتجلية أساسا في الأسس المكونة للمسؤولية المدنية للمهندس المعماري من حيث قيامها وآثارها، وانتهينا إلى الإجابة عن إشكالية الموضوع، وإبداء ما يلزم من المقترحات البحثية التي استقيناها من طبيعته، ومن طريقة بحثه، وضمن محاوره حتى يتم تكريس الضمانات الحمائية للمضرور، وعدم الإضرار بالمجال العمراني المغربي.This study aims to address the issue of the civil liability of the architect in accordance with the legal provisions established by the Moroccan legislator. It seeks to identify the foundational elements of such liability, its specific features, associated challenges, and what needs to be addressed by the legislator. Adopting an analytical legal approach, we examined the core concepts of the topic, particularly the foundations of the architect’s civil liability in terms of its establishment and consequences. The study concludes by answering the main research question and presenting relevant proposals derived from the nature of the topic, the adopted methodology, and the study’s main themes. These proposals are intended to strengthen protective guarantees for those harmed and to avoid causing harm to Morocco’s urban environment

إضافة إلى أن المقال قد تعرض لمبدأ التطهير و المقتضيات الحمائية للمشتري الذي قد يجد نفسه ووجه بهذا المبدأ عن طريق الخطأ الصادر من المحافظ العقاري .Abstract:
This article outlines the legal provisions enacted by the Moroccan legislator to protect the purchaser of real estate during the land registration process. It discusses both the "Corrective Summary Procedure" and the "Filing Procedure," either of which the purchaser may resort to depending on the specific circumstances and characteristics of the transaction, and from which they may benefit.
The article also addresses the principle of purging and the protective measures available to purchasers who may find themselves adversely affected by the erroneous application of this principle by the Land Registrar

No full textنناقش في هذا المقال بعض التغيرات التي تلحقها ياء النسب بالبنية المقطعية للأسماء. نقوم بداية بتقديم تعريف للمقطع وأنواعه في اللغة العربية وفي نظرية المورا، كما ندافع في الفقرة الثانية عن أن ياء النسب تدخل على جذوع من نوع الوتد المفروق الموري، وما زاد عنها أو قل يتم تعديله، متبنين نظرية المورا إطارا نظريا لتحليل المعطيات.This article investigates the effects of the Nisba suffix on the syllabic structure of Arabic nouns. The study begins by outlining the notion of the syllable and its types in Arabic, alongside a brief presentation of the key concepts of Mora Theory. It then argues that the Nisba suffix attaches specifically to moraic-trochee stems, whereas stems not belonging to this type are subject to adjustments. The analysis is carried out within the theoretical framework of Mora Theory
Rewriting the Curriculum: Integrating AI Prompt Engineering into EFL Writing Instruction
No full textThe rapid integration of generative AI tools into educational environments has created an urgent need to reconceptualize traditional writing instruction, particularly within English as a Foreign Language (EFL) curriculum. This study proposes and evaluates a pedagogical framework for teaching AI prompt engineering as a distinct and essential genre of academic writing. Conducted at Alamein International University with (28) EFL students from diverse academic disciplines, the research implemented a three-session instructional module embedded within an Academic Writing course. Using a mixed-methods design, quantitative data from pre- and post-tests were evaluated using a comprehensive prompt-writing rubric, while qualitative insights were gathered through student reflections and interviews. Results demonstrated statistically significant improvements in students' abilities to craft clear, specific, and purposeful prompts, with particularly strong gains in task specificity and clarity. Thematic analysis revealed a fundamental shift in students' perceptions of AI - from passive tool to collaborative writing partner - along with enhanced metalinguistic awareness and rhetorical competence. The study concludes that prompt engineering should be formally integrated into EFL writing instruction to cultivate essential digital-age literacy skills. It advocates for curriculum innovation that effectively bridges traditional composition pedagogy with the emerging demands of AI-mediated communication, preparing students for successful academic and professional communication in increasingly AI-enhanced environments.
