English Language Teacher Supervision in Morocco in the Context of Covid 19 and its Aftermath
The Coronavirus pandemic has affected education and triggered a number of debates relating to the plethora of online teaching and learning modes available. Debates focus mainly on the issues of training, challenges of implementation, and related impacts in the field of English language teaching and learning. Strong emphasis has been laid on the ways to improve teaching practices and boost student learning outcomes (Maher & Zollman, 2021; Mette, 2020). Teacher supervision in the Moroccan EFL context, however, is an area which has not received sufficient focus. In the context of the Coronavirus, ELT teacher supervisors have had to deal with new challenges and have been called upon to contribute to the community of teachers who have emerging in-service training needs and expectations and who are facing new challenges. The objective of this position paper is to discuss our experience of online teaching supervision with a specific focus on the emergent needs of teachers and to outline the ways we addressed these ongoing teacher professional development needs. The thrust of the argument is that despite the challenges that characterize online teacher supervision including lack of or limited ICT infrastructure, technological failures and digital literacy skills, online teacher supervision was largely a successful experience thanks to the convenience, flexibility and practicability of this online supervision mode. We specifically argue that collegiality and effective collaboration between and among ELT supervisors and teachers were key factors in the success of this undertaking. Implications are then drawn for more meaningful and transformative teaching and learning experiences in the future
Rosmarinus Officinalis: A Molecular Perspective on its Therapeutic Potential with ADMET Insights
Abstract: During our in-depth analysis of the essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis, extracted by hydrodistillation, we were able to identify its main components using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME). The results show a predominance of eucalyptol (26.19 %) and camphor (28.49 %), highlighting the oil's richness in oxygenated monoterpenes (70.94 %), consistent with the typical chemical profiles of rosemary reported in the literature. In addition to these major components, HS-SPME analysis revealed high concentrations of camphene (18.38 %) and beta-myrcene (17.39 %), indicating variations in the volatility of the compounds based on the extraction method used. The biological activities of the essential oil were also examined, revealing significant antioxidant activity measured by DPPH, ABTS, and β-carotene methods, as well as vigorous antimicrobial activity, particularly against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and fungi such as Aspergillus niger. These properties confirm the potential of rosemary essential oil as a natural agent for food preservation and therapeutic applications.

EFFETS DE LA STRUCTURE DU MENAGE AGRICOLE SUR LA PAUVRETE MONETAIRE : CAS DES MENAGES AGRICOLES CAMEROUNAIS
This article investigates the effects of the structure of the agricultural on monetary poverty in Cameroon. To achieve this objective, the econometric specification is based on the binomial Logit model, the maximum likelihood method and data from the fourth Cameroonian Household Survey. Furthermore, the results reveal that the structure of the agricultural household reduces monetary poverty in Cameroon. The reduction of monetary poverty can therefore be improved by at least two means: first, Cameroonian peasants must adopt mechanized farming. Second, agricultural activities should be constantly connected to the power grid.
This article examines why the abundance of natural resources has not significantly reduced poverty in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), despite substantial reserves of cobalt, copper, diamonds, and gold. Through a comparative study, we analyzed the experiences of Norway, Botswana, and Chile, focusing on their resource management policies, regulatory frameworks, infrastructure investments, and economic diversification strategies. The findings reveal that these countries have successfully transformed their natural resource wealth into engines of development through transparent and ethical management, stringent regulatory frameworks, and strategic investments in infrastructure and economic Based on these successful experiences, we propose the following recommendations for the DRC: establish strict and transparent regulations to ensure responsible resource management; develop national infrastructure to facilitate resource extraction, transportation, and processing, and improve public services; and reduce excessive dependence on resource exports by developing other economic sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, and services.
THE IMPACT OF AGE ON CROWDFUNDING ADOPTION DETERMINANTS IN MOROCCAN SMES
This study investigates how age impacts crowdfunding adoption among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Morocco, focusing on technological readiness, financial literacy, perceived benefits, and social influence as determinants. Analyzing data from 150 SMEs using descriptive statistics and multiple regression, the research finds that older SME owners have lower technological readiness and financial literacy than younger owners. However, perceived benefits and social influence positively influence crowdfunding adoption across all age groups. The study emphasizes the need for targeted interventions, such as training and awareness campaigns, to enhance older SME owners' capabilities and promote broader adoption of crowdfunding in Morocco. These findings contribute to understanding age-related disparities in technology adoption and inform strategies for fostering inclusive economic development through alternative financing.

Spatial and temporal variation of traces elements in surface water in the Agneby watershed (Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa)
Water is vital for human beings. Preserve its quality and quantity is essential to ensure welfare to populations. The aim of this work is to determine the quality of surface water catchment of Agneby in Agboville. Investigations consisted in evaluating physicochemical parameters and trace metals of surface water in the basin. Indeed, the surface water samples were collected in five stations and during four different seasons. Physicochemical parameters (Temperature, potential Hydrogen, Electric Conductivity and Total Dissolved Solids) were measured in situ using a multiparameter Hanna (HI 991001 pH meter and HI 99300 conductmeter) while lead, zinc and copper were analyzed by molecular absorption spectrophotometer HACH DR 2800. The Principal Component Analysis and Hierarchical Ascending Classification showed the existence of two groups of water. The first included waters of the long dry season, highly mineralized with high contents of zinc (3.14 mg/L in Agboville and 6.49 mg/L to Afféry), copper (0.45 mg/L to Afféry and 3.3 mg/L to Kotchimpo). The second, characterized by high levels of lead (0.094 mg/L in Agboville and 0.19 mg/L in Copa), gathers waters of the long rainy and short seasons. Results of surface waters analysis revealed good mineralization (117 μS/cm in Afféry and 389 μS/cm in Kotchimpo during dried season) and the acidity of Kotchimpo waters (6.39 < pH < 6.43). Also, surface waters collected, whatever the station, were polluted by trace metal such as plomb (Pb > 0.01 mg/L). Mean concentrations of Cu registered were highly pollutant in Kotchimpo (1.25 mg/L), Agbossou (1.08 mg/L) and Copa (1.03 mg/L)
