主論文審査の要旨 
複数のロボットで協調搬送する場合、状況に応じたロボットの隊列変更が必要である。強化
学習は最適なロボットの動作経路を生成できる反面、多くの学習回数を必要とすることが
知られている。また、環境にあわせて再学習する必要もあり、高速な学習アルゴリズムが求
められている。本研究では、協調搬送において、複数ロボットの隊列変更に用いる強化学習
を高速化する手法についてまとめたものである。 
本論文は、全６章から構成されている。第１章は序論で、研究の動機と目的について述べて
いる。第２章では、代表的な強化学習手法として、モデルベース学習を適用した Deep Dyna-
Q（DDQ）アルゴリズムでシミュレーシュンを行うとともに、ハイパーパラメータの調整を
行った。DDQ は多くの研究で利用されているが、実際の搬送実験には使われてはいない。
そこで第３章では、複数の大型ロボットによる搬送実験に DDQ を適用した。実験では、モ
デル誤差補償器を使用することで、ロボットの誤差を抑制し目標とする隊列を正確に達成
できることを示した。第４章では、強化学習の高速化のために、専門家の行動を真似て報酬
関数を学習する模倣学習アルゴリズムを適用した。ここでは、Multi-Agent Deep 
Deterministic Policy Gradient(MADDPG）に Generative Adversarial Self-Imitation 
Learning(GASIL)を適用した GASIL-MADDPG アルゴリズムを用いている。GASIL-
MADDPG では、従来の MADDPG にくらべ 50%の学習時間の改善ができることを示して
いる。第５章では、さらなる高速化のために、自然言語処理で利用される Scaled Dot Product 
Attention(SDPA)に Multi-Agent Proximal Policy Optimization (MAPPO)を適用した
SDPA-MAPPOアルゴリズムを提案している。強化学習にAttention機構を適用したSDPA-
MAPPO の効果は顕著であり、GASIL-MADDPG に比べて学習回数は約 1/20 に削減でき
た。また、同アルゴリズムは知識の転移が容易であり、例えば３台のロボットで学習した搬
送知識を 4 台のロボットの深層ニューラルネットへ転移することで、学習回数をさらに改
善できることを示している。最後に第 6 章で、本研究の総括と研究課題について述べてい
る。 
以上のように、本研究は複数のロボットで協調搬送する場合に、強化学習に Attention 機構
を適用することで高速な学習が実現できることを示しただけでなく、これまで難しいとさ
れた知識の転移が容易に実現できることを示しており、学術的な意義も大きい。本論文の主
要な成果は、筆頭で査読付き学術論文２編および査読付き国際会議論文１編として公表済
みである。以上より、教育プログラムの学位授与基準（査読付き学術論文１編、査読付き国
際会議論文１編）を満たしている。 
      
最終試験の結果の要旨 
審査委員会は、本学位論文提出者に対して、当該論文の内容並びに関連分野全般について試
問を行った。その結果、当該分野及び関連分野に関する十分な知識と高い理解力を有すると
判断した。また、審査における議論、論文の公表状況、及び国際会議における英語での発表
から、十分な英語運用能力を有するものと認める。 
以上のことから、審査委員会は本学位論文提出者が博士（学術）としての能力を十分に備え
ていると判断し、最終試験を合格と判定した。なお、学位論文のインターネット公表に関し
ては、内容の一部が雑誌に公表されていることから要約のみとする。また、本論文について、

マルチエージェントによる協調搬送の高速学習に関する研究

主論文審査の要旨 
音場分布、特に放電プラズマに代表されるような高電場中の音場分布を正確に可視化する
ためには、音場を乱すことのない光学的な技術が必要とされる。一方、現存の光学的計測法
では感度や定量精度が十分ではなく、新規な光学的音場可視化技術の開発が望まれている。
光波マイクロホンはレーザのフラウンホーファー回折を用いるもので、理論に基づいてデ
ザインされた音場検出法であり、かつ計測に係る全ての物理量を用いて定量化も可能であ
る。 
本論文は全４章で構成されている。第１章では、光波マイクロホンの原理及び本研究の目的
について述べている。第２章において、光波マイクロホン CT スキャンを用いて、超音波素
子上の音場を可視化するだけでなく、その音圧を理論式から求める校正フリーな定量化方
法を提案し、その計測結果について校正済みコンデンサーマイクロホンと比較・検討してい
る。その結果、光波マイクロホン CT スキャンにより得られた音場分布はコンデンサーマイ
クロホンで計測したものと同様の分布を示し、理論式により定量化された音圧は、コンデン
サーマイクロホンで計測した音圧に近い値を示した。また、コンデンサーマイクロホンを用
いた近距離場計測時における問題点を払拭できることも示された。以上より、提案手法が校
正フリーな計測法としては高い測定精度を有していることがわかった。第３章では、放電プ
ラズマの一種であるコロナ放電プラズマ上のイオン風の検出と可視化について研究を行っ
た。これまで他の光学的手法では難しいと考えられていたイオン風の検出とその可視化に
成功した。これにより、種々の産業分野で静電気の発生を抑制する目的で用いられる除電器
から発生するイオンの分布や速度をモニターできる可能性が示唆され、将来的に、空間にお
けるイオンの極性や分布のコントロールに繋がると期待される。最後に、第４章では、本研
究成果についてまとめている。 
 以上のように、本学位論文は、新しい光学的計測手法である光波マイクロホンの基礎研究
とプラズマ分野への応用について、従来手法も用いながら比較検討しており、学術的な意義
が十分に認められる。本学位論文の主要な成果は、筆頭著者として査読付き学術雑誌 1 編、
査読付き国際会議論文 1 編に公表済みであることから、本教育プログラムの学位基準（学
術雑誌 1 編以上、国際会議論文 1 編以上）を満たしている。 
      
最終試験の結果の要旨 
審査委員会は、本学位論文提出者に対して当該論文の内容ならびに関連分野の事項につい
て試問を行った。その結果、当該研究分野及び関連分野についての十分な知識と総合理解力、

[ 目的 ] 
看護教育者のコンピテンシー自己評価尺度(CNE Competency Scale)を作成し妥当性と信頼性
を検証する。 
 
[ 方法 ]  
文献より抽出したコンピテンシー項目について, 病院における看護教育経験者により内容妥当性と
表面妥当性を評価し尺度原案60項目を作成した。全国400床以上の214病院の看護教育者501名に質問
紙調査をした。尺度の妥当性と信頼性を分析した。 
 
[ 結果/考察 ]  
分析対象は301名で,因子分析の結果,【教育者に適した個人特性】【教育活動の計画と評価】【周囲に
働きかけるスキル】【学習者に合わせた教育の実践】【生涯学習の支援】【研究成果の創出と活用】の
6因子34項目となった。尺度のモデル適合度は概ね良好で高い収束的妥当性, 既知グループ妥当性と
信頼性が示された(α係数.95)。 
 
[ 結論 ]

Abstract of the Thesis 
 
 
Purpose: This study aimed to develop a competency self-evaluation scale for continuing nursing educators 
(CNE Competency Scale), and to assess the validity and reliability of the scale. 
 
Methods: Items for the scale were extracted from the literature, and 60 items were carefully selected based on 
an evaluation of the content validity and face validity by nurses who had experience of providing continuing 
nursing education. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 501 continuing nursing educators at 214 
hospitals with 400 or more beds in Japan. The validity and reliability of this scale were tested. 
 
Results: In total 301 valid responses were analyzed. As a result of factor analysis, 34 items of the following six 
factors were extracted: [Personal characteristics suitable for educators], [Planning and evaluating educational 
activities], [Skills to influence people around them], [Practicing education tailored to learners], [Supporting 
lifelong learning], [Creating and utilizing research results]. The model fit of this scale was generally good, 
showing high convergent validity, known group validity, and reliability (α = .95). 
 
Conclusions: CNE Competency Scale was generally a valid and reliable tool.

主論文要旨 
The direct liquid cooling as a form of convective heat transfer for server can be classified 
into immersion cooling and spray cooling, which is especially applicable for servers with 
high power density. However, due to the low thermal conductivity and high viscosity of 
the coolant, such as fluorinated liquid and oil, careful thermal design still needs to be 
developed for the hot sources where CPUs or GPUs are located.  
In this thesis, flow and convection heat transfer characteristics of immersion cooling and 
spray cooling are investigated with consideration of different heat sink parameters using 
a liquid coolant. Besides. Especially, propeller-assisted and jet-assisted immersion 
cooling were thoroughly compared to address the heat dissipation issues of high power 
chips up to 640 W, focusing on their thermal sink design, respectively. For spray cooling, 
numerical simulations of two phase flow were conducted with and without heat sink. 
The main conclusions are shown as follows: 
1) Accelerating the local flow velocity can enhance the heat transfer of hot spots greatly, 
while the temperature difference on the heating surface can exceeds 30℃. Bifurcation 
fins positioned at the latter half of the heat sink is an effective solution to mitigate this 
temperature difference. 
2) Ducted propeller, as a fluid accelerator, is an effective solution for alleviating hot spots 
with a maximum input power of 3.36 W to dissipate heat up to 400 W with chip maximum 
temperature within 56℃. 
3) Different from the evenly distributed velocity inlet, the propeller induced heat transfer 
enhancement do not need highest fins to achieve best heat transfer performance. This 
phenomenon lies in that higher fins can deteriorate the suction effect of propeller. 
4) For submerged jet impingement cooling, intermittent fins outperformed continuous 
fins for reduced flow resistance.  
5) There exists an optimal jet impingement height between 2 mm and 2.5 mm within the 
conditions studied. A smaller jet height may induce smaller turbulent kinetic energy on 
the impingement surface and a larger jet height may result in smaller impingement 
velocity due to the resistance of mainstream.  
6) Unevenly distributed jet orifices with more jets near the mainstream inlet can improve 
the temperature uniformity of the heating surface and save the pumping power 
consumption. 
7) To avoid splashing in spray jet liquid cooling, better outcome were found when the jet 
velocity is lower than 1 m/s, which limits its heat transfer capacity. 
8) The ducted propeller technique shows better heat transfer performance and consumes 
less power than jet impingement. However, the advantage of jet impingement lies in the 
more uniformed temperature distribution on the heated surface. 
9)  The cooling performance of immersion cooling is better than spray jet cooling with 
the same inlet velocity, while the immersion cooling consumes much more coolant and 
pumping power. For high power density chips, the spray jet cooling is recommended to 
be applied together with a vapor chamber which can homogenize the heat of the chip. 
The thesis unveils the fluid flow and heat transfer enhancement mechanisms of 
immersion cooling with propeller and jet impingement, and spray jet liquid cooling. In 
addition, the present work paves the way to address the inadequate heat dissipation 
capacity for high power chips with liquid coolant.
