Effect of the use of Chia seeds (Salvia Hispanica L.) on some biochemical parameters in overweight and obese Iraqi women
Obesity is a leading preventable cause of death worldwide, with increasing prevalence in adults and children, Obesity is one of the most important health problems in human beings and it increases the likelihood of various diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, and particularly heart disease, systemic hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular diseases, and certain types of cancer and osteoarthritis and authorities view it as one of the most serious public health challenges of the 21st century. The consumption of bioactive compounds from the diet or dietary supplementation is one possible way to control obesity and to prevent or reduce the risks of getting various obesity-related diseases. Recently, there has been a remarkable interest in finding natural lipid inhibitors from natural products to replace synthetic compounds. Natural substances are presumed to be safe since they occur in plant foods, and are therefore seen as more desirable than their synthetic counterparts. Salvia hispanica L., commonly known as chia, is an annual plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family. Originating in some countries, chia seed was used and consumed as a source of energy and incorporated into a number of foods in the diet of the indigenous Aztec civilization

The prevalence of forensic cases at the langsa regional general hospital in 2019-2020 as a basis for considering cooperation in the forensic specialist doctor education program
Background. Forensic medicine is a branch of medical specialties that utilizes medical science to assist law enforcement and solve legal problems. Forensic and medicolegal education has 7 (seven) competency areas that must be met and graduates of forensic and medicolegal specialist doctors are expected to be able to diagnose and manage forensic medical cases according to individual, team or institutional authority. Clinical abilities in this competency standard can be improved through continuous education and training in order to absorb the development of medical science and technology. This ability can be fulfilled by exposure to patient cases in quite a large and varied number, helping students to improve clinical abilities in order to achieve the expected competenciesm. Aims. This research was conducted to see the prevalence of forensic cases at Langsa Regional General Hospital in 2019-2020. Method. This study was a descriptive with cross sectional design. The study sample was all forensic cases at Langsa Regional General Hospital in January 2019–December 2020 that had met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection technique is total sampling. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the results of Visum et Repertum
Immunohistochemical expression of PDL1 in laryngeal carcinoma in relation to P53 and ki67 proliferative index
Squamous cell carcinoma of larynx is one of the most common malignant neoplasms of the head and neck. Carcinoma of the larynx represents 2.2% of all cancers in men and 0.4% in women, with predilection of old aged men of more than 50 years rather than women. Smoking is the main risk factor. Alcohol, nutritional factors and virus as Human papillomavirus (HPV) play a role in the pathogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma. Programmed death-ligand (PDL1) is the new introduced marker that be considered as treatment target nowadays in addition to its prognostic application. Aims of study: This study was designed to assess the predictive the role of PDL1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in comparison with other prognostic markers (P53 and Ki-67).Results: The current study revealed that PDL1 expression was reported in about 20 % of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 10% in premalignant, while it was negative in benign laryngeal lesions. Others markers; P53 protein was shown to be positive in around 42.5 percent of laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas, 40 percent of premalignant laryngeal lesions, and about 12 percent of benign laryngeal lesions.
Histological study for the effect of sesame oil on liver and kidney in female albino rats

Diameter reflux relationship in perforating veins of patients with varicose veins and its correlation with clinical severity of disease
Treatment of chronic venous insufficiency requires understanding of the hemodynamics of perforating veins. Color Doppler analysis is the best modality to understand the hemodynamics of perforators. Perforating veins were categorized as competent or incompetent depending on the duration of reflux. Perforating veins in which duration of reflux was more than 0.5 seconds were categorized as incompetent perforating veins and perforating veins with reflux less than 0.5 seconds were categorized as competent perforating veins. The average diameter of incompetent perforators was increasing with increasing severity of disease. The number of incompetent perforator per limb also increased with worsening of disease severity and it was significantly higher in CEAP classes 4–6 compared to CEAP classes from 1 to 3 (p<0.05). The average diameter of incompetent perforator in the present study was 3.8mm
Comparison of melatonin levels in saliva in individuals with healthy periodontium, generalized chronic gingivitis and generalized chronic periodontitis
Introduction: Melatonin, is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland which activates several elements of the immune system that reduce tissue destruction during the inflammatory response, either directly by scavenging free radical, reactive oxygen species and reactive nitrogen species or indirectly by modulating the action of agents such as cytokines and adhesion molecules, which contribute to the advance of cell damage. Aim: The aim of the present study was to compare and evaluate melatonin levels in saliva in individuals with healthy periodontium, generalized chronic gingivitis and generalized chronic periodontitis. Materials and method: A total of 60 patients were examined and assessed and divided into 3 groups; Group 1: 20 individuals with healthy periodontium, Group 2: 20 individuals with generalised chronic gingivitis and Group 3: 20 individuals with generalised chronic periodontitis. Saliva samples were collected from each sample and melatonin levels were assessed using ELISA, a competitive immunoassay using a capture antibody technique. Results: Melatonin levels in saliva was highest in individuals with healthy periodontium when compared to gingivitis and periodontitis group which was highly significant and inversely proportional correlation was observed between periodontal index and melatonin levels which was statically significant

An analysis of law relating to censorship of literary and cinematographic works
Despite the fact that India produces more films per year than any other country, film certification for public exhibition has always been an arbitrary and politically charged procedure. The fact that the government appoints members of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) rather than an industry or group independent of the government has resulted in the board being used to disburse political patronage. There have been instances when after getting certification of Films by censor board the films had to face violence or threats of violence or disruptions by self-styled protector of Indian values and fringe groups as it happened in the case of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil1 and Bahubali 22. All these instances lead us to the conclusion that there are unreasonably stringent on the freedom of speech and expression of authors and film-makers
