Relationships between perceived stress and resilience with happiness
This study is to determine the relationship between perceived stress and resilience with happiness. This study used a descriptive, cross-sectional design. A representative sample of 310 pre-university students were selected through multistage sampling. The study utilized Perceived Stress Scale, Resilience Scale, and Subjective Happiness Scale. The finding reveals that there is a difference between males and females' pre-university students in terms of happiness variable. Female subjects are happier compared to males. There are simple and multiple relationships between perceived stress and resilience with happiness among pre-university students. Increased level of resilience and decreased level of perceived stress are associated with students’ happiness. Based on the results, enhancing the students' level of happiness should receive more attention in order to produce professional graduates who are academically competent, and able to adapt to their environment. Directions for future research are discussed

The validity of the concept was used in the present study and the questionnaire was confirmed by the supervisor and advisor. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire of staffs’ emotional intelligence obtained by Cronbach’s alpha was 87% and the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire of internal marketing was 82%. The Pearson correlation test was used for analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses. The results of the data analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and internal marketing
The role of cadastre in general and private law
The thorough implementation of the cadastre and removal of the shortfalls existing therein and, especially, the creation of a legal mandate in favor of the proper cadastre system’s execution would play a very effective role in compelling the veneration of citizenship rights in the private law within the urban community as well as human rights in the general law within the international community. Considering the fact that the exact placement of cadastre in the country and the delimitation of the counties’ borders would seminally cause the discrepancies to be reduced to a minimum and, secondly, other individuals or governments would be prevented from abusing and invading the borders of the adjacent and neighboring persons and countries through the specification of a legal mandate in this regard
Extrapulomnary-extragastrointestinal manifestations in patients with COVID-19
Background: COVID-19 (coronavirus disease-2019) is a multisystem disorder. In terms of severity, the disease can manifest as mild, moderate, severe, or critical. Depending on the severity of the case, the patient may exhibit extrapulmonary or extragastrointestinal symptoms. Objective: The purpose of this research was to evaluate the extrapulmonary and extragastrointestinal symptoms of COVID-19 infection in patients and to make accurate predictions for follow-up care. Patient and method: This prospective observational study was conducted on (404) COVID-19 infected patients with positive COVID-19 PCR at El-sheikh Zayed Al-Nahyan Hospital from January 1st to June 30th, 2021. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the clinical severity of illness regrding patient demographic features such as older age, male gender, co morbidities such as diabetes and hypertension; extra pulmonary – extra gastrointestinal manifestations. Conclusion: There is a correlation between COVID-19 illness that is severe and critical and the presence of preexisting conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease, as well as older age, fatigue, anorexia, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, expectoration, dyspnea, chest pain, altered mental status, morbilliform rash, acute kidney injury, acute cardiac injury, and eye manifestations
Study the quality of life post endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy
Background & Method: Aim of this study is to Study the quality of life post Endoscopic Dacryocystorhinostomy. The records of patients who underwent Endoscopic DCR in the last five years were retrieved from the archival records of Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Surgery, K.G.M.U and were reviewed for demographic data, laterality, pre-operative complaints, co-morbidities, clinical and surgical profiles, adjunctive procedures, complications, and success rates at the last follow up. Result: On comparing pre to post op swelling around eye status, it was found that at pre op the mean swelling score was 2.90±2.33 which was reduced to 0.50±1.03 at post op. So a mean reduction of 2.40±0.14 was observed which was significant statistically (p<0.001). On comparing pre to post op general condition status, it was found that at pre op the mean condition score was 0.08±0.48 which was unchanged at post op. Conclusion: Endoscopic DCR has improved the treatment of Nasolacrimal duct obstruction, with outcome as comparable to external DCR. Thus the present study state Endoscopic DCR as an effective and safe alternative to external DCR with improved patient satisfaction.
Knowledge of mothers towards management of children with fever
Background: Fever is a typical reason for youngsters to visit the doctor. Fever and its consequences alarm parents, and there is a disconnect between their comprehension and actual behavior in controlling fever, which is influenced by a range of circumstances and attitudes. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess mothers knowledge towards management of children with fever and determine the associated socio-demographic variables in Karbala Province/ Iraq. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in Karbala Hospitals/ Iraq by purposive sample of 200 mothers was selected through the use a non-probability sampling approach. The reliability of the questionnaire was achieved through a pilot study and then presented to experts to prove its validity. The total number of items included in the questionnaire was 14-items for knowledge. The data was collected by using the interview method and analyzed by the application of descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis approach. Results: Out of 200 mothers studied in study and indicated that (47.5%) of the mothers exhibited a poor knowledge towards management of children fever. There were significant association in knowledge with regards mothers age (p=0.000), education level (p=0.049) and sources of information (p=0.000).
Performance analysis of gradient based image edge detection
Edge detection is a dynamic area of research and it gives support to higher level image analysis. Edge detection is a method of image processing used to make points in a digital image with discontinuities, sharp modifiers in the image brightness. Edge detection methods used in this work are Sobel, Prewitt, Roberts, Laplacian of Gaussian and Canny. The performance evaluation measures such as accuracy and specificity calculated from the Berkeley Segmentation dataset. Edge detection is used for object detection which offers various applications like medical field, industrial field, biometrics etc

Student satisfaction with online learning: A survey of HCMC private university second-year students
Technology advancements and the onset of COVID-19 have led many higher education institutions to implement online learning as a short-term response to the crisis. But the abrupt change to online schooling has had a significant impact on pupils. For this reason, stakeholders are concerned about ensuring that students are satisfied with their educational experience. Many scholars believe that identifying the factors that influence student happiness is critical from a scientific perspective. Only a handful of studies have been able to identify the factors that influence student satisfaction with online learning in the context of a school ecosystem. To address this issue, this study focused on private universities. A total of 320 students from two different private universities took part in this poll. Results were analyzed using PLS-SEM to determine which factors were most prominent from previous research. According to the study's conclusions, three factors contribute to a student's sense of belonging and course effectiveness. This study found three variables of student satisfaction with online learning that the stakeholders should give more attention to
Formulation and evaluation of serratiopeptidase and salbutamol tablet for dysphagia
Oral Dispersible Tablet of Serratiopeptidase and salbutamol were prepared, evaluated and different types of concentration and dissolution of tablets were studied. In FTIR, drug and excipients with their mixture showed that there is no interaction between the drug molecule and excipients used. The Percentage of drug content of tablets in the formulations was found to be 95 % to 105% which complies with the limits of pharmacopoeia. By the process of direct compression method was used to prepare oral Dispersible tablet containing 300 mg of Serratiopeptidase and salbutamol. formulation was conducted using different concentrations of croscarmellose, micro crystalline cellulose, as a super disintegrants. And their interaction with Serratiopeptidase and salbutamol also evaluated using FTIR
