    Profit reporting and quality analysis of profit to shareholders in past of pandemic era

    This paper aims to knows about profit reporting and describes about the quality analysis of profit to shareholders in Pandemic Era. The methods use is quantitative methods. The test results prove that dividend distribution status has a positive relationship to earnings quality (companies that distribute dividends have better earnings quality than companies that do not distribute dividends). Thus, companies that pay dividends are empirically proven to have higher discretionary accruals, higher standard deviations, and absolute error values in projecting accruals to cash flows, and have earnings that are more relevant in predicting future firm value

    The objective of this study is to examine the role of public participation, local wisdom, and sufficiency economy to enhance tourism attraction. This study preferred to examine the relationship between public participation, local wisdom, sufficiency economy, sustainable tourism heritage and tourism attraction. To attain the study objective, a survey questionnaire was used for data collection. Population of the study is the government and private tourism organizations, and employees of these tourism organizations working in Thailand were considered as respondents. The survey received 205 valid responses and used in data analysis. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the relationship between variables. Results of PLS structural model proposed the important contribution of public participation in tourism attraction. Public participation has the potential to enhance local wisdom and sufficiency economy which has relationship with sustainable tourism heritage. Further, the increase in sustainable tourism heritage increases the tourism attraction

    Mediatory role of employee’s psychological behavior between leadership style and employee’s commitment: An empirical study in banking sector

    One among the crucial parameter in the Human Resource Practices in every organization is the employee’s retention through the effective leadership.  Management has to ensure the proper engagement of their employees based on their ability. Due to improper handling of the employees, there witnessed a large amount employees turnover particularly in the banking and finance industry. Organization could not able to grasp the psychological behavior of those employees why they preferred leaving the organization. Taking this as a core problem, this study aim to find the mediatory role of employee’s psychological behavior between the leadership style and their job performance in the banking sector encompasses public, private, and foreign banks in India among 593 employees selected through a simple random sampling technique. The researcher has applied various important tools, and the result exposed the positive impact of leadership style with the obligation through employee’s psychological behavior and satisfaction. Also employees working in the banks have enjoyed a good working environment along with the management support through motivation and rewards in their career. Leaders have to support towards implementation of latest technology and the training programme for enhancing the commitment of the employees

    The current research had identified the contributing sources for the substance of environmental responsible behavior (ERB) in mountain tourism in Kampaengpet Province, Thailand. Kampaengpet Provinces, Thailand's economy grew significantly as a result of its involvement. This development could be maximized if the environmental responsible behavior is increased. Various studies mentioned in the literature that tourist experience and place attachment played an important role to enhance the environmental behavior. Consequently, the present research objective was to evaluate the moderating effect of place attachment between the association of tourist experience and environmental responsible behavior. To get this objective, the data was collected from the tourist which were came for visit. The key findings had shown that tourist responsible behavior directly positively and significantly effect by tourism experience. While place attachment has a moderating influence on the association between tourist experience and environmentally responsible behavior, it also has a moderating effect on the relationship between tourist experience and environmental responsibility. Theoretically, the present study tested a moderating effect of place attachment which also has a significant moderating between the association of tourist experience and tourist environmental experience

    Background: determine and evaluate the caring behavior in students very important to play as path road for nurses in future. Most of institutions pay attention on knowledge and practices of students after graduate. Nursing department take care with nurses behaviors because they dealing with humans beings who have feelings and emotions. Objectives: to assess of caring behavior among students in nursing department and determine the relationship between caring behavior scores and their demographic characteristics (age, gender, study stage, nursing institute graduate and health ministry employment). Population and methods: descriptive study carried out in Al-hadi college university in Baghdad City, during the period 3/11 /2021-24/  2/2022, the population was (50) nursing students male and female; data were collected by questionnaire through direct interview with the participant. Data analysis by using SPSS, Pearson’s correlation and chi-square were used to find associations between variables. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in the mean scores of caring behavior between second stage (1.771) and fourth stage (.94) table (1). There was no statistical significant association between student caring behavior and their demographic characteristics p value > 0.05

In India, the ITES industries employ nearly 4.4 million and it accounts for 8% of India’s GDP. Hence, it is highly critical for the management to apprehend the overall performance of the employees so that they can contribute effectively of organisational growth and nation development. The performance appraisal system is stated as the systematic analysis of the progress of the employees based on the agreed objectives. Companies uses many appraisal methods like Management by objectives, 360-degree feedback etc. so as to understand the progress of the employees on different parameters. Through the effective performance appraisal system, the employees can focus on their key skills, harness their fullest potential and thereby enhance their capabilities. The study uses both primary and secondary data sources, the researchers has used questionnaire method in order to collect the data from the respondents, the major analysis used are demographic analysis, correlation analysis, T test and Structural equation model. The analysis reveals that the critical determinants considered in the study possess stronger influence in enhancing employee capabilities in the ITES industry
