Artificial intelligence enabled conversational agent for mental healthcare

    Get PDF
Conversational agents are software programs that can converse with users in the manner of a real-world conversation. Artificial intelligence (AI)   is not complete without conversation modelling. The most difficult artificial intelligence endeavour since its start has been developing an effective chatbot application. Despite chatbots may do a variety of tasks, their main duty is to accurately understand human speech and respond appropriately. Previously, manual patterns and instructions or simple statistical methods were used to create chatbot architectures. Due to its improved capacity for training, end-to-end AI has replaced these models since 2015. The most popular technique for conversation simulation at the moment is the encoder-decoder recurrent neural network (RNN). The realm of language comprehension served as inspiration for this design. Until recently, some additions and changes dramatically enhanced chatbot conversational abilities. In this paper, we outline our research results into creating an interactive digital chatbot that may provide patients with psychological assistance. To build and train the chatbot, we used resources such Rasa Natural Language Processing (NLU) technology, which employs natural language processing (NLP) methods. The results of the investigation showed that selecting proper responses while conversing with patients had a more than 70% predictive performance

Drought is a global problem that many countries suffer from, as a result of climate change. Swietenia mahogany tree is grown as an ornamental and timber tree and its wood is used in shipbuilding and furniture manufacturing. Therefore, the goal is to use this type of plant for its multiple uses, while reducing the quantities of water consumed for its growth to cope with the drought conditions by using basil leaves extract as natural extract and eco-friendly, it is noticed that all vegetative growth parameters and photosynthetic pigments decreased by increasing irrigation intervals, the rest chemical constituents were increased by increasing irrigation intervals except total sugar content which showed the highest value at irrigation every 7 days. Treating the seedlings with BLE at 10% enhanced all vegetative growth parameters and photosynthetic pigments and reduce all oxidative markers and so antioxidant compounds, it was concluded that BLE at 10% enhanced the tolerance of S. mahogany seedlings under all irrigation levels. The irrigation every 5 days showed preferable results followed by irrigation every 7 days

Morphometry of coronary sinus and its role in cardiac cannulation

    Get PDF
Introduction:- The coronary sinus is a collection of veins, joined together to form a large vessel that collects blood from the heart muscle (myocardium) 1. Most cardiac veins drain into the wide coronary sinus, 2 or 3 cm long, lying in the posterior atrioventricular groove between the left atrium and ventricle.2 The sinus opens into the right atrium between the opening of the inferior vena cava and the right atrioventricular orifice. An endocardial fold may guard the entrance of sinus valve of the coronary sinus or Thebesian Valve. The fold may be absent or may cover the ostium of the sinus completely or partially. Material & Method:- The present study was conducted in the anatomy department of medical college Baroda, Gujarat. One hundred formalin-fixed hearts specimens were taken for the study The dimensions of the coronary sinus ostium in millimetres was measured with the help of digital vernier calliper. Craniocaudal and transverse length were measured and recorded in Microsoft excel. Result :- In the current study, we observed that 58 hearts had the coronary sinus with a thebesian Valve and the rest 42 were without a thebesian Valve.&nbsp
