Introduction: Transradial coronary intervention (CI) is frequently complicated by radial artery occlusion (RAO). The research has a variety of prevalence reports, and its indicators are not properly known. The purpose of this research was to analyze the frequency of RAO in diabetes mellitus patients 24 hours and one-month following CI. Methods: In this study, 1,350 participants (included 101 repeated operations after one month) who undergo 1,451 CI, were involved. Participants were assessed for RAO 24 hours and one month following CI. The major result was not identified in 47 participants (3.2%), thus, data on 1,303 participants were provided for analysis of the data. After receiving CI for 24 hours and a month, individuals with diabetic mellitus (DM) had their predictors of RAO examined using multiple regression analysis. Results: The total participants of 1,303 included 1,018 (78.1%) men and 285 (21.6%) women, with an average age of 57.6 years. The major result was not identified in 47 participants (3.2%), thus, data on 1,256 participants were provided for analysis of the data, in which 149 participants (12.3%) had the primary outcomes. There were 46 women (30.2%) in the RAO group. In the RAO cohort, DM was found in 58 (39.5%) individuals.&nbsp

Oral administration of Acrylamide in our food produces adverse health effects through different vital systems. This study examined the effect of simultaneous oral supplementation of unicellular algae Chlorella vulgaris (CV)   on thyroid gland disruption induced by intoxication with Acrylamide (ACR). Healthy male rats (n=60) distributed in six groups: -ve control, +ve control (CV 300 mg/kg), low dose Acrylamide (LACR, 5 mg/kg), high dose Acrylamide (HACR, 50 mg/kg), pre-administration of Chlorella Vulgaris with Acrylamide CV+ LACR (5mg/kg), and with Acrylamide CV+HACR (50 mg/kg). All groups received treatments orally for 30 days. ACR treated groups (LACR, HACR) demonstrated a significant elevation in oxidative stress biomarkers Malondialdehyde (MDA), 4-Hydroxynonenal (4-HNE), Nitric Oxide (NO) and pro-inflammatory cytokines C-reactive protein (CRP), Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF-α), Interleukin 6 (IL-6) and Interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β). In relation to antioxidant biomarkers Glutathione (GSH) and Glutathione peroxidase (GPx), GSH recorded significant reduction while GPx indicated significant elevation as compared to control and +ve control group at (p<0.05). Thyroid gland biomarkers showed   reduction in Thyroid-Stimulating hormone (TSH) in ACR groups whereas Thyroxine (T4) and Triiodothyronine (T3) presented a significant elevation.&nbsp

Introduction:  The rehabilitation of people with traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI) should encourage resilience, which is a complex issue that involves self-esteem, social support, life meaningfulness and life satisfaction in order to prevent suicidal ideation. Objective: To analyze resilience and its relationship with suicidal ideation, self-esteem, social support, life meaningfulness and life satisfaction in people with SCI. Methods: Quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational and comparative study carried out with 204 Brazilian adults with SCI. Data were collected with previously validated instruments using an online platform. Results: Among the participants, 74% were male, with a mean age of 36.1 years (SP=9.24), 64.7% were retired or receiving benefits, and with an average time of injury of 8.6 (SP=7, 73). Suicidal ideation (p≤0.001), self-esteem (p≤0.001), social support, life satisfaction (p≤0.001) and life meaningfulness (p≤0.001) were strongly associated with resilience. Discussion: The variables related to mental health were shown to be influenced by resilience, indicating that participants with higher levels of resilience have better results in the assessment of emotional factors. Implications for practice: It is recommended that psychological and social factors be considered in the rehabilitation of people with SCI

God's Word s.w.t: Then set your face straight to the religion of Allah, the nature of Allah, which He created man above that nature; there is no change for the creation of the nature of God; that's a straight religion, but most people do not know it. Tawakal means surrendering decisions on all matters, efforts and endeavours to God of The Entire Universe. Tawakal is also an element that proves faithfulness and the Islamisation of a Muslim. Every human being who has been born to this earth has been created in the natural state; his heart always wants to face his God and wants to follow his religion; and the nature that God has created in every human being will never change, it will still voice the command to always return to the truth of God. Resilience is one aspect that is absolutely required by all Muslims when facing the COVID 19 Pandemic. There are several verses in the al-Quran that discuss the aspect of resilience or the capability of an individual to rise against adversities and overcome it.&nbsp
