    This study aimed to discuss the closure of the Holywings between legal approaches and government policies in an era where information is increasingly flowing, and people trust the Law. The information and data that we collect from various sources, we examine the criminological approach, which involves coding data, sharp analysis, and also in-depth interpretation to get data that we can answer the problem in terms of credit and quality.     The effect of physical work environment and work motivation on the performance of civil servants in south Sumatra province forestry service

    This research aimed to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of civil servants at the Forestry Service of South Sumatra province. The population in this study was 127 civil servants at the South Sumatra Provincial Forestry Service. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis that has been carried out show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the South Sumatra Provincial Forestry Service. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Forestry Service of the province of South Sumatra. Physical work environment, there need to be regular checks on air-conditioning facilities such as air conditioners and fans; there is a need for additional air-conditioning facilities in every room that has many people and adjusted so that the work environment is more comfortable as well as checking the condition of the walls in each room either changing the color of the paint or wallpaper replacement that needs attention so that the atmosphere in the room is more pleasing to the eye.&nbsp

    The influence of workload and provision of compensation on the performance of examiners at the financial audit agency representative of the Province of South Sumatera

    This study aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation on the performance of auditors at the State Audit Board of South Sumatra Province. In this study, the number of samples was 100 respondents from the Supreme Audit Agency's Representative Office of South Sumatra Province. The statistical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using analysis media in the form of the IBM series 22 Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of this study show: (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on the Examiner's performance as Supreme Audit Agency Representative of South Sumatra Province; (2) The provision of compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Auditor at the State Audit Board of South Sumatra Province. The workload given by the agency can be done quickly and on time because the Examiner always tries and is ready to complete all his duties and responsibilities. However, it should still be necessary to increase the number of examiners following the assigned job map and workload so that the work results can follow the expected quality standards.&nbsp

    We carry out this study intending to gain an in-depth understanding of the best practices of public administration in the era of the technological revolution, which is the result of scientific research publications in a multi-field context. In order to answer and enliven this discussion, we have conducted a series of data searches on several books and other academic papers that focus on telling the best practices of public administration in the revolutionary era. After getting the data, a high-in-depth evaluation data coding system is studied to get relevant results to answer the problem with high validity. After reviewing and discussing it, the best practice of public administration includes several things, including having a servant leadership spirit that is innovative and able to communicate.     Effect of price and promotion on customer loyalty of domestic and export coal in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic

    This study was conducted to determine the effect of price and promotion on the loyalty of domestic and export coal customers during the COVID 19 pandemic at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. The population in this study were all domestic and export coal consumers who made purchases during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk in 2020 as many as 58 companies. Determining the sample in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. With consideration to save time and effort and get more accurate results, the number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents distributed through distributing questionnaires. The multiple linear regression analysis results show that price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty for domestic and export coal during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. Sales promotion positively and significantly affected customer loyalty for domestic and export coal during the COVID 19 pandemic at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. The price variable is expected to make adjustments in determining the price of coal by surveying competitors who sell coal. In the sales promotion variable, it is expected that the company can improve in doing more attractive advertising

    This study aims to determine: The application of material criminal law, and for judges' consideration of criminal acts of corruption committed by customers in state-owned enterprises. Qualitative research methods that describe the problems in the Decision. Data collection techniques: Surveys to research sites, literature studies through books, relevant research results, and related laws and regulations. Interviews with related parties and officials. Results: (1). The application of material criminal law to criminal acts of corruption in the decision of Article 18 of the 1999 Corruption Crime Act which has been amended by Law Number 20/2001 junto. Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st KUHP jo. Article 64 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, is appropriate to be applied because it is carried out jointly. (2). The judge's consideration in the decision, based on the facts of the trial, evidence, and statutory regulations, the judge believes that the defendant abused his authority and harmed the state and could not be justified on the grounds of apologizing. Therefore, the defendant is legally and convincingly guilty of committing a criminal act of corruption that was carried out jointly. So the verdict of the trial judge is very correct

    Hindu transmigrants from Bali live in a number of areas in Parigi Moutong Regency, one of the occupied villages is Tindaki Village. The acceptance of the village head and local community towards Hindu transmigrants is a milestone for social interaction between Hindu and non-Hindu communities. Associative social interactions occur in various fields, such as interactions between neighbors, agricultural communities, and cultural acculturation. Based on this phenomenon, the research is focused on analyzing the dynamics of social interaction between Hindu and non-Hindu communities in Tindaki Village. The theoretical basis used is GH Mead's theory of symbolic interactionism eclectic with the views of other interactionists. The study was designed as an interpretive qualitative research. Data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews (unstructured), and document studies. Determination of informants with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique is based on Miles & Huberman's data analysis, namely through data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study were concluded as follows.     The objective is to analyze learning in the subjects of the common core, for autonomous reasoning in students of the basic elementary sublevel, of the Educational Unit Fiscomisional Cinco de Mayo of the city of Chone in the year 2022. The lack of materials for the development of the tasks and the ease to answer the tasks with very little effort were evidenced. The descriptive research was carried out by relating the techniques and strategies that were used, such as: surveys of students, parents, and observation sheets, having a population of 108 students and 107 parents. The result was that the developed research served to verify the stated objective, verifying that the teachers use the materials related to the subjects of the common trunk to develop the autonomous reasoning of the students and these develop practices according to the given contents, while the Parents support their children in school activities

    This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and supervision on employee work discipline during the implementation of work from home at The Medium Customs and Excise Office Type A Pasuruan. The total population is 125 employees, and all of them are used as samples. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The study results show that motivation and supervision positively and significantly affect work discipline, where supervision is more dominant than motivation. Motivation needs to be improved by maintaining work and rest time according to employee capacity (work-life balance). Meanwhile, supervision will obtain optimal results if the work evaluation is carried out fairly and proportionally
