Legal protection for child victims of sexual violence crimes
The purpose of this research is to find out, namely: (1). Forms of legal protection for children victims of crime and sexual violence` (2). Barrier factors in providing legal protection for children who are victims of sexual violence crimes. A method with a qualitative approach that describes the phenomena that occur. Data collection techniques through: (1). In-depth interviews of key volunteers to obtain data (2). Survey at the location for phenomena that appear at the research location. (3). Literature study to complement the data with new theories that focus on research. Conclusion: (1). Providing legal protection for children who are victims of sexual crimes, with regulations and the Child Protection Act number 35 of 2014. by providing children's rights. (2). As an obstacle in legal protection for children victims of sexual crimes, that legal instruments and legal regulations are norms that are still biased and have multiple interpretations and there is no coherence in any regulations or legislation on child protection
Traditional villages empowerment in local wisdom preservation towards cultural tourism development
The complexity of local wisdom, way of life, and community beliefs have encouraged the growth and development of indigenous and cultural diversity which can later support tourism development. However, it can also be denied that the Tabanan community will present various natural phenomena with various kinds of things that can cause various conflicts with local wisdom in the community. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to empower traditional villages by combining traditional village programs with innovative local government programs, by making innovations and creations, both in the fields of creativity, taste, and initiative, by involving the participation of the community so that people's love for culture grows. There have been changes in the social, cultural, and economic fields of society, lifestyles, and economic systems that continue to develop following the flow of globalization. This research was intended to discuss and explore three formulated terms. 1) Why is the Wayang Gana Murti performance held in the Rsigana ceremony at the Pujung Sari Traditional Village, Tegallalang, Gianyar? 2) What is the process for the performance of the Gana Murti Wayang in the Rsigana Ceremony in the Pujung Sari Traditional Village, Tegallalang, Gianyar? 3) What are the implications of the Wayang Gana Murti performance at the Rsigana ceremony on the social, religious and cultural life of the people of the Pujung Sari Traditional Village? The purpose of this study in general is to analyze in depth the performance of Wayang Gana Murti in the Rsigana ceremony, hopefully it can be used as a reference and applied to Hinduism and Balinese culture
School dropout in academic training in upper basic students of the Tosagua Educational Unit
School desertion is the abandonment of the academic activities of an individual, which due to various situations such as economic, political, social, family, environmental or health, occurs when people leave behind the process of education or training. This is one of the problems suffered by most educational institutions and has a direct impact on the socioeconomic development of this society, which surely compromises its future. Said argumentation of the problem raised is necessary for understanding in teaching and learning in students and their corresponding induction to optimal learning levels. In this sense, the purpose of this work is to analyze the factors that affect the school dropout of upper basic students of the Tosagua Educational Unit, of the Tosagua canton, in the 2021-2022 school period, as well as the strategies and practical procedures and specific ones that promote the inclusion of children and adolescents in the classroom. Based on a qualitative and quantitative methodology, it is intended to determine the factors that affect the school dropout of upper basic students of the Tosagua Educational Unit, of the Tosagua canton, in the 2021-2022 school year. 
The existence of Ngusaba Bukakak Tradition in modern era
The Ngusaba Bukakak tradition is Ngusaba Bukakak tradition which was carried out in Giri Emas Village, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency, which continues to exist in the midst of the swift currents of modernization. In fact, until now this tradition is still carried out by the community well and lively every 2 years at the full moon at Sasih Kedasa. This tradition is beneficial for welfare and prosperity. Therefore, the phenomenon of the Ngusaba Bukakak Tradition is very interesting to study. This study focuses on: (1) The factors that cause the NUSaba Bukakak tradition to continue to exist, amidst the strong influence of modernization. (2) forms of carrying out the Ngusaba Bukakak tradition. (3) the implications of the implementation of the Ngusaba Bukakak tradition for social, cultural, economic, and religious life. The purpose of this research was to explore and study further related to the implementation of the Ngusaba Bukakak tradition which still exists. The theories used in this study include: first, the theory of phenomenology which is eclectic with social and construction theory, second, the theory of religion is eclectic with the theory of religion and culture, third, the theory of reception discusses human works
Increasing millennial legal compliance and awareness through virtual applications
Efforts to educate the millennial generation can be made in many ways. One of the points is using digital application devices because millennials are the most involved in various virtual worlds. We carried out this study to obtain scientific evidence on how to improve the legal compliance of millennial citizens through the use of virtual applications, which are now increasingly becoming phenomenal. We get supporting data from various scientific applications in secondary data, including books, scientific publications, legal learning websites, and point technology. It is an efficient approach or strategy to encourage the younger generation to care about the importance of the law; this method is carried out with the consideration that the younger generation are millennials who are very close to the virtual world—technology applications
The learning process of the contents of language and literature in the students of upper basic
The research was based on the investigation of the process of learning of the contents of language and literature in students of the upper basic of the Tosagua Educational Unit of the Tosagua canton in the period 2021-2022. The results obtained in the research carried out through diagnostic observation are shown, as a starting point to analyze the phenomenon under study. The problem of learning the contents of language and literature is conceived not only as an abstract system, but also as a communication instrument that can be used. A classification of the subjects on learning and the subject of language and literature of the students was carried out in the theoretical framework. Through the analysis of the contents of language and literature, the causes of errors in the learning process are revealed to improve the assimilation of knowledge by students. The objective is to determine the teaching-learning process of the language and literature subject of the upper basic students. The research has a qualitative, quantitative, descriptive, and documentary approach, in addition to the analytical method. The technique applied was the survey to perform the analysis and interpretation of the results of language and literature learning. 
Motor development in writing and playful movements in elementary school students
The research aimed to analyze the motor development in writing and playful movements in the students of the elementary school of the UE Manabí of the Chone Canton of the 2021-2022 school year., this presents situations that affect motor development, such as delay in developing and manipulating objects, such as scratching, cutting and drawings, these deficiencies cause delays in writing, as well as in recreational activities, being the responsibility of teachers and parents, the methodology used had a quantitative approach, for which the synthetic analytical deductive inductive methods were used and statistics, in addition to bibliographic consultations and data collection for which interviews with parents were applied, observation sheets to students, surveys to teachers, as a demonstrative class to students, with a population of 69 students and the sample of 34 students. The result was that motor skills are necessary in writing, for the development of playful movements and these aspects improve learning in the education of students
Technological revolution impact on Alquran interpretation system based on digital for Salafi Islamic school
This study discussed the technological Revolution and its impact on the integration system of the Qur'an based on anything digital in madrasa schools. Our data search is done electronically on several applications that discuss issues, especially reproduction and digital application systems. Under the phenomenological approach, we analyze the data by involving a data coding system and evaluation according to deep integration to get a good and reliable understanding of the relevant problems. Based on the study and the results, we can conclude, among others, that the understanding of the Qur'an in the technological era that interpretation based on digital applications has the support of various fires and scholars and has been used in madrasas and other Islamic education. This is because Islam does not close itself to the development of the times, which has an impact on the reading service system and the agreement of the holy book of the Qur'an. Development of character learning program evaluation based on Pancasila student profile at SMP Negeri 20 Tangerang
This research aims to improve quality through curriculum modification. Through the development of student character and has the characteristics of Pancasila by applying character values, namely: Faith and piety, noble character, global development, cooperation, critical thinking, independence, and creativity. This qualitative study methodology was used at SMP Negeri 20 Tangerang to evaluate the implementation of a program for character education by enhancing the Pancasila student profile. The research focuses on teacher readiness, infrastructure and facilities, curriculum development, and students' readiness for school. Additionally, it assesses the effectiveness of the character education implementation program by raising the prominence of Pancasila students in instructional activities and habit-forming programs. Research at SMP Negeri 20 Tangerang revealed that while infrastructure and facilities were in good shape, there were several challenges to managing and utilizing them. The development of the Pancasila student profile in character education has been incorporated into the curriculum structure created by SMP Negeri 20 Kota Tangerang. It can be argued that human resources, specific teachers, have taken part in numerous socializations and pieces of training so that they are prepared to implement character education by enhancing the profile of Pancasila pupils in the autonomous curriculum.
