    Interpretation of the commandment to women's hijab authorize according to the Quran, Al Hadith and Ahlussunnah Waljamaah Ulama

    This research discusses the interpretation of the obligation to wear hijab for Muslim women according to various sources, such as hadith scholars and also verses of the quran. Moreover, it has received a series of inputs from literary sources in the form of books and also writings of Islamic committees, which we have reviewed to obtain answers to the research questions. The data were processed through data review system to verify, code, interpret and summarize the results to obtain accurate data and high validity. Based on the data, we can convey that the obligation to wear the hijab is legally obligatory following the hadith which states that women should wear their headscarves all over their bodies. In closing, women are required to cover their private parts, which means Muslim women must wear clothes that cover their bodies from heads to toes except for their faces and palms; and if this is violated, they will receive sanction

    Implementation of quality family village program to enhance family welfare in Moya Village, Central Ternate Subdistrict

    The research findings and discussions presented a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of the Quality Family Village Program in Moya Village, Central Ternate Subdistrict, Indonesia. The program aimed to enhance family welfare and improve the quality of life at the village level through population programs, family planning, and related sector development. The success of the program was assessed using Edawar III's policy implementation theory, focusing on four key variables: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. Communication played a pivotal role in program implementation, with intensive efforts to overcome initial resistance from the community. Various responsible institutions, including the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) and the Family Planning Office (OPD-KB), were involved in the program. Assurance of success was linked to effective communication, coordination, and advocacy among cross-sector stakeholders. Resources, including budget allocation, staff involvement, and compliance with regulations, were well-managed, and evaluations were conducted regularly. However, challenges such as irregular budget disbursement and limited community participation persisted. The study highlighted the competence of Family Planning Counselors and their contributions to community development. Despite successes, community engagement remained an area for improvement. In conclusion, the program demonstrated effectiveness through well-managed resources and dedicated staff

    The influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance in the regional office of the directorate general of customs and excise of east Kalimantan

    This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise East Kalimantan (Kanwil DJBC Kalbagtim). The data used in this study are primary data collected through the use of a questionnaire as an instrument to measure the research variables. The questionnaire was distributed to all employees of Kanwil DJBC Kalbagtim, totaling 71 individuals, using a census method. The data collected from the questionnaire instruments were processed using the SPSS program with multiple linear regression analysis. The study results indicate that the relationship between work motivation is positively and significantly related to the performance of employees at Kanwil DJBC Kalbagtim, and the relationship between job satisfaction is positively and significantly associated with the performance of employees at Kanwil DJBC Kalbagtim. The findings of this research are used as input for Kanwil DJBC Kalbagtim to enhance employee performance by providing work motivation, such as increasing employee involvement in formal/informal office activities and by paying attention to employee job satisfaction through opportunities for self-development, fair promotions based on employee competencies, and in line with organizational needs

    This study aims to determine and analyze how job training and interpersonal Communication influence job satisfaction at PT Musi Hutan Persada. Job training is an effort to increase employee knowledge, while interpersonal Communication is a process of delivering messages that allows everyone to capture information directly, both verbally and nonverbally. In addition, job satisfaction is a feeling that supports or does not support the employee related to his work or his condition. The technique of taking samples in this study is by using the sampling method, namely, as many as 100 employees of all divisions and positions. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis by adding the t-test and F-test. The results showed that job training and interpersonal communication variables partially had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT Musi Hutan Persada employees

    In rural environments of various nations in the Americas, such as Ecuador, in recent decades the emergence of entrepreneurship initiatives linked to the tourism sector has been seen, many of them aligned with the philosophy of rural and community tourism. An example is the tourist experience offered by the Afrochoteño Territory, in the northern Andes of the country. In this region, the communities of El Chota, Juncal, Mascarilla and Salinas have ventured for about two decades in the provision of tourism services of this type. The objective is to demonstrate the impact of the tourism sectoral public policy on the tourist experience in the Afro-Chotan territory. This is how, after the combination of secondary information review techniques, in contrast to the collection of field data that involves various actors in the Afro-Colombian tourist experience, the result was that they remain valid despite the significant gap in implementation. of public policy in favor of these initiatives

    The effectiveness of e-book in learning process: A systematic literature review

    This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of e-books in the last three years and to analyze what types of e-books are most appropriate for current learning. The methodology used is based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Articles related to the use of e-books from 2020-2022 were searched through the published or perish article search application that focuses on Scopus-indexed articles. The results obtained indicate that the existence of e-books is still widely used to support students to obtain even better learning outcomes. Although several studies have found no significant difference between the use of e-books and regular printed books, the results also show that e-book users got higher learning outcomes. For now, the use of interactive e-books is the most effective e-book of other types, considering that this type of e-book has been tested on users of various ages and different educational backgrounds, with different subjects and different places of implementation

    How e-service quality works on repurchase intention online travel agent (OTA)? A case study on Traveloka

    This research aims to identify the impact of e-service quality on repurchase intention of on- line travel agent. On-line travel agent is a travel website (e- commerce) providing various services related to tourism, such as: on-line transportation and hotel bookings and entertainment. On-line travel agency also serves as an alternative option in addition to the conventional ones. This research employed quantitative approach. The data was gathered by distributing on-line questionnaire to 96 online travel agencies users as the samples. The data was then analyzed by using simple linear regression through SPSS 23. The result shows that e-service quality is in good category while repurchase intention is in very good category. The correlational value between e-service quality and repurchase intention is in the strong category and the percentage that shows e-service quality affects significantly positive to repurchase intention of 62,1% while 37,9% as the other variables not examined in this research

    The effect of the human resources, discipline and infrastructure quality on employee performance

    The aim of this study was to test, and analyze the effect of the human resources, discipline and infrastructure quality on performance at the Bulawa Public Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. The population of this study were employees at the Bulawa Community Public Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency, it consisted of 35 people. This research method used was a quantitative type with a descriptive approach. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) algorithm approach. The results indicated that the quality of human resources had an effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.598 and a p-value of 0.000. Discipline affected employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.465 and a p-value of 0.003. Facilities and infrastructure did not have an effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of -0.149 and a p-value of 0.252. The organization of employees at public health center has not yet referred to the applicable government regulations and laws in which each employee will be assigned the distribution of human resources, work discipline, and infrastructure needed at the Bulawa Public Health Center

    This study aims to examine the quality of e-government services provided by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Biak Numfor Regency. This research is expected to provide valuable input for local governments and can be used as a basis for improving and optimizing services. This research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Biak Numfor Regency. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The informants in this study were service users from the Population and Civil Registration Office of Biak Numfor Regency. Informants from the Population and Civil Registration Office of Biak Numfor Regency were chosen because they had an important role in the service process. As for community informants, service users are chosen because they have information that is about the research topic and can provide more accurate ones. The selection of informants is carried out through purposive sampling techniques.

    Integrated tourism development: Communicative English for local guides of Semarapura Kaja Village Klungkung, Bali

    This paper accounts for the empowerment of the group of young people, the local guides, in Semarapura Kaja village, Klungkung regency, Bali. It was done due to the integrated tourism development. It focuses on teaching them English used in guiding activities. The teaching materials involve tourism in general and etiquettes of being a guide. The method applied was communicative English and English mastery through simplest patterns that are mostly used in daily activities. The teaching method applied involved counselling, monitoring and evaluating, then continued with making a report. It was true that by applying the method used, the local guides understand about tourism in general and know how to be a good guide. By mastering the simplest patterns of the English language, the local guides could easily speak good English. They know how to use the language functions and they could demonstrate how to act as a good guide. It is hoped that by the readiness of the group of the young people to be the local guides, the Semarapura Kaja village is ready to be a tourist village
