Traditional environment friendly market waste management model (study in Manado city)
The traditional market space commodity transactions subsistence needs process which still thickly colored by rural economic atmosphere with strong traditions. Traditional markets Manado City is asset Manado City government, transferred to PD Manado City market. This study uses combination research methods between qualitative methods, quantitative methods with descriptive methods. Focus this research more dominant on study waste management. Data collection was carried out through stages questionnaires and interviews with several parties related this research, number informants determined by researchers themselves based certain considerations. Main consideration determining informant is mastery required data information number respondents 10 (ten) people based on gender, there 40% male and 60% female. This study examines formulation traditional market management model. First collaborative governance process begins with assessment process. Second arrangement regional zoning according goods and services commodities. Three prototype model designs were made help make real contribution city government and community carrying out waste management towards green technology-based smart city. The findings of formulation increase potential demand for traditional market traders. The main cause of competition between traditional markets and modern markets is the weak management system, poor traditional market infrastructure. Collaboration model, behavior mapping and prototype model, traditional markets will be better

The effectiveness of the conditions of validity of the barrier condition from disposing of property as a restraint
Private property is protected by almost all laws, there are some exceptions of disposing of one's property, these exceptions are arranged by the law. Kuwaiti constitution pays much concern about the right of ownership. There is no risk when the law determines restrictions on the owner’s right to dispose of property, but, the risk occurs when the law permits the will of individuals to dispose of the property. Th privative clause of the disposition of the right of ownership is one of the conditions that are contrary to nature of the contracts that transfer the ownership, rather than lead to the transfer of ownershipthe study concluded with that Kuwaiti law did not confine the occurrence of the barrier to the disposal of a particular type of legal behaviour. Motive condition determines the privative clause from disposition. Flexibility requires strong motive as a flexible standard that accommodates any situation that arises in the future. The strictness of Kuwaiti law shows that it did not always make the condition inhibiting from disposal as permanent, but rather that it must be temporary in a period. 
Efficiency analysis of sharia bank in Indonesia based on data envelopment analysis (DEA)
This study aimed to determine the efficiency of Islamic banks in Indonesia using the 2015-2019 data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. The population in this study were Islamic banks in Indonesia in the 2015-2019 period, which amounted to 189 banks consisting of 14 Sharia Commercial Banks (SCB), 20 Sharia Business Units (SBU), and 164 Sharia People's Financing Banks (SPFB). The sample used in this study was 6 Islamic banks that published financial statements during 2015-2019, with several criteria for determining the sample. Based on the calculation of the average efficiency level of all Islamic banks in this study, in 2015, it was 86.9%, in 2016 it was 93.3%, in 2017, it was 97.2%, in 2018, it was 87.8%, and in 2019, it was 93.6%. Thus, the average level of efficiency at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia fluctuated during the study period. Increasing the level of efficiency can be done by increasing or reducing the amount of input and output of each Islamic Bank following the input target or output target based on the results of calculations in this study every year and maintaining the input and output targets that have been 100% well achieved
The double role of Hindu women in Bandar Lampung
This study focuses on (1) the dual roles of Hindu women in Bandar Lampung, (2) the forms of the dual roles of Hindu women in Bandar Lampung, (3) the implications of the dual roles of Hindu women in Bandar Lampung for themselves, their families, and society. The theories used in this study include the first theory of Abraham Harold Maslow's motivation which emphasizes the hierarchy of needs and motivations, the second theory of Liberal Feminism in dismantling the concept of patriarchy, and the third, the theory of Hegemony to dissect the problems regarding the implications of Hindu women for themselves, their families, and implications for society in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a phenomenological approach with a critical emancipatory knowledge paradigm. The method used is observation, interviews and literature study with data analysis techniques with qualitative interpretation to explain the sociological phenomena observed in the field in accordance with the meaning given by the research subjects. The results of this study indicate that (1) The reasons why Hindu women have a dual role are due to economic reasons, social reasons, cultural reasons, reasons for patriarchal domination, and religious reasons
The effect of brand image, brand ambassador, and product quality on the purchase decision of Mustika Ratu products: (study on Sriwijaya University students)
The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, brand ambassador, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Mustika Ratu products. The population in this study were all Sriwijaya University students who used Mustika Ratu products. The sample in this study was 100 people obtained through the purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis through SPSS 26. The results showed that the brand image, brand ambassador, and product quality variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This research is useful for companies in making policies and preparing strategies. Some strategies that the company can develop are to maintain a good brand image in consumer perception, use brand ambassadors (Putri Indonesia and celebrity influencers) to promote products, and continue to innovate to improve product quality and quality

21ST century payment channels and the Nigerian ICT sector's performance
This study seeks to empirically investigate the effect of the 21st Century Payment Channels on the internet and Communication Technology (ICT) Sector’s performance in Nigeria from 2012 to 2019. Variables used to measure 21st Century Payment Channels include the volume of automated teller machines, mobile banking, electronic banking, point of sales, and real-time gross settlement while ICT Sector's performance was measured by Contribution of the ICT sector to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Data were sourced from the CBN Statistical bulletin for the various years under study. The hypotheses of the study were tested using SPSS 23.0 to regress the dependent variable against the independent variables. On the whole, the study discovered that the 21st Century Payment Channels did exert any significant impact on the ICT Sector's performance in Nigeria. Specifically, the result revealed that both the volume of Automated Teller Machines and mobile banking have a negative insignificant impact on ICT Sector's performance. Further, Electronic Banking, Point of Sales, Real-Time Gross Settlements have a positive insignificant impact on ICT Sector's performance in Nigeria
