Effect induction bio hormone on production and content of nutritional substances on tomato fruit variety cherry small fry and cherry japan
Food quality could be determined based on the criteria of food security, nutrition content, and trade standard on foodstuffs to food and beverages (Anonymous, 1996). At the stage of production or tomato cultivation system, the treatment accorded aims to increase the quantity and quality of tomatoes such as increased shelf life, organoleptic quality, and nutritional content. The content of the most prominent nutrient in tomatoes are vitamin C and carotene as forming pro-vitamin A. The content of vitamin C and carotene in tomatoes was useful to help the healing process sprue disease and night blindness. This type of research is experimentally using factorial completely randomized design. Factor I: Varieties of tomatoes which consists of two varieties, namely Cherry Small Fry (CSF) and Cherry Japan (CJ) and the second factor is the addition bio hormone i.e. non-induction bio hormone (B0) and induction bio hormone (B1). Each treatment was repeated 3 times so that overall there are 12 experimental units. Duncan test showed the CJ tomato induced growth hormone has the highest production with the average amount of 2449.10 grams

Learning materials development on descriptive texts based on local culture as learning at junior high school
Education based on culture could be a smart solution to producing learners with a good personality and respecting on their own cultural value. The purpose of this study is to describe the teaching materials problems and it needs of local culture-based descriptive texts and designing learning materials texts based on textual product descriptions of local culture. This research used Revees research model. The data was collected through observation, interview, and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate: (1) the problem in learning process on writing text materials is hard to be understood, students interesting to read is poor, student is quickly bored by giving descriptive texts materials about national culture, they tend so hard to imagining other people culture that is described as well the analysis of learning particular materials need about writing skills shows that Indonesian language teacher knows the materials, but they never to make it (2) learning materials design on descriptive text based on local culture-based textual description of textual materials comprising cover, introduction, table of contents, list of images, usage instructions, concept maps, activities study, summary, glossary, and bibliography. The design of the developed materials is in line with the 2013 curriculum and the material developed can make it easier for students to understand their local culture
Increasing energy ration of Bali cattle to improve digestible nutrient, milk yield and milk quality
To determine the effect of energy levels on digestible nutrient, milk production and milk quality of 7 months pregnant Bali cattle, was the purpose of this study. The study was conducted in Bali, Province of Indonesia on 12 pregnant breeding phase of pre-calving (2 months before the birth) with the parent body weight 329-340 kg/head. The treatment given is four types of Metabolizable Energy (ME) levels: 2000, 2100, 2200 and 2300/kg respectively as treatment A, B, C, and D. All ration contain 10% of crude protein. Variables measured: energy intake, digestible nutrient, milk yield, and milk quality. This research is a randomized block design. The results showed that increase energy ration until 2300 kcal ME/kg would significantly (P<0.05) increase energy intake and highest at cattle consumed ratio D is 22239.55 kcal/day. However, digestible nutrient was not affected. Milk production increased with increasing energy rations and highest (P<0.05) at cattle received treatment D is 2179.83 ml/day compared to treatment A 936.67 ml/day. Milk fat and milk lactose also highest (P<0.05) in treatment D are 8.56% and 4.76% respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that increase energy ration will increase energy intake, milk yield, and milk fat and milk lactose of Bali cattle
Atherosclerosis towards rat relating with high cholesterol feed

The presentation of sustainable power source assets in the field of intensity age assumes an imperative job
DC to DC converters to interface lesser-voltage higher-control supply to the essential stock shows the most raised proficiency was practiced in the full-connect converter. Non-separated converters bury unified inductor help converters with essential voltage gain and furthermore converters hold lesser profitability, yet they huge in structure, even the quantity of latent parts is diminished. In like manner gives proficient utilization of semiconductor switches, have higher voltage yield and are prepared to work in lesser estimation of D interestingly with every single disconnected converter. High addition topologies are regularly outfitted with high voltage security structures. Few non-disengaged topologies gives voltage hang security circuits are pointless since capacitive fragments and circuit plan are progressed to work under higher information voltage and low power. That requires lesser qualities for convincing RAC obstruction and entomb partnered inductance dispersal to achieve more prominent adequacy of intensity change. Larger supply current needs extensive region of core area inter allied inductors

U.S. retail sales dropped overall in October partly as a result of superstorm Sandy that hit much of the East Coast in the last week of the month. Retail and food-service sales fell 0.3% last month to a seasonally adjusted $411.59 billion, the Commerce Department said Wednesday. The decline was slightly larger than economists forecast for a 0.2% decrease. The Commerce Department said the storm had both positive and negative effects on the data. Some stores reported a drop in sales because storm damage forced them to temporarily or permanently close or they saw reduced business because of fewer customers. But other retailers experienced a sales boost as shoppers stocked up on emergency supplies, such as gas and food, ahead of the storm and then bought more goods if they had to evacuate. But the storm's effects aren't necessarily the only cause for the decline, particularly because the report doesn't provide regional figures
