Effect of substrate size and stirring on the effectiveness of fermentation of organic waste using composter cash
Based on studies and research conducted by several researchers, it was found that the parameters that affect the effectiveness of waste fermentation include stirring and chopping the substrate in addition to temperature conditioning, the type and intensity of adding bio activators, and the type of organic waste (substrate). This study aims to produce an innovative composter barrel product that has the function of stirring and chopping in one compact tool. Tool testing is directed at liquid fertilizer products that are produced with an approach to the appropriate type of test. The results of the research that have been done show that the variation of counting does not have a significant effect on the quality of the liquid fertilizer, while stirring is very influential. For this reason, the innovative composter vat is recommended to add a stirring component while chopping is not required
Impact on high school students by the application of innovative methods in virtual education
This work aims to encourage and provide a global vision of the teacher's task during this difficult stage, where this pandemic has become an opportunity to apply the constructivist paradigm in the educational system with greater coherence, using active methodologies and technological tools that enrich the educational work and provide the student with a range of benefits, such as intrinsic motivation, leadership training and social contact to provide solutions to complex problems in real life with a professional projection. The experiences and points of view on the application of innovative methods and the benefits of the same are detailed, as well as the execution of project-based and problem-based learning, from the bibliographic review carried out and the application of the inductive method, it can be concluded that there is great interest on the part of teachers to implement information and communication technologies pedagogically in their teaching practice and generate high levels of competitiveness and satisfaction in students
The TICs and their incidence to develop didactic resources within teaching planning
Using ICT in teaching practice, it helps to contribute knowledge through digital tools that meet the visible needs of students. These have immersed in a constant technological evolution in which they are recognized as digital natives, ICTs have an impact on the development of digital teaching resources, due to the different gamification platforms that are developed in the network, and these means allow planning innovations teachers and generate meaningful learning through recreational activities. This research work shows the influence of TICs, in the teaching-learning process as a significant and important element in the educational field. However there are teachers who do not know these methods of illustration, which have traditionalist practices included In the curricular planning that do not contribute to the proposed objectives, there are also teachers with extensive knowledge in this area, who should demonstrate the benefit of using Web 3.0. In the consolidation of knowledge and contribute through training aimed at the teaching staff to socialize this new methodology
Measuring optimization of digital military programs: an innovation of information and communication systems in industrial digitalization 4.0
This research examines military digital optimization as an information and communication system innovation in the industrial digitalization era 4.0. Advances in information and communication technology especially on the industrial revolution 4.0. The real impact is seen in several aspects of human- life. The industrial revolution 4.0 also provided a change in the government system into good governance. Technological advances also have an impact on the defense system or military system in Indonesia, especially for the Indonesian National Army, especially the (TNI AD) through the use of an e-military application system to facilitate the search for internal information related to TNI personnel. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Kodam IX / Udayana, Denpasar, Bali as a location of this study. Data collection uses a structured interview method to a number of informants who have been willing to engage a number of 13 people
An Occupational safety and health (OSH) factors identified in Indonesian batik textile small/medium enterprises
Indonesia is a country with numerous SMEs spread throughout 34 provinces. One of the important problems that need to consent more is labor health and safety. To increase safety, SMEs need to identify factors of occupational health and safety. SMEs need to properly avoid workplace accidents, and the batik industry is no exception. As a first step, it is necessary to identify the OSH factors that can be used in a prevention accident strategy. The population in this study were workers in Indonesia, these batik companies were located in Solo, Yogyakarta, Pekalongan, Cirebon, Minahasa, Bali, Madura, Indramayu, Bengkulu, and Palembang. The questionnaire consisted of latent variables, from the research that has been done, variables that affect work safety are the physical work environment, social work environment, job stress, and work productivity, while the variables that have a significant influence on occupational health are the physical work environment, social work environment, and work stress
Validation of blended learning model of applied mathematics through schoological networks for learning in new normal era in vocational education
This study aims to determine the feasibility of a model of blended learning applied mathematics using Schoology for vocational education. Research using the 4D model development method includes: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate, conducted at the Politeknik Negeri Bali. Data was collected using a validation sheet and student response questionnaire sheet. Data were analyzed descriptively. As a result, the design of applied mathematics blended learning using Schoology achieved: feasibility level of 84.91% (high enough), practicality 78.84% (quite practical), and compliance was 88.02% (very high). Blended learning applied mathematics is very appropriate to be used as a model of learning in vocational education. Feasible to use as a learning strategy in vocational education in the new normal era. Needs to be refined and the development process can be continued to the stage of test effectiveness, program evaluation, and dissemination
Diagnostic evaluation for strengthening the teaching-learning process
In this research, which aims to identify the application of diagnostic evaluation to strengthen the teaching-learning process in students. He focused on the diagnostic evaluation and what is the correct way to perform it, to strengthen the teaching-learning process by improving the techniques and methods that are used to achieve positive results in this process, concluding that teacher training is very important for the application of the instruments that facilitate the taking of the diagnostic test, however, have not been trained. The study has been an exploratory type with a quantitative approach, using scientific, analytical, and synthetic methods. To base the research, the bibliographic method was used and as a study technique the survey was used, in which questions were formulated according to the study variables. The results guide the improvement of students' cognitive meta strategies and guide both teaching and their school learning
Biomass energy potential in Manabí province
The present work aims to determine the energy potential of biomass in the province of Manabí, having as main actors the residues of cocoa, dry corn, bananas, and African palm, these being the products with the greatest abundance within the province since during Its production is constant throughout the year and this allows it to be used as a base for energy production. The increase in greenhouse gases in the production of consumable electrical energy has led to a significant advance in the development of biologically friendly alternatives. Among these alternatives, one of the options for immediate implementation is obtaining energy through the combustion of conventionally wasted waste, also known as biomass
Design features of the Inca museum of culture
The paper deals with the development of a design concept for a museum of Inca culture in Ecuador. The current trends in the organization of historical museums in Latin America are presented. An overview of the graphic support of the Latin American museums of culture, archeology, and history is made. The historical foundations of the Museum of Inca culture are presented, the iconography of the Inca civilization of various periods is analyzed. The current state of the museum, the history of its foundation, prerequisites for creating a new brand are described. Associative graphic images for creating a new logo for the museum were considered, corporate colors were substantiated, and components of the brand were developed. This will strengthen the museum's brand and increase its social significance for the popularization of the Inca culture
The effect of love of money and emotional intelligence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variable
The variables used in this study design are the first exogenous variables (exogenous) are love of money, organizational citizenship behavior, and emotional intelligence. Endogenous variables (endogenous) are employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in 51 BPRs in Badung Regency in 2018 where the returned questionnaires were 117. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using SmartPLS software. The results of this study are, 1) Love of money has a negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 2) emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 3) love of money does not directly influence employee performance, 4) emotional intelligence has a positive effect significant influence on employee performance has a significant positive effect on employee performance, 6) Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediates the effect of love of money on employee performance, 7) Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance
