PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar matematika semester ganjil peserta didik kelas VIIÂ SMPN 27 Makassar secara individual dan serentak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ex post facto dengan paradigma ganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu cluster sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket motivasi belajar, angket efikasi diri dan dokumentasi berupa arsip nilai matematika tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara individual menggunakan uji t-test dengan taraf signifikan =0,05 untuk motivasi belajar diperoleh nilai Sig. 0,036 < 0,05. Untuk efikasi diri diperoleh nilai Sig. 0,00 < 0,05 semua H0 ditolak yang berarti motivasi belajar dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara individual terhadap prestasi belajar matematika semester ganjil. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara serentak menggunakan uji F dengan taraf signifikan = 0,05 diperoleh nilai Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Dengan demikian motivasi belajar dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara serentak atau bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika semester ganjil peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 27 Makassar.ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and self-efficacy on mathematics learning achievement in the odd semester of seventh-grade students of SMPN 27 Makassar individually and simultaneously. The research method used is ex post facto with a dual paradigm design. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling with a total sample of 44 students. The instruments used were a learning motivation questionnaire, a self-efficacy questionnaire, and documentation in the form of an archive of mathematics odd semester grades for the 2019/2020 school year. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics multiple linear regression tests. Based on the individual hypothesis test using a t-test with a significant level = 0.05 for learning motivation, the Sig. 0.036 <0.05. For self-efficacy, the Sig. 0.00 <0.05, all H0 are rejected, which means learning motivation and self-efficacy have an individual effect on mathematics learning achievement in odd semesters. Based on the hypothesis test simultaneously using the F test with a significant level = 0.05, the Sig. 0.00 <0.05. Thus learning motivation and self-efficacy affect simultaneously or together with the mathematics learning achievement of the odd semester students of class VII SMPN 27 Makassar
KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KARAKTERISTIK GURU MATEMATIKA
Teacher job satisfaction has a positive effect on effective learning, therefore it is necessary to increase teacher job satisfaction. Teacher job satisfaction should also be a priority in education policy. This study aims to analyze job satisfaction and teacher characteristics in learning mathematics. This study uses qualitative data. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the data obtained were transferred to Ms. Excel is then processed using Winstep software to get high, medium, low levels of teacher job satisfaction. For research subjects, there are 94 mathematics teachers in Jakarta and outside Jakarta. The results showed that 3 male teachers and 14 male teachers had a high level of job satisfaction. 17 male teachers and 38 female teachers had a moderate level of job satisfaction, 5 male teachers and 17 female teachers had a low level of job satisfaction. Then the researcher took 1 respondent from each area of Jakarta and outside Jakarta to be interviewed.According to the Wright Maps results, female mathematics teachers have the highest teacher job satisfaction, namely 14 people. According to the results of interviews, female teachers are satisfied to be teachers because of school infrastructure, salaries, student characteristics, increasing knowledge, getting good colleagues, and good principals
PENGARUH PERHATIAN ORANG TUA DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMP
This type of research uses an ex-post facto approach to examine learning outcomes influenced by parental attention through the motivation of learning mathematics of grade IX Junior High School students in Turatea district of Jeneponto district during the covid-19 pandemic with a research sample of 125 students. Data collected using instruments: (1) parental attention questionnaires; (2) learning motivation questionnaire; and (3) tests of mathematical learning outcomes. Data analysis is done with descriptive analysis techniques to describe the characteristics of respondents\u27 scores namely mean, satandar deviation, variance, minimum, and maximum, while to test hypotheses is done with inferential analysis using path analysis. The interpretation results show that: (1) students\u27 mathematical learning outcomes in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic are significantly influenced by parental attention; (2) students\u27 mathematical learning outcomes in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic are significantly influenced by student learning motivation; (3) student learning motivation in the condition of the covid-19 pandemic is significantly influenced by parental attention; and (4) student learning outcomes in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic are significantly influenced by parental attention through student learning motivation
SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN STEM (MANFAAT DAN TANTANGAN) DI INDONESIA
To face the challenges of today\u27s education requires skills such as thinking skills, analytical skills, and also skills in creativity. Education with the approach of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) is a problem in the world of education in Indonesia today. The implementation of the STEM approach that is carried out in learning activities motivates students to be able to manage and carry out integrity through technology, as well as apply knowledge in everyday life. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the STEM approach (benefits and challenges) in Indonesia using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research on the topic area of the phenomenon of interest, with specific relevant research questions. The use of the SLR method can systematically identify journals, which in each process follow predetermined steps or protocols. The number of articles found was 56 articles with the characteristics according to the research target, then through the screening process 30 articles were taken, after that the next stage was the exclusion criteria for exclusion so that 25 articles were found for further review. The results showed that the implementation of the STEM approach in Indonesia had a fairly good effect on the creative thinking of students, student worksheets, student books and facing the industrial revolution 4.0, mathematical literacy and STEM implementation with robotics, as well as teachers\u27 perceptions of STEM learnin
PROFIL KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS VIII MTs PADA MATERI LINGKARAN
Low problem solving ability will give students a problem. These problems are part of the background of this research. The purpose in this study was to give description about the problem-solving profile in class VIII students on circle material which is based on the differences in mathematical abilities in terms of the Polya stage. Four (4) grade VIII students of MTs N 3 Banjarnegara were the chosen targeted subjects in this research, each of which consisted of students with different categories which are high and medium to low cabilities. The instrument in this study was the researcher, who received assistance using interviews and also some questions on a test for solving a problem in the field of mathematics. The results in this study showed that students who have high abilities able to carry out the calculation steps, but students who had high abilities were more dominant in being able to understand the problem. Students with moderate abilities are more dominant in being able to carry out calculations in the step of planning completion. Meanwhile, low-ability students are able to perform calculation steps, but low-ability students experience a little difficulty in carrying out each of the steps
PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL MATEMATIKA TERAPAN UNTUK MODEL BLENDED LEARNING
Strategi blended learning merupakan pencampuran dua atau lebih strategi pembelajaran untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang diharapkan. Komponen pembelajarannya, yaitu; 1) online learning, 2) pembelajaran tatap muka, dan 3) belajar mandiri. Pembelajaran matematika ke depan, mengarah ke penggunaan model blended learning. Bahan ajar sebagai sumber belajar perlu disesuaikan dengan kondisi mahasiswa dan strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh dosen. Sangat perlu dikembangkan E-Modul matematika terapan untuk blended learning yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip instruksional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas dan praktikalitas E-Modul matematika terapan untuk model blended learning. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan model 4D meliputi: Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate, dilaksanakan di Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB). Subjeknya: ahli isi, ahli media, ahli desain, praktisi dan mahasiswa. Data validitas bersumber dari ahli isi, media, dan desain dikumpulkan memalui angket validasi. Data praktikalitas bersumber dari dosen pengajar matematika dan mahasiswa dikumpulkan melalui angket validasi dan praktikalitas. Validitasnya dilihat dari kelayakan: isi, penyajian, kebahasaan dan kegrafikan. Sedangkan praktikalitas dilihat dari kemudahan penggunaan, kemenarikan sajian dan manfaat.  Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, hasilnya menunjukkan tingkat validitas mencapai 84,5 % terkategori valid sedangkan praktikalitasnya sebesar 83,6 % terkategori praktis. E-Modul layak dan praktis digunakan untuk blended learing, namun perlu dilakukan revisi-revisi kecil. Implikasinya E-Modul  setelah dilakukan revisi kecil dapat dilanjutkan ketahap pengembangan selanjutnya yaitu uji keefektivan dan desiminas
ANALISIS KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN LMS MOODLE
This study aims to see the level of student satisfaction in using Moodle as an online learning platform and to determine the independent variables that affect the level of student satisfaction. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research with survey method, the object of this research are 531 students of Mathematics Study Program, FMIPA Pamulang University. The instrument used to collect data is Student Satisfaction Questionnaire towards online learning by using Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). Data analysis using correlation test. The results of this study are, the level of student satisfaction in using Moodle is high with an average of 74.70%, with a significant level of 0.01; adjusted for R2 the value of the four independent variables was obtained 0.383. While the multiple correlation analysis shows for each independent variable, namely gender 0.33; Age 0.06; experience using Moodle is 0.44 and for internet connection is 0.12 with the conclusion that the level of student satisfaction using Moodle is relatively high
PERSEPSI SISWA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN DARING PADA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA
The Covid-19 pandemic caused a change in the learning process from face-to-face learning to online learning. This article aims to present the perceptions of MAN students regarding online learning in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection in this study was carried out by giving a questionnaire with the help of google form and interviews. Samples were randomly selected of 347 students throughout the city of Pekanbaru. Students are given a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. he results showed that the students tended to give a positive perception that was 59%. However, students gave negative perceptions on several indicators such as technical indicators and the learning process. This shows that there are obstacles faced by students during online learning, especially in mathematics
Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan E-Modul Berbasis Etnomatika Budaya Melayu Riau Pada Materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar
The problems that often become student complaints are the difficulty of understanding abstract questions provided in textbooks facilitated by the school, in mathematics learning not all teachers connect the material being taught with contextual problems that exist around students, and also based on the results of researchers\u27 interviews with field teachers. information was obtained that the teacher had never combined the theme of Riau Malay culture with the material being taught. Therefore, we need a solution by making a teaching material in the form of an e-module based on the Riau Malay culture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the need for ethnomatic-based e-modules by integrating Riau Malay culture for grade VIII students of SMP / MTs. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were the mathematics teachers at MTs Fadhilah and the eighth grade students of MTs Fadhilah in Pekanbaru. Analysis of research data using Analysis Interactive Miles-Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusions. The results obtained in this study are that it is necessary to develop teaching materials in the form of e-modules based on the ethnomatics of the Malay Malay culture of building material on the flat side of class VIII SMP / MTs
MEDIASI GENDER PADA HUBUNGAN KECEMASAN MATEMATIKA DAN HASIL BELAJAR
Kecemasan matematika merupakan salah satu masalah serius di Pendidikan tinggi. Kecemasan ini dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari kecemasan matematika yang berhubungan dengan evaluasi dan kecemasan belajar matematika. Kecemasan matematika dari 416 mahasiswa di Sulawesi Selatan diukur dengan menggunakan AMAS (Abbreviated Mathematics Anxiety Scale). Hasilnya dihubungkan dengan hasil belajar dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa kedua kecemasan menunjukkan pengaruh negatif terhadap hasil belajar meskipun hanya kecemasan yang berhubungan dengan evaluasi yang menunjukkan hasil signifikan. Selain itu, analisis mediasi dengan PLS-MGA menunjukkan bahwa gender bukan variabel yang memediasi hubungan kecemasan matematika dan hasil belajar
