    PROFIL KONFLIK KOGNITIF DENGAN INTERVENSI DALAM PEMAHAMAN ALJABAR MAHASISWA POLITANI PANGKEP

    The study aims at obtaining information on the profile of cognitive conflict of students by giving intervention on understanding Algebra of students at Pangkep State Polytechnic of Agriculture. The research method employed descriptive qualitative. This study involved the students who experienced cognitive conflict as a sample. The instruments used in collecting the data were written test and interview.  Setiap mahasiswa selesai menyampaikan jawaban, akan diberikan informasi baru yang dapat memicu terjadinya konflik kognitif. Each of the students delivered his or her answer: he or she would be given new information that could trigger cognitive conflict. The results of the study reveal that (1) the students experienced cognitive conflict in determining set of completion on inequality  that did not have a zero divisor. Based on students understanding, quadratic inequality that difficult to be factored or the factors were not integers that did not have solutions, (2) the students experienced cognitive conflict in solving equation  that had infinite solutions. The students tended to work procedurally without identifying relational elements formed by the expressions.     The research which aimed to discover the enhancement mathemtical understanding of STT Migas Balikpapan students in the integral material mathematics I course. The research was experiment research. The population was all of the students of STT Migas Balikpapan who take mathematics I in the first semester, the samples were selected one class by conducting purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument is a test description to measure the level of mathematical understanding of integral material. The design in this research was a quasi experimental design with one group pretest-posttest, the data obtained were anlyzed using the N-Gain Score. Based on the results of the research, the pretest average value was 38.33, after using geogebra the posttest average score was 74,17, with an N-Gain value of 0.62 in the medium category and for the interpretation of the effectiveness of N-Gain it was 62%  in other word geogebra is categorized as quite effective, so that this research can be concluded that the use of geogebra can improve students mathematical understanding of integra

    Pembelajaran matematika selain mengembangkan pada aspek kognitif siswa juga mengembangkan pada aspek afektif siswa. Aspek afektif salah satunya adalah self efficacy atau efikasi diri yang artinya keyakinan diri terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki. Self efficacy matematika mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui self efficacy matematika dalam pembelajaran di SMPN 2 Karawang Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII A berjumlah 37 siswa. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen angket yang terdiri dari 18 pernyataan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor keseluruhan adalah 11,40 berada dalam kategori sedang. Indikator self efficacy ada 5, yaitu indikator pertama memperoleh rata-rata 11,51 berada pada kategori sedang, indikator kedua 12,14 kategori sedang, indikator ketiga 11,62 kategori sedang, indikator keempat 13,24 kategori sedang, indikator kelima 8,50 kategori tinggi.     PERBANDINGAN KEFEKTIFAN GOOGLE CLASSROM DAN MICROSOFT TEAMS DALAM MENGELOLA KELAS ONLINE

    Learning Manajemen System (LMS) menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran selama masa Covid-19. Dua diantara LMS yang sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat pelajar yaitu Google Classroom dan Microsoft Teams. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan keefektifan kedua LMS dalam mengelola kelas online agar diperoleh informasi yang lebih jelas tentang kelebihan, kekurangan serta keefektifan masing-masing LMS. Dalam pelaksanaannya peneliti menggunakan dua LMS ini untuk mengajar pada dua kelompok kelas di Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. Kemudian mengukur dan membandingkan kelebihan dan kekurangan kedua LMS pada beberapa indikator. Instrumen utama dalam menganalisa kelebihan dan kekurangan kedua LMS ini adalah peneliti sendiri. Data diperoleh pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Semua informasi tentang fungsi fitur kedua LMS dikumpulkan kemudian direduksi sehingga diperoleh data yang jelas yang mempermudah dalam membuat kesimpulan. Data lain berupa hasil belajar mahasiswa juga dikumpulkan menggunakan fitur pengujian masing-masing LMS. Ternyata tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua hasil belajar yang diperoleh. Disisi lain, ada delapan fitur LMS yang masing-masing memiliki keunggulan. Google Classroom unggul dalam hal kecepatan akses, fitur penilaian dan fitur absensi. Microsoft Teams unggul dalam hal penyimpanan data dan komunikasi. Sementara fitur administrasi, pengujian dan penyampaian bahan ajar masing-masing memiliki kelebihan tersendiri untuk kedua LMS masing-masing

    The Corona Virus Disease pandemic (Covid-19) requires that conduct online learning and independently including advanced calculus courses. Learning requires students to have a strong motivation to study. The development of Student Worksheets (SW) is a strategy that can foster student motivation. The purpose of this study was to develop a valid SW in growing student motivation. This kind of research was development research, namely the development of SW with the Plomp model: (1) initial investigation, (2) design, (3) realization/ construction, (4) tests, evaluations and revisions, (5) implementation. The subjects of this research were students of Mathematics Education Program in STKIP Andi Matappa. Research instruments: SW validation sheet.     KOMPARASI KEEFEKTIFAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE CRH DAN TAKE AND GIVE

    This type of research is an experimental unit research unit that aims to: find out the effectiveness comparison between the CRH type cooperative learning model and take and give type on cube and beam material in class VIII of State Junior High School 1 Takalar. The effectiveness of learning, in this case, is when the tests of mathematical learning outcomes, student responses, and student activities, all three have met the criteria of effectiveness. The population in this study was all students of class VIII of State Junior High School 1 Takalar and the sample consisted of two classes, namely the experiment class I was taught using a cooperative learning model type CRH and the experiment class II was taught using the Type Take and Give selected using simple cluster random sampling technique. The results showed that (1) THE CRH type cooperative learning model and take and give type were effectively applied to cube and beam materials, (2) THE CRH type cooperative learning model was more effective than the Take and Give type, (3) The learning and response results of math students of class VIII students who were taught with the CRH type cooperative learning model and take and give type have achieved minimal completion criteria,  (6) The minimum completion criteria of math and student response outcomes, taught with a CRH-type cooperative learning model are higher than the Take and Give type

    PENGARUH PARENTING TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PESERTA DIDIK

    This research is Ex-post Facto research with quantitative approach and comparative causal research design. This study aims to find out whether or not the influence of parenting on the achievements of mathematics learning Grade VII SMP Negeri in Sungguminasa. The population used in this study was students of grade VII smp negeri in Sungguminasa. The sample in this study was 64 students who were in smp negeri 4 Sungguminasa school. Sampling using random sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaire methods and documentation. Before the data analysis is conducted first test the analysis requirements that include normality test, homogeneity test. The data analysis technique used to test hypotheses is Variant Analysis (ANOVA) with one-way Anova type. The results showed that there is an influence of parenting on the achievement of mathematics learning grade VII smp negeri in Sungguminasa. This is indicated by the Fcalculate value (31,375) > Ftabel (3.32) and the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is a meaningful difference on average in all parenting groups

    PSEUDO ABSTRAKSI REFLEKTIF DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH BARISAN BILANGAN

    This research is a descriptive study. The research objective was to describe the reflective abstraction process experienced by students. The research subject was a class VIII student. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The subjects were chosen because they considered their communication skills which were quite good compared to their peers, making it easier for researchers to explore data. In addition, the selected subjects were students with very satisfying academic achievements compared to their classmates. This study examines and explains the reflective abstraction that the subject does in solving the number sequence problem. The focus of research is the process of reflective abstraction which includes interiorization, coordination, reversal, encapsulation, and generalization. The results showed that the reflective abstraction stage did not guarantee arriving at the correct solution. In this study the subject performs all stages of reflective abstraction starting from interiorization, coordination, reversal, encapsulation, and generalization, but the final solution is wrong. This phenomenon is said to be pseudo-reflective abstraction or pseudo-reflective abstraction

    This study is aimed to design a mathematics learning trajectory in geometry transformation using Buna Woven Fabric as a context in the learning process with the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (RME)  approach. This study is a a design research that contains three stages, preliminary design, teaching experiment, and retrospective analysis. The result of this research is the learning trajectory design of geometry transformation especially Reflection using Buna woven fabric. The design consists of four activities, namely, drawing woven fabric patterns, copying woven fabric patterns, finding the image of transformation, and finding the formula of reflection . The results indicated the learning trajectory can stimulate students to understand  the concept of geometry transformation

    DESKRIPSI PEDAGOGIC CONTENT KNOWLEDGE MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA MELALUI MICROTEACHING

    Pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) is one of the important elements in improving students\u27 understanding because teachers are required to master teaching materials or subject matter (content) and master teaching science (pedagogy). As a mathematics education, students are also required to have PCK skills. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with the aim of analyzing the PCK ability of mathematics education students in microteaching courses as a prerequisite for carrying out PPL activities in schools. The subjects of this study were 34 mathematics education students taking microteaching courses for the 2015/2016 academic year. The results showed that mathematics education students were able to coordinate and compile all parts of the lesson plan well, especially in terms of systematics. This means that they have knowledge of the curriculum well, understand students according to the level of knowledge in secondary schools and know how to conduct evaluations. The results of the description of the implementation of the learning process, it was found that students were still lacking in teaching knowledge and about content, the implementation of learning was not in accordance with the draft that had been compiled and were unable to understand well how to present material according to the learning strategy in the lesson plan. Student PCK in the learning process still has many deficiencies, especially in the content, teaching and student sections
