Perbandingan Kepuasan Pelanggan atas Pengalaman Mengikuti Kelas Yoga Daring dan Kelas Yoga Luring
Online yoga classes in various formats have seen a surge in popularity after the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world. This trend is considered to make it easier for participants and instructors, but also raises its own concerns regarding the comfort and safety of participants. Find out which options are considered more satisfying in the eyes of yoga class participants (customers): yoga classes in online or offline formats. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire via Google Form which was distributed via several instant messaging applications to 49 people obtained from several yoga communities. 7 respondents did not meet the inclusion criteria. Data processing to compare customer satisfaction with offline and online yoga classes was carried out using the Minitab software, using a paired t-test procedure on the answers obtained from the second and third parts of the questionnaire. Then a correlation test was carried out using the Pearson Correlation Test method to determine the correlation between customer satisfaction and the aspects examined in the questionnaire. Based on the comparative T-test conducted, a p-value of <0.05 was obtained for all aspects being compared, namely Outcome Quality (OQ), Relational Quality (RQ), Physical Environment (PE), Safety & Risks (SR), Customer Satisfaction (SAT), Word-of-Mouth (WOM), and Psychological Commitment (COM). All comparison tests obtained a higher mean score in the offline yoga class than the online yoga class. The online yoga class format has not been able to replace the conventional offline format yoga class in the eyes of the participants. The results of this study can be used as one of the considerations for involving customer satisfaction factors in determining steps that can be taken to improve the quality of yoga classes in online formats, or for further research..

Kelas yoga daring dalam berbagai format mengalami peningkatan popularitas setelah pandemi COVID-19 melanda dunia. Tren ini dianggap memudahkan peserta maupun instruktur, namun juga memunculkan kekhawatiran tersendiri terkait kenyamanan dan keselamatan peserta. Mengetahui pilihan yang dianggap lebih memuaskan di mata para peserta kelas yoga (customer): kelas yoga dalam format daring atau luring. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner daring melalui Google Form yang disebarkan melalui beberapa aplikasi pesan instan kepada 49 orang yang diperoleh dari beberapa komunitas yoga. 7 responden tidak memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengolahan data untuk membandingkan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kelas yoga luring dan daring dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Minitab, dengan menggunakan prosedur paired t-test terhadap jawaban yang diperoleh dari bagian kedua dan bagian ketiga dari kuesioner. Kemudian dilakukan dilakukan uji korelasi dengan metode Pearson Correlation Test untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kepuasan pelanggan dengan aspek-aspek yang diteliti pada kuesioner. Berdasarkan uji komparasi T-test yang dilakukan, diperoleh angka p-value <0,05 untuk seluruh aspek yang dibandingkan, yaitu Outcome Quality (OQ), Relational Quality (RQ), Physical Environment (PE), Safety & Risks (SR), Customer Satisfaction (SAT), Word-of-Mouth (WOM), dan Psychological Commitment (COM). Seluruh uji komparasi memperoleh nilai mean lebih tinggi pada kelas yoga luring daripada kelas yoga daring. Format kelas yoga daring belum mampu menggantikan kelas yoga konvensional yang berformat luring di mata para pesertanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu pertimbangan untuk melibatkan faktor kepuasan pelanggan dalam menentukan langkah yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan kualitas kelas yoga dalam format daring, atau untuk penelitian lanjutan

Enhancing Skin Disease Diagnosis Through Fine-Tune Convolutional Neural Network: A Comparative Study with Multi-class Approach
Due to their similar appearance, skin disorders frequently disguise their early warning signs from our skin, which is the defense system of the body. Preventing serious disorders requires their early detection. This work investigated the use of fine-tune transfer learning as a fast and accurate way to diagnose skin diseases. To classify different skin issues, we used pre-trained models, i.e., InceptionV3, DenseNet201, and Xception. This work examined 17,500 photos from three sources. It was found that fine-tune Xception performed exceptionally well, with an accuracy rate of 99.14%. It was closely followed by DenseNet201 and InceptionV3, each with different processing speeds, 98.74% and 98.46%, respectively. We used transfer learning with data sets validated by medical experts, outperforming earlier research in precision. This more accurate detection of skin diseases could greatly improve patient outcomes and expedite medical procedures. This approach is new in that it fine-tunes transfer learning by utilizing a vast number of data to increase accuracy compared to other researcher works
Pengembangan Instrument Jumping Sideways Untuk Tes Koordinasi Pada Anak Berbasis Website
Identification of children’s talents in the world of sports is needed to producemaximum achievements. The talent identification program in this study focuses on acoordination test using a jumping sideways instrument. Instruments still had limitationsin measurement, data processing, and data archiving. Therefore, a website-basedjumping sideways instrument was developed. This study aims to determine the designspecifications and performance specifications of the sideways jumping instrument,which is website-based. This study is research and Development. Data collectiontechniques are carried out directly and indirectly. The result of direct measurement is thenumber of jumps, and the result of indirect measurement is the accuracy and precisionof the instrument. The first conclusion is that the performance specification consists ofa NodeMCU ESP8266, pushbuttons, an LCD, other supporting electronic components,and a website. The two design specifications consist of a proper instrument accuracy of99.6% and an accuracy of 100%
Kajian Penggunaan Baja Tahan Karat 316L sebagai Implan Sendi Panggul
Implant is one of the most important innovations in medical devices to help people with disabilities or injuries, one of them is the hip-joint implant. The hip-joint implant must-have properties such as good corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility, and good wear resistance. These properties are important for maintaining safety during surgery and future use. Nickel-free 316L stainless steel is one of the materials that is commonly used as implants and meets all the requirements for a material to be used as an implant. 316L stainless steel also has an advantage, a lower price than titanium and cobalt. However, 316L stainless steel has low wear resistance and needs to be coated in order to improve its wear resistance. Recent research reported that the metallic glass FeCrMoCB was able to cover cronidur30 and improved its wear resistance. This study discussed the properties of 316L stainless steel implants, the testing process, the manufacturing process, and the sustainability aspects of the manufacturing process. Implan merupakan salah satu inovasi terpenting dalam peralatan medis untuk menolong pasien yang mengalami disabilitas. Salah satu implan yang banyak dikembangkan saat ini adalah implan hip-joint. Implan hip-joint harus memiliki beberapa karakteristik seperti tahan korosi, memiliki biokompatibilitas yang baik dengan tubuh dan memiliki ketahanan aus yang tinggi. Karakteristik tersebut dibutuhkan untuk menjamin keamanan pasien selama operasi atau penggunaan pasca operasi. 316L SS bebas nikel merupakan salah satu material yang umum digunakan sebagai implan. 316L SS memiliki harga yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan titanium dan cobalt. Walaupun demikian, 316 L SS memiliki ketahanan aus yang rendah dan perlu dilapisi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan ausnya. Beberapa penelitian melaporkan FeCrMoCB merupakan material pelapis yang memiliki ketahanan aus yang baik. Studi ini mendiskusikan karakteristik material 316 L SS sebagai impan, pengujian, proses manufaktur, dan aspek sustainabilitas dari proses manufakturnya
The Effect of A-PIK (Anti Senile) Gymnastics on the Quality of Life in People with Dementia
Understanding the standard of quality of life is seen globally so that the quality of life is studied to grow including in the elderly. The quality of life is made an important concept for a criterion that evaluates problems in health services. The elderly often have some body functional problems that cannot be avoided, in this case the elderly who still often do physical activity can maintain the body's function to be healthier compared to the elderly who do not often do physical activity. Physical activity is actually an activity that should not be left behind from everyday life. One sign of a person's health is that by carrying out physical activity. Someone who runs physical activity and has a high level of activity can have good health and quality of life. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of A-PIK exercise on the quality of life in people with dementia. In this study using experimental research methods in the form of pre -experiment design. Participants involved in this study were people with dementia from Cibeunying Kidul District, Padasuka Village and managed by Posbindu (Integrated Post) named Tanjung. The population in this study totaled 69 people with a sample of 22 people. Based on this research, results have been obtained that indicate that there is a significant influence on the quality of life in people with dementia after being given A-PIK exercise treatment.

Kualitas hidup dijadikan suatu konsep penting untuk sebuah kriteria yang mengevaluasi permasalahan dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Lansia sering kali memiliki beberapa masalah fungsional tubuh yang tidak bisa dihindari, dalam hal ini lansia yang masih sering melakukan aktivitas fisik mampu mempertahankan fungsi tubuh untuk lebih sehat dibandingkan dengan lansia yang tidak sering melakukan aktivitas fisik. Aktivitas fisik sebenarnya sebuah kegiatan yang tidak boleh ditinggalkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu tanda pada kesehatan seseorang yaitu dengan mampunya menjalankan aktivitas fisik. Seseorang yang menjalankan aktivitas fisik dan memiliki level aktivitas tinggi dapat mempunyai kesehatan dan kualitas hidup yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh senam A-Pik terhadap kualitas hidup pada orang dengan demensia. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dalam bentuk pre experiment design. Partisipan yang dilibatkan pada penelitian ini adalah pada orang dengan demensia yang berasal dari kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul, Kelurahan Padasuka dan dikelola oleh POSBINDU (Pos Binaan Terpadu) bernama Tanjung. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 69 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 22 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian ini telah didapatkan hasil yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kualitas hidup pada orang dengan demensia setelah diberikan treatment senam A-Pik.

Integrated D-InSAR and Ground-based Radar for Open Pit Slope Stability Monitoring and Implications for Rock Mass Young’s Modulus Reduction
Excavation and material stockpiling activities in the mining process cause a change in the distribution of forces and stresses in the material. As a result, the material will seek a new equilibrium by releasing the load through a landslide. As part of mitigation, it is necessary to monitor displacements occurring on slopes using high-accuracy devices. Ground-based radar is a technique considered to have good ability to detect displacements in real-time. However, ground-based radar has a weakness in that it cannot detect vertical displacement. One of the emerging technologies that is used for monitoring vertical displacements as LoS displacements is D-InSAR analysis. With the integration of both methods, displacements that occur horizontally and vertically on a slope can be detected properly. In addition, the decrease in rock mass strength due to displacement can be predicted based on numerical analysis using the finite element method. Monitoring was carried out from December 10th, 2021 to April 9th, 2022. The monitoring results from the beginning to the end of the period showed that the horizontal and vertical displacements that occurred in the low wall area were 1247.34 mm and 292.5 mm, respectively. Correlated with these conditions, the Young’s modulus value of the rock mass decreased between 3% and 35%
Laboratory Investigation of Micronized Lomashell Powder Effects on Asphalt Binder and Mix Performance
Lomashell, a mineral stone derived from oyster shells and skeletons, is widely available in Iran and across the globe. Typically used for livestock feed due to its high calcium content, its production generates a considerable amount of discarded fine grains. This research focused on incorporating micronized Lomashell as additive for asphalt pavement to enhance performance and environmental sustainability. The impact of this powder on the rheological and physical properties of two common asphalt binders was evaluated. Moisture resistance, rutting, and permanent deformation of Lomashell-enhanced asphalt mixtures were also examined. The results indicate significant improvements in rheological properties and dynamic shear rheometer parameters upon Lomashell addition. Moisture sensitivity was enhanced, as demonstrated by the indirect tensile strength test. Adding 7% of this material to the asphalt mixture enhanced indirect tensile strength by 12% compared to control. Furthermore, utilizing the Hamburg wheel-tracking device (HWTD), it was observed that inclusion of this powder enhanced resistance against permanent deformation, as evidenced by the rutting resistance index (RRD) values. Effective high-speed shear mixing is emphasized for binder modification, as revealed by scanning electron microscopy analysis. These findings highlight Lomashell’s positive influence on the overall performance and durability of the asphalt mixtures, reducing rutting and enhancing resistance against permanent deformation. Utilizing this powder as asphalt additive holds promise for improving functionality and addressing environmental concerns, contributing to sustainable infrastructure development
Improving Robustness Using MixUp and CutMix Augmentation for Corn Leaf Diseases Classification based on ConvMixer Architecture
Corn leaf diseases such as blight spot, gray leaf spot, and common rust still lurk in corn fields. This problem must be solved to help corn farmers. The ConvMixer model, consisting of a patch embedding layer, is a new model with a simple structure. When training a model with ConvMixer, improvisation is an important part that needs to be further explored to achieve better accuracy. By using advanced data augmentation techniques such as MixUp and CutMix, the robustness of ConvMixer model can be well achieved for corn leaf diseases classification. We describe experimental evidence in this article using precision, recall, accuracy score, and F1 score as performance metrics. As a result, it turned out that the training model with the data set without extension on the ConvMixer model achieved an accuracy of 0.9812, but this could still be improved. In fact, when we used the MixUp and CutMix augmentation, the training model results increased significantly to 0.9925 and 0.9932, respectively
