A Short Note on Asteraceae as Traditional Food and Medicinal Plants in Cihanjawar Village, Purwakarta Regency, West Java
Asteraceae is known as the largest family of flowering plants. Despite some species members being invasive plants, these species are often adopted and utilized by local community groups for food, traditional medicine, and other uses. In our ethnobotanical study of Asteraceae, we identified ways a local Sundanese community group in West Java utilizes a diverse range of species in the family for different purposes. Our study focuses on a Sundanese village called Cihanjawar, located in the regency of Purwakarta, using ethnobotany and ethnomedicine approaches. People of Cihanjawar utilize some species of Asteraceae for food as ‘lalapan’ and traditional medicinal purposes. In-depth, semi-structured interviews with the people of Cihanjawar were conducted to collect primary data regarding the utilization of Asteraceae species as food and traditional medicine. A total of eight species of Asteraceae were found during the field-guided exploration in Cihanjawar Village, which include Acmella paniculata, Ageratum conyzoides, Calyptocarpus vialis, Crassocephalum crepidioides, Dichrocepala integrifolia, Emilia sonchifolia, Erechtites valerianifolia, Sphagneticola trilobata, some of which are considered invasive alien species. The species of A. paniculata, C. crepidioides, E. sonchifolia, Er. valerianifolia is eaten as a raw food (lalapan, Ind.). Then Ag. Conyzoides and C. crepidioides are utilized in traditional medicine. C. vialis, D. integrifolia, and Sphagneticola trilobata are not used by the people of Cihanjawar as food or as traditional medicine

A Review on Zeolite Application for Aromatic Production from Non-Petroleum Carbon-Based Resources
The application of zeolite catalyst has been expanded to support on-purpose sustainable technology. This review focused on zeolite application to produce aromatic compounds from non-petroleum carbon-based resources, including methanol, CO2, CO, and biomass. For COx resources, the two main routes for producing aromatics products are discussed, i.e., the olefinic and the oxygenates-mediated route. Moreover, several improvement strategies for enhancing catalytic performance are also discussed, i.e., the addition of metal components, tuning the metal and zeolite structure, and modifying the reaction process. Finally, prospects for future development are formulated
Emergency Data Transmission Mechanism in VANETs using Improved Restricted Greedy Forwarding (IRGF) Scheme
One of the most critical tasks in Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) is broadcasting Emergency Messages (EMs) at considerable data delivery rates (DDRs). The enhanced spider-web-like Transmission Mechanism for Emergency Data (TMED) is based on request spiders and authenticated spiders to create the shortest route path between the source vehicle and target vehicles. However, the adjacent allocation is based on the DDR only and it is not clear whether each adjacent vehicle is honest or not. Hence, in this article, the Improved Restricted Greedy Forwarding (IRGF) scheme is proposed for adjacent allocation with the help of trust computation in TMED. The trust and reputation score value of each adjacent vehicle is estimated based on successfully broadcast emergency data. The vehicles’ position, velocity, direction, density, and the reputation score, are fed to a fuzzy logic (FL) scheme, which selects the most trusted adjacent node as the forwarding node for broadcasting the EM to the destination vehicles. Finally, the simulation results illustrate the TMED-IRGF model’s efficiency compared to state-of-the-art models in terms of different network metrics
Analytical Approach to Parameter Determination in Kaiser Function for Power-weighted Antenna Array Design
Window methods that are frequently used in the design of finite impulse response filters are also applicable to antenna array designs. This paper explores the application of a Kaiser function in a power-weighted antenna array design, focusing on the determination of the Kaiser function’s β parameter. The determination, which includes the calculation, optimization, and validation of the β parameter, was carried out based on a specific configuration of a linear antenna array design. The observation of this exploration emphasized the suppression of the sidelobe level (SLL) and the width of main lobe (WML) performance. By changing the β parameter, the Kaiser function is capable of approximating different window methods, since it plays an important role in defining the set of weighting coefficients for a specifically targeted SLL. Kaiser function application in power-weighted antenna array designs with a linear arrangement indicates the need of β parameter optimization because of the disagreement between the obtained SLL and the targeted SLL. The optimized β parameter produced a smaller SLL error for even and odd numbers of elements. From the validation, the average SLL error percentage for a targeted SLL of 25 dB, 35 dB, and 45 dB was 6%, 4.31%, 6.10%, respectively

Abstract
The body of the dam is the most important part that serves as a buffer for water flow and seepage. Zonal type urugan dams should be analyzed based on the design of the constituent zones of the dam body. Due to the magnitude of seepage and the safety value of the dam's strability, it is influenced by the thickness of the dam body zones. This study aims to analyze the stability of the Banyu dam body against slope landslides and water seepage. . Analysis of the stability of the dam body using the Simplified Bishop method which will be compared between manual calculations using Geostudio Software. The results of Geoslope analysis showed that the upstream part of the dam produced FS values of 3.021 > 1.50 and the influence of the earthquake produced FS 1.633 > 1.20. For the FS value in the rapid draw down upstream of the dam produced an FS value of 3.234 > 1.30 and the influence of the earthquake resulted in FS 1.718 > 1.10. Thus the dam is declared safe stability in conditions after completion of construction (without waterlogging), normal water level, flood water level, rapid draw down and the influence of earthquakes on Y/H: 0.25; 0,50; 0,75; 1,00.

Flood Modeling on the Dadap River and Estuary, Banten Province
Abstract
Dadap River is located in Kosambi, Tanggerang, which often experiences flooding in the estuary. The problem of flooding is caused by the lack of rivers capacity and estuaries caused by sedimentation and tidal conditions. The flooding caused damage to city infrastructure and paralyzed the activities of the affected residents. The Dadap River was normalized in 2012 to overcome the flooding problems. This study aims to determine the capacity of rivers and estuaries as an alternative solution for flood management. Simulations were carried out in conditions before and after normalization and with alternative embankment elevations. Flood modeling using the HEC-RAS 1D unsteady flow. Boundary conditions in the upstream using flood discharge with a 50 and 100 yr return period and downstream using HHWL elevation and wave height. The analysis results show that the capacity of the Dadap River before normalization was not able to accommodate flood discharge at the 50 and 100 yr return period. After normalization, the water surface elevation may decrease by 24-29%. However, there is still flooding downstream due to the tides, so raising the embankment elevation of +3.5 m.

Currently, the utilization of natural gas as an energy source needs to be optimized due to its increasing demand. The utilization of natural gas to produce LNG requires a high-pressure operating system of 1000 psig. The installation of a multistage centrifugal compressor unit is essential to maintain the operating pressure when there is a decrease in the feed gas pressure from natural gas wells. This study aims to predict the performance of the compressor that would be used and optimize the compressor operating conditions to satisfy the specifications of the gas selling pressure. In this study, simulations were conducted on how to maintain the stability of the feed operating pressure in the case of a drop in the gas source pressure from 1000 psig to 200 psig over a period of 15 years. Herein, the gas flow rate under normal conditions is 80 MMSCFD with a gas flow rate variation under surge (minimum) and maximum conditions of 110% × normal flow rate. By using the compressor map prediction curve and Hysys simulation under dynamic conditions, the compressor performance can be analyzed and then used for process requirements in the field.
Physical and Chemical Properties of Indonesian Coffee Beans for Different Postharvest Processing Methods
The purpose of this study was to identify the physical and chemical properties of Indonesian coffee beans for different postharvesting methods after being roasted. Several types of Indonesian export coffee, i.e., Gayo Luwak coffee, Wamena coffee, Toraja coffee, Gayo coffee, Flores coffee and Kintamani coffee, were used in the present study. Each coffee has its own aroma and taste according to the location, soil type, and land elevation. The roasting process started with preheating the roasting machine, after which the samples were roasted for about 15 minutes at 215℃ to obtain the medium-to-dark (MTD) roasting level. The physical properties measured included density, mass loss, porosity, water content, and morphology using a scanning electron microscope. The transmittance spectrum was observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The physical properties of the coffee were successfully measured. The bulk density varied from 0.6 to 0.7 g/cm3, and particle density was about 0.9 g/cm3 for green beans. The roasting process reduced the bulk and particle density to 0.3 g/cm3 on average and 0.8 g/cm3, respectively. The fully-washed condition gave an overlapping spectrum for green and roasted beans, which shows that the roasting process did not affect the spectrum. The results can be used to study the coffee quality resulting from different postharvest processing methods
